Seems like the US administration's tactic so far is to piss off as many countries as possible. Except for Russia. Russia's ok apparently.
2025-03-04 0
As a Canadian, I am boycotting all products from the US as much as possible. The US Administration is weak and unrespectful of allies. They want to annex Canada for our natural resources. Anything else is BS. Instead of having an even stronger relationship, they choose a commercial war... And the Americans people will face inflation and see their prices grow. It is a non-sense. Supporting this is just ridiculous.

The US administration is a joke. I do not support it . Help your American people Trump …..
2025-03-04 0
As a disabled US Veteran I did NOT vote for this administration. I do not want these tarrifs. And I feel sad for our country. This is not what our country stands for. This isn't our agenda. I feel ashamed and embarrassed by the country's actions in the last month. I'm sorry Canada and Mexico. There are other ways to deal with these issues and tarrifs are not it. People are only now realizing the HUGE mistake they made.

This US administration is everything un-American ?
2025-03-04 0
If our adversaries wanted to engineer an end to US world dominance, this and the dismantling of the administrative state would be the same as Trumps playbook. Steve Bannon has talked about this over the years and Stalin predicted it.
2025-03-04 0
I have no idea what state democracy is in now. What kills me is that before creating tariffs, not once has the Administration shown us numbers as to why? They talk about the trade deficit, but never back up what they say and then we have to put up with high inflation and prices.
2025-03-04 0
Some of us don’t want this either! I did not vote for these goons. :/\n\nYou’ve done everything you can, but there is no pleasing this administration. Some of us really appreciate your efforts! And hope to keep Canada as a close ally. But this goon that is calling the shots only cares about one person, that is himself. \n“It’s a real threat to US security.” Amen!!
2025-03-04 0
Dear US citizens. It's not you. It's Donald J Trump and his entire disgusting administration.
2025-03-04 0
I'd love to see MAGA explain this one... Canada did exactly what the president asks to avoid tarriffs and now what? Make America harder to live in because the cost of everything is increasing..... because of what? DEI? Some other Don Quixote windmill they want to fight?? I get fired at work if I don't make data-based decisions and make a clear case for why I am doing something. This administration has yet to explain why this is necessary. Show us the 'bad deal' we are getting, explain why it is bad... No more campaign rhetoric.

Here in Florida, plenty of us support Trudeau. We will pay the price for this administration’s poor leadership and poor performance.
2025-03-04 0
Believe me, the majority of the American people do not agree with this administration and Trump’s garbage. He is absolutely the worst and dumbest person ever sit in the Oval Office. So we have to suffer this man’s postering and aligning with Putin because some idiotic people believe him. So please punish us, we deserve it.

As a European I would welcome Canada to join the EU a far more stable country, my absolute preference. The USA meddles in politics worldwide and we need to be independent of the US. The Trump administration is represented by incompetent individuals!

US Administration is really a troop of idiots?
2025-03-04 0
I am not a US citizen but I’m ashamed of the Trump administration and I am ashamed of myself that I was one of Trump's supporters ??????\nI hope Americans wake up and take their future into their own hands.
2025-03-04 0
I'm sorry to say it, but the US is now regarded by us in Europe as a selfish dictatorship that only wants to create value for itself and other dictatorships. In the end, however, you will bitterly realize that you (the Trump administration) were wrong.

American here, did not vote for this, did not want this, very angry at what the current US administration is doing.

As a Canadian who has lived my whole life here, in my opinion there were two major factors that need to be highlighted that started this mess: fiscal policy and focus on fringe politics. First, Canada came out of the 2008 meltdown relatively unscathed due to following a markedly different strategic path than other major countries, namely tight banking regulations as well as 15 years of paying down the national debt. However, several years after 2008, sentiment shifted to adopting the same MMT-led fiscal policies as other nations: lower interest rates and deficit spending. Secondly, at least 10 years ago, there was a major political shift to start emphasizing fringe social issues (climate, race-based, gender, etc.) instead of standard issues such as the economy or military to name two, and it was strongly evident in academia and in the media. The result was little governmental, public or media attention being paid to core economic concerns such as the massive growing government and consumer debt levels, highly inflationary housing market, or decreasing productivity. When COVID hit, the government further doubled the existing federal debt and when they found that unsustainable, opened the doors to massive immigration levels to bring the Debt-per-Capita ratio down which while helping in that one metric, has further inflated the housing market all while forcing wages down. We now have unsustainable public debt levels, unaffordable housing, decreasing wages, decreasing productivity, and a troubling reactionary political swing towards extremist right-wing ideologies. Top that off with the US administration seeing Canada is on an economic precipice and threatening to take the country over, there couldn't be a more perfect storm.
2025-03-02 0
The US has just had 4 years of wide open borders encouraged by the Biden administration. Now you want to blame all your immigration problems on Canada and Mexico and you demand these countries to fix your immigration problem immediately or be penalized. It's like blaming drug addicted Americans on Mexico and Canada. The blame belongs to your own country. Stop playing the victim card and accept your own responsibility!

while the Criminals who are running our government in America are reaping all the benefits. Please give us a break Cash! stop supporting this criminal administration either in NYC or USA that trump is stopping
2025-02-23 0
I thought this was factual reporting not propaganda fear mongering. You're making all immigrants out to be bad when only a small percentage are garngs and criminals, much like the citizens of the USA too. This channel seriously distorts the truth and panders to right wing extremism. \nThe Trump regime has brainwashed 77 million Americans. Maybe they will wake up when they see that his administration is DOGEing everything needed for citizens in order to give massive tax cuts to billionaires. Do you all not see this? You're being screwed of by a fascist megalomaniac and his cronies. Musk is cutting aid to hungry children and trying to manipulate to deregulate government and get more funding for himself to make himself even more rich. The richest man in the world does zero philanthropy! The US gov't has given him millions in subsidies.\nAnd blinded manipukated right wingers in the US call the people who actually see what is going on 'sheeple' and tell them to 'wake up'. How ironic.\nIf you're a working class citizen, this regime is fucking you over. How's the price of eggs now?

These people are saying that they will support and defend these immigrants because this administration is dividing us? You people should be ashamed of yourselves, because if there’s someone really dividing this nation, it’s not the Trump administration; but you guys who choose to go against your own people, in favor of illegal immigrants. You are clearly the one dividing this nation. We were doing fine, until your party decided to overload us with all these illegal immigrants. \nDon’t get me wrong. I have no objection for any person to enter this country legally, but when you’re hurting our people, disobeying our laws, and even raping and killing US citizens; then I will not support that. If you want someone to blame, then you should blame Biden, George Soros, the U. N., and the far left radical woke party. They’re the ones responsible for this mess. Of course they will deny it, but that’s alright; because Trump it’s going to force the law on the books, and those who oppose them, will find themselves walking in hot coals. You know who I feel bad for? For the unaccounted children, that don’t know any better; and were sent alone by their parents or family members. What kind of parent will do this to a kid? Not a very good person, I’m sure. I pray that we do find these missing children, and that all those that are trying to make it legally into this country; will be accepted.

Good grief!! And the previous administration let this happen? Mind-blowing! I arrived in the US legally from Canada and the entire process took 14 years, after I got my two undergrad degrees and a Masters! And worked for 7 years in my specialization, a needed area of expertise in the US.
2025-02-23 0
Once we can start making penalties for illegals more definitive and more harsh the flow will stop. Being kind hearted doesn’t mean being masochistic. Joe Biden‘s administration took us way beyond masochistic. Joe Biden is a traitor and guilty of treason. The only problem is we can’t prosecute him as he deserves.

Ummmm, maybe do some homework, Cash, or stop watching Fox News. Fewer then 2% of illegal immigrants cross the Canadian border into the US. As for fentanyl, your primary sources are Mexico, China and India with Canada so low down the list of sources we don't even register on the charts. Less then 1% (t's actually about 0.2%) of your fentanyl supply comes from Canada to the US. In fact, the reality is that far, far, far more migrants, fentanyl and--worse--illegal guns, cross FROM the US INTO Canada. On the other hand, you get 60% of your crude oil from us and in some areas of the US, 90% of the houses are constructed with Canadian soft wood. Don't get me started on the water!! Sensationalizing Trump disinformation is only going to fuel the very stupid decisions coming out of your White House right now. Far better you all take a step back, take a deep breath and learn how to use some critical thinking to fix what are truly the problems in America: the entire Trump administration and all of its supporters for a start, gun violence, fear, poor education, the right wing agenda, removal of social supports, justice and genuine human rights, just to name a few. Rome (the US) is burning and Trump is standing on the hill, playing his fiddle and it ain't migrants who are adding the fuel...

our government in canada is as much of a joke as the last administration in the US was. thank god we have an election this year. 10 years of liberalism has made us into an international joke
2025-02-23 0
Edit: seeing as morons can no longer do their own research since the plandemic.. source, s0uc3, SOURCE???\nLook up rebel media, blacklocks news that requests FOIA directly from Ottawa! We Canadians are held hostages by the dems voting in the last administration for the last 10 years, Toronto/Montreal decide who wins\nWant to know the truth? Us Canadian tax payers are being forced to pay for our gov to go to India pay to ship them to Canada and pay them to cross the border. It’s not the Canadian people that are the problem (okay people of Toronto/Montreal are the dRETARDS who kept voting for trudolf) were the hostages..\nWe can’t wait for the 51

I can envision a situation where Trump targets Australia next with his aggressive policies. In response, we should consider implementing a boycott against American products and establish tariffs on imports from the United States. It's essential that we stand firm and refuse to let Trump and his administration intimidate us into submission. Australia deserves to protect its interests and maintain its sovereignty in the face of such bullying tactics.

The previous administration caused this crisis. These migrants got word the borders were open and have probably been traveling for months only to arrive and discover what they did. Now of course it breaks the heart of any compassionate person to see them standing there with their kids and elderly crying and begging to be let through. Because of that our immigration policies are made to appear deplorable and not humane. These were calculated decisions made previously to place us right where we are. But we have to stand strong and hold firm to our convictions. We don’t have the capacity to take care of the entire world and their people
2025-02-09 0
They’re treated like the criminals they are. This administration is making it crystal clear breaking US immigration laws is a criminal act
2025-02-09 0
As an Indian who worked in US legally for 6 years, I would like to thank Mr Trump & his administration for doing the right thing.\nThese guys only understand this language.\nThey have not only broke US laws but Indian too.\nThese people are black spot on Legal Indian Migrants in US and elsewhere.\nGodspeed President Trump.
2025-02-05 0
Can you blame them. The previous administration offered a premium benefits package to any and everyone who wanted it. It was a literal freeforall. Now that a non globalist, non(I'm just going to say it)ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT administration is handling the border of the US, these people are stunned. They are pissed off that the free ride is over. Chances are, President Trump would love nothing more than to do business with the countries sending these people. He would love to make deals that would strengthen their economy, give people a reason to live there. Maybe these leaders should bring something to the table other than droves of their own citizens complaining about how bad the situation has become in their home countries. We've already got enough of those here as it is. Sorry.

This all nonsense of immigrants trying to enter US illegally has to STOP!!!! THE PROBLEM IS THAT IS MANY THAT COMES TO DESTROY SO IS BETTER TO COME LEGALLY!! UNITED STATES NEEDS TO BE CLEAN AND RESTORE BC THE LAST ADMINISTRATION CREATED chaos
2025-02-05 0
The only people who are here illegally should feel uneasy. You’re breaking the law by crossing ILLEGALLY into the US. This would be no different if I was to cross into another country illegally. They would have the right to remove me from their country and face legal charges for breaking their laws. Unfortunately illegal immigrants were getting away with it under the Biden administration which has caused chaos in the US. Now Trump is having to clean up the mess it’s caused and hold people accountable for breaking the law. I have friends and a wife that all went through the legal process to become a US citizen. It’s not fair to the people who are going through the legal process by letting them get away with it and giving them VIP treatment for breaking the law. This is absurd!

Send all the African illegals over here to UK, our woke administration will put them all up in 4* hotels and pay for everything AND give them a mobile phone with free contract and immediate access to doctors etc. They've done it for hundreds of thousands so far, the rest of us British can go whistle when we need to see a doctor.
2025-02-03 0
I know, right? Biden and his cronies left us a great mess! The last administration should be imprisoned for leaving our borders open and for the deaths caused by illegal immigrants.

Trump says EU tariffs will ‘definitely happen’ as Mexico, Canada and China retaliate \nTrump takes softer line on UK, saying ‘I think that one can be worked out’, while Mexico and Canada vow levies and to strengthen ties with each other \n \nPhilip Wen, Léonie Chao-Fong and agencies \nMon 3 Feb 2025 03.57 GMT \nShare \nDonald Trump has threatened to widen the scope of his trade tariffs, repeating his warning that the European Union – and potentially the UK – will face levies, even as he conceded that Americans could bear some of the economic brunt of a nascent global trade war. \n \nIt comes as Trump’s tariffs on Mexico, Canada and China, announced on Saturday, sparked retaliation from all three countries. Mexico and Canada have vowed levies of their own while China and Canada are seeking legal challenges. \n \nTrump said on Sunday night that new tariffs on the EU will “definitely happen”, repeating previous complaints about the large US trade deficit with the bloc and his desire for Europe to import more American cars and agricultural products. \n \nEmpty shelves remain with signs ''Buy Canadian Instead'' after the top five US liquor brands were removed from sale at a British Columbia liquor store in Vancouver. \nAsian sharemarkets tumble in response to Trump tariffs \nRead more \n“It will definitely happen with the European Union, I can tell you that,” he told reporters. “I wouldn’t say there’s a timeline but it’s going to be pretty soon.” \n \nTrump appeared to take a softer line on the UK, citing a good relationship with prime minister Keir Starmer while saying tariffs still “might happen”. “The UK is out of line but I’m sure that one, I think that one can be worked out,” he said. \n \n“Well Prime Minister Starmer’s been very nice, we’ve had a couple of meetings, we’ve had numerous phone calls, we’re getting along very well, we’ll see whether or not we can balance out our budget.” \n \nIn Canada, the department of finance published a list of US products imported into Canada that it will target with a 25% retaliatory tariff starting on Tuesday. \n \nThe list shows products that will be hit in the first round of retaliatory tariffs by Canada starting on Tuesday, and mounts to $30bn Canadian dollars’ worth of goods (about US$20bn). The impacted products include tobacco, produce, household appliances, firearms and military gear. \n \nCanada is also preparing for a second, broader round of retaliatory tariffs in 21 days that will target an additional C$125bn (US$86bn) worth of US imports. The second list would include passenger vehicles, trucks, steel and aluminum products, certain fruits and vegetables, beef, pork, dairy products and more. \n \nFILES-US-CANADA-MEXICO-CHINA-TRADE-TARIFFS<br>(FILES) US President Donald Trump speaks to the press after signing an executive order in the Oval Office of the White House in Washington, DC on January 31, 2025. Trump is imposing steep tariffs on major US trading partners Canada, Mexico and China, with a lower rate on Canadian energy imports, said the White House on February 1, 2025. Washington will impose a 25 percent levy on imports from Canada and Mexico, with a 10 percent rate on Canadian energy resources, until both work with the United States on drug trafficking and immigration. Goods from China, said the White House, would face 10 percent tariffs. (Photo by Mandel NGAN / AFP) (Photo by MANDEL NGAN/AFP via Getty Images) \nTop Democrats warn tariffs will hit Americans hard as Trump says it’s ‘worth the price’ \nRead more \nClaudia Sheinbaum, Mexico’s president, said her government will provide more details on the retaliatory tariffs she ordered on US goods on Monday. Sheinbaum, in a statement on Sunday, said she will announce details on her government’s “plan B” as she insisted that Mexico “doesn’t want confrontation”. \n \n“Problems are not addressed by imposing tariffs, but with talks and dialogue,” she said. “Sovereignty is not negotiable: coordination yes, subordination no.” \n \n'Coordination yes, subordination no': Mexican president responds to Trump's tariffs – video \nSheinbaum and Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau spoke by phone on Saturday after Trump’s administration imposed the new tariffs – 25% on goods from Canada and Mexico, with a lower rate of 10% for Canadian oil, and 10% on imports from China. \n \nTrudeau’s office said in a statement that Canada and Mexico agreed “to enhance the strong bilateral relations” between their countries. Canadian officials have had extensive dialogue with their Mexican counterparts, but a senior Canadian official said he would not go as far as to say the tariff responses were coordinated. \n \n“Now is the time to choose products made right here in Canada,” Trudeau posted Sunday on X. “Check the labels. Let’s do our part. Wherever we can, choose Canada.” \n \nTrump acknowledged the sweeping tariffs he has imposed on Mexico, Canada and China may cause “short term” pain for Americans as global markets reflected concerns the levies could undermine growth and reignite inflation. Asian markets, cryptocurrencies and US and European stock futures slumped in early Asian trading on Monday. \n \n“We may have short term some little pain, and people understand that. But long term, the United States has been ripped off by virtually every country in the world,” he said. day, Trudeau said: “We’re certainly not looking to escalate, but we will stand up for Canada.” However on Sunday evening, a senior government official from Canada briefing reporters in Ottowa on condition of anonymity said: “We will obviously pursue the legal recourse that we believe we have through the agreements that we share with the United States.” \n \nThe official said the Canadian government considered the move by Trump illegal and said it violates the trade commitments between the two countries under their free trade agreement and under the World Trade Organization. \n \n“If other legal avenues are available to us, they will be considered as well,” the official said. \n \nCanada is the largest export market for 36 states, and Mexico is the largest trading partner of the US. \n \nCanada and Mexico ordered the tariffs despite Trump’s further threat to increase the duties charged if retaliatory levies are placed on US goods. \n \nChina also said it would file a lawsuit against the tariffs. The imposition of tariffs by the US “seriously violates” World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, China’s commerce ministry said in a statement, urging the US to “engage in frank dialogue and strengthen cooperation”. \n \nFiling a lawsuit with the WTO would be a largely symbolic move that Beijing has also taken against tariffs on Chinese-made electric vehicles by the EU. \n \nThe commerce ministry also said the tariffs were “not only unhelpful in solving the US’s own problems, but also undermine normal economic and trade cooperation”. China has said it would take countermeasures to “safeguard its own rights and interests”. It is not clear exactly what form these will take yet. But for weeks Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Mao Ning has said Beijing believes there is no winner in a trade war. \n \nLate Sunday night, Trump said he would speak with Trudeau on Monday morning and shortly after said he would speak with Mexico as well, although he did not specify that he would speak with Sheinbaum. \n \nBeyond the official response, people were already thinking of ways to cope with Trump’s decision, including by sharing suggestions on social media for alternatives to US products. \n \nCanadian hockey fans booed the US national anthem on Saturday night at two National Hockey League games. The booing continued on Sunday at an NBA game in Toronto where the Raptors played the Los Angeles Clippers. \n \nFrom left to right, Toronto Raptors forwards Bruce Brown, Scottie Barnes and Chris Boucher react as fans boo the United States national anthem before NBA basketball game action against the Los Angeles Clippers in Toronto, Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025. (Frank Gunn/The Canadian Press via AP) \nToronto Raptors fans boo US national anthem after Donald Trump tariffs \nRead more \nOne fan at the Raptors game chose to sit during the anthem while wearing a Canada hat. Joseph Chua, who works as an importer, said he expects to feel the tariffs “pretty directly”. “I’ve always stood during both anthems. I’ve taken my hat off to show respect to the American national anthem, but today we’re feeling a little bitter about things,” he said, adding that he will start to avoid buying US products. \n \nIn the streets, people in Mexico were trying to absorb the announcement on Sunday, although some in the capital acknowledged that they were unaware of the measures. \n \nIn the border city of Mexicali, across from Calexico, California, some people were concerned about the wider implications of a trade war. \n \nDriver Alejandro Acosta says that he crosses the border weekly in his truck to deliver vegetables to US companies. He said he fears US businesses in the Mexicali Valley will no longer want to operate in Mexico and they will move to the US. \n \n“If they raise taxes on the factories here, jobs may also decrease,” he said.

This is a result of US foreign policy, the Monroe doctrine. Don’t think that the current administration is going to do anything positive for their countries. He literally ran on the Monroe doctrine, the only thing that he is trying to do is make the private president industry very profitable

American citizen here. To all my Canadian comrades, I'm truly sorry that we have such a non sensible person as President. As true allies and partners of the US that you all beautiful and wonderful people have been since the dawn of time, it's embarrassing for me to hear of these horrid tactics from our current administration.
2025-02-01 0
Justin Trudeau's border plan of 1.3 billion over six to ten years is a joke! Tariffs on America after several US administrations tried to work with Canadian governments to stop provocations in trade, border security, immigration, and many other issues, only to fall on deaf ears or passive responses, not to mention Trudeau's derogatory comments about Trump being a racist. At the same time, Trudeau was caught having a history of wearing racist blackface. Not wise! \n\nFor some odd reason, Trudeau thought it was also wise to mock the American President, Donald Trump, with other European leaders while attending a meeting in the UK at Buckingham Palace, which clearly invited bad blood between the two. Not to mention his missteps while traveling in Europe and meeting with Kamala. He also increasingly chose to snuggle up to China. However, America has provided Canada with favorable trading relations and high-cost subsidies in the form of military and territorial security for decades. That clearly was a slap in the face and wasn't very smart! You had to figure some American president would ultimately say enough!\n\nAmerica has supported, defended, and offset the national defense costs of European nations for over seventy years, while EU countries and their leaders have routinely mocked and ridiculed Americans. Is it really classy to slap the face of someone who protects and supports you and your quality of life? No, it's not! Tariffs on EU products are likely coming soon, and reduced defensive support for Europe means they will have to pay more taxes for their defense and goods.

Twelve days into the Trump Administration's second term and we are already at (tarrif) wars with Canada, China and Mexico. We have another 1,450 more days to go before this administration ends. God help us all ! ?

it's called Biden mass illegal border crossings deportation. the Biden administration is responsible for the mass deportation, the Biden-Harris administration's deliberate policy choices let to this crisis. these unlawful reckless Policies destroyed border security, encouraging millions of illegal aliens from all over the world to enter the country unlawfully, including terrorists and criminals, and deteriorated the legal immigration system. the most clueless incompetent irresponsible unqualified reckless administration I've ever seen unfit Biden and clueless Harris let us make sure this does not happen again.

Give us our free shit. \nMaybe if the previous administration wasn’t so fucking stupid this wouldn’t be happening.
2025-01-31 0
I think this is exactly what Trump is aiming for. To send a clear message out to anyone who plan to enter the US illegally should be afraid. Why would anyone want to go to a country where they have to continue to hide and live in fear? Its a great deterrent for those who still plan to come to the US illegally. Its better than the previous administration telling illegal to come and we will feed, cloth, and take care of your with health care at the expense are tax payer money. Trump should also cancel all hand outs to anyone who is not a legal immigrant in the US. We have enough problem with US citizens as it is.
2025-01-29 0
We went through this 8 years ago! These people save lives and defend our citizens.. The new administration's silly arguments are wasting time, money, and energy (AGAIN) and it's insulting to the people who serve this country... Just another tactic to distract us

What makes the US such a Paradise is ALL those FREEBIES they are getting under the guise of SO MANY grants and fundings from the Federal Government put in places by the previous Administration. Most of these fundings are on hold by the current Trump Administration for reevaluation and reassessment. The thing that the Chicago Governor is talking about is that what US citizens are enjoying as benefits and services are the same thing that these illegal immigrants and migrants are getting. NOT FAIR to the American people. That’s why those findings needed to be put on hold. Our President Trump is PUTTING Americans first. Fixing United States of America first.

The reason US millitary is in shortage of recruitments is because of all the woke nonsense in the US millitary under Biden, for these two to claim Trump administration getting rid of the woke nonsense will coz shortage in recruitment is hilarious..
