The problem with here is also with Khalistan issue (of course not all Punjabis there want Khalistan and are absolutely chill people and people here in India, Punjabis, also don't want Khalistan, I have some close friends who are Sikh and are most Dildaar, Big-hearted, people I know). A lot of extremist groups which want, Khalistan ARE supported and protected by the Canadian government especially by Justin Trudeau and these people are committing nothing but violence and terrorism in the name of free speech. Indian government has issued many extradition requests, but the Trudeau government has done nothing about it and has protected these extremists. Over the years Indian government has warned Canadian government about this issue constantly and after years of housing these Canadian terrorists (because Canada calls them their citizens and protects them, what else can be the correct term for them and nothing like Khalistan exists) they've started to cause problems for the people already living there (like the terrorists Pakistan was housing are causing problems to them). They know they are not gonna get a Khalistan in India so where else are they gonna build it? Voila! Canada! This is the reason behind them not assimilating with the existing culture.Trudeau has even gone to lengths of calling Amit Shah (Home minister of India) and PM Modi (if you don't know what the heck are you doing here go study geopolitics a bit) unalivers of Hardeepsingh Nijjar WITHOUT any evidence (they just keep saying they have it but have shown nothing till now) and because of which Canada has worsened its relations with the Indian Government. They are even comparing India with the likes of North Korea in terms of threat. Indian Government in reply is giving Canada the same treatment it gives to Pakistan (a bit better of course, but the diplomacy has gone to sh it. And the reason why Trudeau is doing all this, yeah VOTES for sh itty domestic politics he's sacrificing long term GOOD relations with the Indian Government. Now, you may think that worsening relations with India is a good thing for Canada, yeah no, its not good because India has trade relations with Canada which may worsen due to this (yeah, great going for an economy which is already in shambles) and UK or US are not gonna do anything to India over Canada because India geopolitically has more significance than Canada (I'm not bragging, please don't misunderstand). This rant has gone to a very different tangent but yeah a lot of problems Canada is having is mainly due to their government. Any of Canadian friends (I have not reason to hate you) and Punjabi brothers/sisters (Yeah, unless you are some sh itty extremist you are a brother/sister to me) please don't take this offensively. They may have to live in crowded housing but they r working to save to be able to buy their own homes. The problem with White people is they don’t have family unity, they view having children and inconvenience. They don’t realize that those children will become their safety net as they get older. Family helps each other out, those Indians would do anything to keep a family member from living in the streets. This would put their family in shame in their community. Canadians have something to learn from the Indians. By the way their religion disapproves of alcohol & drugs so they don’t have that problem. Problem with Indians is that they can’t see their own succeeding. If someone from kerela succeeds we mock their culture, call them names, someone from Punjab succeeds we mock their religion and culture, same with Haryanvis, gujratis. (Speaking french doesn't make any difference) Indian mentality is the problem, Indians want to bring their way of life in Canada, shouting on the road, doing celebration in the public like they come from mental institutions. As FRENCH, I think it is more an issue with policies set by both governments!!! You know you bring students IN and why don’t you build houses and encourage construction???? The schools are also to blame as some (not all) are so obsessed with making profits out of the higher international fees, which by way, subsidize Canadian students!!! So in Canada (not in France or Germany), the money that allows schools to function come from international students who BRING LOTS OF MONEY for the Canadian economy!!!! in France, it is different as the universities are FREE and are fully subsidized by the French government… but yes;) you have to speak French fluently to attend them!!! \nSo dear Canadians, do not blame foreign students thanks to whom your universities thrive and remain existant!!! Without them (namely the Indians too), the Canadian universities will struggle to find money and funding! The big issue with mass immigration is there has been next to no quality control. The indians that arrived a decade ago say the indians arriving today suck because they're of a different social class. A decade ago immigrating to Canada wasn't easy so anyone who did come here was typically educated and of higher quality. I think the majority of indians are good people just trying to make it but if you bring in millions just viewing them as $ cows of course there are going to be a percentage of bad ones. A greater issue with this too is now the country is in such disarray that anyone who is a potential quality immigrant might not want to come here.

Similar situation in Ireland, they are taking all the IT jobs. Some work in our health care system and the standard is awful. They also work in customer care phone lines with EBay and Bank of Ireland, impossible to understand their accents when they speak English, never give your personal banking details to Indians. I work in two trucking companies and many drivers are Indians and are always very nice to me. I don't have a problem with them coming here to Canada to live and earn a good living . The Can gov was foolish to allow Mexicans visa free travel which has been stopped. Ran for some years. Indian always needed a visa and have seen reports that is now being scaled back some are even being turned away from boarding their final flights from transit points on multi leg flights like London / Qatar etc and at Indian airports on direct flights. The problem I have with Indians is that they dont like Canadians, make no effort to learn the language and culture, are very rude, entitled and disrespectful towards anyone that dont look like them. Then why are you here in Canada? This is a very multicultural country, which is something they obviously knew before coming here. The only good Indians that came here came in the 70's and 80's they worked hard assimilated while maintaining and sharing their culture and raised good children they were polite, kind and helpful, what we have now is a bunch of asshole who need to pack their shit and leave before it turns to Canadian violence. Divide and conquer. Friendships are mostly made because of similarities or similar interests. Same goes for small communities, ethnicities cuz of shared cultural values and traditions.\n\nDump a bunch of different people together and make them hate each other because they will fight for the scraps and you will rule them all. \n\nSad to see this happening btw I am also a first gen migrant.
