This is pretty common in the US. Since most delivery drivers don't carry coins some people think that they can bully them into giving more back. These scholars are feeling cheated that by spending huge amounts of money and contributing to the research and development during the studies, they have not only been taken for a ride but also become the main target of the deportation campaign as their status is available with the government. Besides, millions of foreign citizens are given entry into the country on flimsy grounds, and many of them do not even ever go to elementary school. It's my neighbors job to make sure my house is secure. I'm doing everything I can to stop all these people coming into my house.
