It’s called desperation folks. Do a little research and find out what these people are trying to get away from! What would you do if you believed that this was the only way to protect your children, your family? I understand that the US doesn’t want criminals coming across our borders and that this wasn’t the way to do it. There are also many normal people. My heart goes out to those that sold everything they had to have to pay the cartels to make it through Mexico, because they won’t let anyone pass through without paying them. I sympathize and relate to this situation so much. I will always love my home and native land, but I don’t miss the struggle of living there.
