All of this is caused by corporate greed gumming up the system with lobbying, NIMBYism, and plain old corruption by large real estate and rental groups. Love or hate Trudeau, it doesn't matter, either Liberals or Conservatives would have let this happen. The system is working as designed. Corporate greed is sucking the wealth and value out of North America and if we don't push against it, we'll continue to see more of the same. This has been happening for decades, this didn't begin in 2015. It's just we're now hitting the tipping point where everyone wakes up and realizes that blindly chasing profits doesn't create a strong economy or a strong country. You have to invest in your people if you want your country to thrive.

Can anyone explain the level of delusion that these hopeful people have to have to believe that America is some sort of Heaven?\n\nWhether these students/potential students are considering universities in Canada or the USA , some serious considerations have to be made.\n\nIn some ways this is wrong and extremely depressing.
