I am from Cameroon, I am an assistant télécommunications engineer since 2016. I had the grace to be recruited by the end of my final year by a foreign company BUT, they are using holes in our labor law in Cameroon. The fact is for 6 years now, I am a temporary worker with monthly renewable contracts even though I am working at the same position for 6 years . The irony being, I barely make 500 usd per month, no salary increase for 5 years and with my wife and kid we can just afford to live day by days. No way for me to save some money. I made the maths: even if I work as a janitor in Canada, I can at least same some money for my child future. I am planning to move to Canada. It will always be better than the Bullshit I am through in my own country

They want to enjoy the infrastructure, education, security in Canada without putting in the requisite hard work that make those things possible! \nThey want to behave like they do in Nigeria where a Doctor employed in a Teaching hospital will not report for work or report late and still take his full salary home at the end of the month. They divert patients to their private clinics and rip them off. And they won't even pay tax! \nCanada is so hard yet he wants to get a Canadian citizenship for himself and children, what an irony!\nWhy did he leave all the good life in Nigeria to relocate in the first place?why?

All of these points are subjective. I think the point system you used and the subjects you talked about are biased. I would have given the USA a point for innovation and job opportunity. There is more opportunities, because more companies choose the USA. We have a higher population so even thought there is more job opportunities in the USA, it is also very competitive. Your video gave a point to Canada for vacation and maternity leave rather than innovation and job opportunities. A lawyer in the USA has a better chance of practicing law than a Canadian lawyer. You gave a point to Canada for healthcare because of life expectancy. However I’d still give a point to the USA for healthcare. The life expectancy is a separate subject. The life expectancy is lower in the USA because of what we eat here. I would give a point to Canada for healthier food. I find hilarious the irony of the government and people thinking that putting in place legislation for specific groups of people (Latino, black, Asian , etc.) Is going helping to promote inclusion. Wouldn't it be better to just putting in place laws that apply to every citizen equally, regardless of race and culture? Why do we have to have special treatment just for our ethnicity? That kinda defeats the point of inclusion

I can totally relate to people who aren't white. As a transgender woman I am almost always seen as suspicious. I've been homeless because very few people will rent to me. The irony: I'm a licensed, clinical psychologist. ;-) \n\nRacism, transphobia, homophobia, Islamophobia, Xenophobia, they all exist here in Canada.
