Canadian multiculturalism has changed. It used to be you came here and became a Canadian... While still bringing in bits from where you came from. Now it's they come here and complain about Canada while bringing their whole package of where they came from for us to accept. I'm tierd of people assuming white Canadians are racist for feeling uncomfortable when their cities are being over populated with non English speaking people (and by the way... It's not just white Canadians feeling uncomfortable... So our media and politicians needs to stop making this a race war). When we allow this many of one group to come in and live together.. They have no insentive to integrate. Immigration 60 years ago was Europeans coming in... I remember my grandmother talking about how the Italians and Portuguese and Germans were coming over in large numbers and it was a shock to the system... But they at least learned the language and integrated. Why are we condeming Canadians for not wanting cultures today from coming here and putting their foreign culture above Canadian culture. I'm so sick of it. If you want to live in the way you did before you came here... The don't come here

The Fifth Estate had a great piece on what is actually going on in India and how this people are being scammed. They think that they're talking to a recruiter for a college, when in reality, it's a travel agency. It's sick how Canadian colleges have exploited the weaknesses in the system, and the government has allowed this to happen for so long. And now, after 9 years of Trudeau, the Liberals and the NDPs are back peddling trying to repair the bridges that the helped build and break. They gave the impression that I or any other who had a concern with immigration might be possibly racist or xenophobic. Our government weaponized words to shut our voices down. No immigrant, especially those in India, should be scammed to such an extent that they are living in a country they've never been to before that is bleeding them dry. Our government wants to conceal the reality of what's going on in Canada from the rest of the world, because they want this to keep happening. High cost of living. High cost of food. No incentive to start a family. This policy making is destroying so much Canada to offer to so many.

As a Jamaican Canadian living here for many years it's getting really hard to survive in this country. Everything is expensive. No work available ?? plus this one-sided immigration policy is killing the country fast fast ⏩

I feel really sorry for the people who are desperate to find basic security and stability in their lives. However, addressing each case individually is not a solution to the broader issue. The global situation is likely to worsen in the future, and with the increasing rate of illegal immigration, we risk losing the cultural integrity of Europe. I empathize with these people and want to help them, but many carry a hostile ideology, and for some, their only hope for a better future lies in the establishment of Islamic rule. It's a sad and complex situation.

Germany needs some types of skilled workers (doctors, nurses, IT engineers, etc.), but they want people who can think like a German for other office jobs. \n\nI am not a huge fan of German culture after living for 13 years but my home country Japan isn´t better for foreigners on many aspects..\n\nGerman taxation system and company cultures in the IT industry are not competitive with the US or Canada. Within Europe, I envy the digitalization of the governmental sectors in the Netherlands.\n\nThe skilled workers who may enjoy living here are the people who love the German culture. My understanding is that that is a minority, most of the foreigners I know in this country are not thrilled with the ´fun´ factor.\n\nThe people from politically unstable countries appreciate the German democracy and rules of law, which I agree with except for the accompanying bureaucracy. And the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is whole lot more scary than the German counterpart, which should not be any problem for legal skilled workers, though.

They should have calculated how many immigrants they needed to begin with, now those who uprooted their families , sold their businesses etc. to accommodate their trip to Canada now may have to start over that's the other side when they are not careful with other people's lives

Relatively old culture (not as much as India Iraq Egypt Greece Rome Jerusalem etc but not land/society fashioned by immigrants like US Canada Australia NZ), very low population, incredible weather, very high income and living standards, and many more things which you guys may like to research and find out an then tell us. dude, I think you are too busy smelling your own f@rts. I know so many people even before 2018 who were citizens of Canada and they could not find anything that pays more than 45K a year. Do you have any idea how expensive rent is in GTA? Are you telling me that those temporary workers took all those 50K jobs? LOL. The real problem is, Canadian corporations and government is sooooooooooooooo corrupt that they bring people from India on visitor visas and ask them to perform tasks that should be performed by highly skilled workers such as in high tech sector. No wonder our data is stolen so comfortably all the damn time. Besides that, corruption is so high that they deliberately kill any new ideas because that will inflate the salaries. So, those old fat rich SOBs will NEVER let young immigrants introduce new ideas, setup new startups and get frustrated and move to the US. I know so many people got frustrated and moved to the US because of MUCH better salaries. This place is sh!t and will always be sh!t because only sh!theads can live here. People need to stop trying to game our immigration system. The abuse is hurting the Canadian people and immigrants. We have mass homelessness and housing crisis, a drug epidemic and high unemployment. Our economy is in recession. There are no opporunities here anymore. The Canadian dream is ruined. Its very sad.\n\nPeople who arriving with no where to live or work and are living on the streets in -40°. People are dying on out streets becoming isolated in a foreign nation they dont know how to survive in and lots are becoming depressed and addicted to drugs or start commiting crimes. Lots are saying they regret coming to Canada and that they were better off before. Many are leaving Canada, because its too expensive to live in Canada, even for high skilled Canadians.\n\nIts not the promise land that people coming here think it is. Canada is in trouble.

Many of the canadian are unemployed because international students work for cash or cheap . The housing is also more expensive because of many immigrants. Just go back home and make your own country great to live.

Look, I'm a white Canadian, and I don't hate Indians at all. However, lately, there are far too many Indians arriving here. I live in a small town, and the vast majority of the workers in all our franchise restaurants, Walmart, hotels, etc, are Indian. Yes, some Indians really have been pooping on the beach. I've seen videos posted by Indians about Indians pooping on beaches in places like Goa. No, not all Indians do that, but it doesn't reflect well on Indians. My next-door neighbours are Indian immigrants, and stereotypically, they own a pizza franchise lol. Their children play at our house with our daughter almost every day. On a negative note, they only hire other Indians to work in their store. In general, the indians that are in Canada do need to work on their cultural integration. My neighbours brought their parents over, and they aren't even trying to learn English. I don't want Canada to become like India. Also, I dont think that most Indian immigrants really want that either, but if we keep flooding Canada with Indians, that will eventually happen.

I am a 4th generation Canadian (european decent).\nMy ancestors came here and didn't try to change it into a colony of where they came from, they adapted to the Canadian culture that was apparant at the time.\nThey blended in quite quickly while maintaining there home country culture at home or at community centers.\nI have welcomed immigration my entire life and still do. I have many friends who are 3rd generation Indians who speak the language and know the culture just as i do.\nThey do not try to turn Canada into india, and in turn they are accepted and respected by all.\nThe young indian students coming to Canada have been exploited in india by promoting a back door into PR status through the international student program and in Canada by employers who take advantage of their fear of deportation.\nThe blame lies on the recruiting in India, the post seconday system in Canada, the employers like Tim Hortons, uber, skip the dishes and door dash who put profits over living standards.\n The majority of the blame goes to the govt of Canada for turning a blind eye to something that everyone saw but didnt talk about for fear of being labeled a racist.\nReturn immigration to 500,000 per year including refugees, students seeking to stay and all other groups and you will see all will go back to how it was 10 years ago.\nPeace and love.

Time to move on I guess. Canada is rated quite highly in terms of places to live, the reason so many people want to immigrate here. Years ago vacation meant a car trip probably a few hundred kilometers from home, and that's only if mom or dad could afford it. Now if people can't go on a tropical vacation 3 times a year they cry. We had one car, not 2 or 3 fully optioned like today. Good luck on finding somewhere better, and make room for people who want to be here.

I am so thankful I have Greek and Macedonian citizenship. As soon as I'm done with my education, I'm moving back to Greece or Macedonia, somewhere there are hardly any Indians. I literally get lucky to see 4-5 white, black, or latinos a day in my city, the rest are all Indian, Pakistani, and Arabs. I don't feel like I'm living in Canada anymore, I feel like I'm living in the Middle-East. I only have 2 more years of university and then if I don't go to Greece or Macedonia, it'll be because there's too many Middle-Easterners there too, and I will go someplace like Korea or Vietnam, where there are practically no Middle-Eastern people. Sorry, but you're right about them being rude, and they act like they're entitled to everything. It's disgusting and I've had enough. The problem will only get worse even if we shutdown immigration, because there are so many here already, and they don't have kids, they have litters of 5-10 children per family. Soon the whole country will just be Middle-Eastern, just give it a few decades. If you can get out of Canada and go someplace else, I suggest you do now, before it's too late.

You said it all. Totally agree. I have been here for almost 30yrs. It has changed so much. You said it all. I specifically see newer Indian immigrants rushing to catch trains or buses disrespecting the discipline of respecting lineups, elbowing people, being rude, wrong side bike riding makes it feel especially in Toronto as if we are in Delhi Gurugram traffic. No rules folliwed. No respect for personal space. Loud music in neighborhoods. Ofcourse immigrants from other nations too, the super rich have bought so many assets and houses in Canada, that they just own, keep them not used, creating nonavailability of living spaces for regular Canadians.

I went to high school in Brampton Ontario, in the mid 80's and there were no Indian immigrants anywhere. After high school, I moved to Montreal to work as a fashion designer, (I have to mention the shock I experienced whenever I would fly into Toronto for business... when I went to get a taxi, there was always a massive line of Indian taxi drivers standing outside next to their taxis. I had the feeling that I was no longer in Canada, but somehow ended up in India?) Having lived in Montreal for 30 years, I recently moved to Guelph Ontario, to be closer to family and I was shocked to see how many Indians had moved there, (going to the dog park, I was informed by the people there, that Brampton was called Bramladesh and Guelph was turning into another Bramladesh.) There was a massive temple built in Guelph a few years ago and suddenly Guelph was invaded by Indian immigrants, with every house put up for sale bought by an Indian family, (the husband, his wife and their kids, the brother and his wife, their mother and father, all living in a 3 bedroom house with 3 cars in a 1 car driveway, (for some strange reason they all choose to dig up the black asphalt driveway and replace it with white concrete??) So yeah, the white people in Guelph are fleeing en mass, as it becomes impossible to sit in the back yard, or open a window, without choking on the powerful stench of spices coming from the Indians living next door... it's like being punched in the face from the horrific smell when you walk your dog and pass by one of their homes! That said, it feels like their goal is 'global domination' and with 2 billion people living in India today, it's just a matter of time before they all decide to leave the most over populated, the most polluted and the most corrupt country on the planet, and move to Canada!

Most of my friends who live in Germany are unhappy about their immigration. They said racism of german people annoy them and It’s very hard to learn and speak Deutsch. Most importantly,after many years German people don’t accept them as a native like them.

The difference between the Liberals and Conservatives is tiny. The policy will not change regardless who's PM. Housing, mainly rental market is horrific. And it has been. And yet we bring large numbers of immigrants. Unfortunately many Canadians live in poverty due to high taxes and cost of housing. Try to understand not everybody is young, healthy or intelligent like you. One day you'll understand my point. Situation around Toronto is terrible. Housing, commute times. I agree and appreciate your constructive approach to this issue. It would of been easy to play the race card the whole video. I can tell you that it goes both ways here with this issue. It is not right to put good and bad apples in one basket, the bad stands out here more than the good.\nI came from an area of very few Indians and been living in an area of high immigration for many years, so I came from a place of no prejudices. Unfortunately, much of what Canadians complain about are true as I experienced it first hand. I won't list this because others have. I absolutely agree that you are ambassadors when outside the home country, as I think the same in my travels. Overall I believe it is a blatant disregard for Canadian culture and laws, and lack of assimilation with Canadians, especially white, that has caused this to be the big part of this divide. I see, hear it, experienced it. I admit it leaves a bitter taste.\nImmigration only works when both parties can blend together and respect one another. Not separate yourselves, segregating others based on predjudices, and sticking to what you are familiar with back home. You came for a better life, but live the same as the past. It is like a marriage where one has to always take into account your partner's point of view, making compromises along the way for both partners, not exploiting the other's weakness, or disrespecting their views.\nThe government caused this issue to come more to the forefront in recent years by ramping up immigration numbers and putting pressure on the system. Canadians have now had enough. We have lost our culture, and feel like the minority in a country where we paid into the social systems all our lives, only to get little benefits, just more taxes, and see those systems being abused. There is no easy answer here.

It appears that the huge increase of immigrants to Canada came at the expense of poor screening process by Immigration Canada. It is true that you can't demand higher education for people you expect to perform menial jobs, but no one wants these jobs especially in a country with such high living costs, and such poor outlook of social advancement. Every society on earth have a lower social segment of uneducated and poor individuals. Unfortunately a portion of these lower class Indians landed in Canada, and aren't contributing to their new country, or to India itself. As usual, they generally are single young males; a similar situation can be appreciated in Europe with Muslim and African individuals. I can't say how many times I've received calls or e-mails from scammers from India, Pakistan, Russia, Nigeria, and China. We, in the West as common citizens, are the targets of criminals around the world trying to exploit us. If landed immigrants aren't of any positive influence to Canada, they should be denied citizenship and expelled from the country.

I lived in Brampton for alot of years. We moved out of it in 2019 , the city has too many people that belong somewhere else. It's not immigration it's an invasion.

Canada is one of the best countries, I agree there are few downfalls, but on the other hand you can’t even in judge a book by just looking at it’s cover. If you are well educated, this country is the best to live in. Canada has already made their immigration policies stern, and are not welcoming everyone now. Do you think Indian politicians are doing good to keep India safe according to their duties? Don’t you think India has a drug problem too? Apply for a visa and come here, you’ll see many people settled, enjoying their life here. People have to face struggles when you move to a new country, it takes time. Canada in one of the most diverse country, go to a school here, they celebrate and acknowledge different cultures and teach about them. I think Indian are well settled and living luxurious life here.

WELCOME TO CANINDIA. WE NEED MASS DEPORTATION !!! NOW !!! We Canadians have been by nature the Kindest of people and have always welcomed refugees with open arms. But this recent mass immigration by a people who are very racist and arrogant even when they come to our country for a better life. The arrogance and lack of customer respect at most places staffed by Indo immigrants. Just look at the Khalistan issue, The fact that there was a referendum held on OUR SOIL is an affront to our sensibilities. If you come here to live then leave your issues back home. The Indian population has brought assassination to our land ie: Nijjar. The Indian issue is mostly due to the Sikh population. Here another afront to Canadians is the event that was held in Vancouver where approx. 1000 of Chinese descent were celebrating 70 years of communism in Beijing. Those 1000 should have been all deported as they were obviously not ready to live in Canada. There are many more examples of how immigrants are ruining our budding culture.

As a Canadian born in Canada I feel the border needs to be shut down. We have worked hard to set our standard of living, this is now in danger of collapsing because the government has allowed so many immigrants into Canada putting a strain on our healthcare,housing and other programs. These people are getting to use our resources without having paid into them for years like we Canadians have. Our way of life and standard of living are at risk of collapsing, we see it happening in our healthcare, affordable housing and the drain on funds for the poor. When we see them protesting about being forced to leave and how they refuse to try and take on our culture, where whole towns are being taken over by their arrogant attitude to take over these cities. It's illogical to pin this whole mess onto just housing issue. The deeply rooted issue is there is no vetting process from the source where these folks are misguided from the beginning. Everyone is led to believe, spend your family's life savings and when you arrive here, there is a ready to settle down nirvana in Canada. This is a beautiful country which allows you to prosper but that takes a well disciplined and enforced immigration system here and the countries where these folks apply from, and decades of hard work once you arrive here. Politicians have made a giant mess, all the corrupt middlemen crooks in their home countries have robbed these people seeking better life for themselves of their livelihood on the back of feeding the falsehood. The reality is there are less jobs, no places to live, no support system. I don't see how anyone is being held accountable here. Let's not forget the kids of second gen immigrants are lost in this mess. Many parents have attested their kids did not find any work during this past summer vacation. O Canada, what have you become thanks to those that are trusted with power to run this country. Unbelievable!

Trudeau has taken the Multi out of “Multiculturalism” Canadians and Indians have different values and if we Canadians mention this we are shamed and labeled as racist. I have a few Indian friends and they even say that immigration to Canada from India has gone out of balance. Many Indian people don’t assimilate into western living and many try to find loopholes they can exploit. I don’t like that Sikh men can bring daggers to places like the gym, it makes me feel uncomfortable working out beside someone with a big knife. Indian people wearing a Turban don’t have to wear helmets when riding their motorcycles. If a white Canadian took a big hunting knife into a gym they would be escorted out by the RCMP, and would be ticketed and fined for not wearing a motorcycle helmet. While sitting with one of my Indian friends he mentioned how he would hate to be me, I asked him why, he said as an Indian he can do what he wants and if I say anything I’m shamed and considered a racist. ??

This is little to do with ( Indians) , as an ozzy, we have had 3 consecutive years with the Einsteins in office letting 3 times as many immigrants into the country, Whilst we have a housing crisis. Eastern countries culture will never be watered down, yet we aren’t allowed to keep our westernised countries. In teams, they ostracised the non-Indians on the team. Aussie suburbs now look like parts of India with them having multiple local fb networking groups where hoards of them take over the local park, playing their music loudly on the weekends. Ignorant people see them as mild mannered, they don’t see the dangers of how racist they can be to non-Indians and how rapidly they take over areas. When they become the majority in Australia, the non-Indians are going to be pushed out of their country. Unlike other migrants (with the exception of Muslims) they refuse to blend in and co-exist and become Aussies. They plan to overtake and destroy our countries into versions of their home country hell holes.

It is simply common sense to understand the current situation in Canada, which is clearly out of the control of Canadian immigration system. \nThere have been so many problems in Canada since 2015.
