13k have illegally crossed from Canada in 2024, not “just crossed”. Prior to our current criminal leaders it was between 4-6k per year.

Hey Brian illegals are coming into Canada daily at a little border crossing called Pt. Roberts. They are brought by boat, from the US side, to the USA side of Pt. Roberts, then driven to border and walk up to Canada customs, I've seen groups of up tp 5 people walk up. Imagine what is happening at our other border crossings.

So basically if I just get tired of living in the US or wherever I can just cross the border illegally into Canada and claim I need asylum?\nOr maybe some country in Europe. Basically wherever bc apparently a lot of countries don’t enforce their borders or deport people. Absolutely nuts.

Canada needs to stop these migrants from illegally crossing our borders, we don’t want to become like NY or Chicago. We need to be like Texas and put up barbed wires and put up armed guards, not police to protect the Canadian border.

Canada has been sold from us Canadians by our greedy politicians and corporate interests. This idea that Canada just needs to build more homes is insane. There are millions of new immigrants, student visas, and illegal borders crossings every year. Most of Canada is desolate frozen tundra, rocky mountain, bog, dense forest, and the few spots where the weather is moderate everyone wants to live. People dont want more homes to be built because we can already barely drive anywhere due to traffic congestion, no one has doctors anymore, water restrictions start in early spring, no room for kids in schools. Everything is over crowded and over priced because theres way too many people here in a short amount of time and the infrastructure isnt close to being able to support it. The only ones benefitting from these out of control immigration practices are multi national corporate interests looking for a large cheap labour pool.

Canada is bringing more and more refugees, illegal border crossings this country has become a mess. Now more Afghanistan refugees will brought who are facing deportation from Pakistan.. No Muslim country is ready to take them.

this is scary. we don’t even know who we’re letting into our own country. and with everything currently going on, who knows how many of them are sleeper agents or terrorists sent to destroy the country from within? especially with a vast majority of them being fighting age men? islamic extremists, terrorists, all people we’re letting cross into our country FREELY, and supporting and encouraging BETTER than our own citizens?!\n\nmany of them hate the very country, people, and values they’re illegally entering and eventually overpopulating and mass influencing. eventually these same people will hold positions of power, and the sheer number of them is absolutely overwhelming and can’t be ignored, with the number increasing each day our borders remain open, and security and stricter laws aren’t enforced. and with the constant display of weakness and incompetence from our “leaders”, they may just be emboldened. i’m afraid that one day, they may just rise up and commit mass terrorism. looting, murder, are all possibilities. and with the sheer number of them, we wouldn’t be able to do anything about it. they would be the ones in power now. thing is, our country supports and helps the illegals who hate them more than their own citizens. it’s absolutely treasonous. the longer our borders remain unprotected and wide open, their numbers will only increase, and so will their terrorism. \n\nnot only that, but the amount of illegals we constantly let in and those who are already in, are absolutely negatively impacting our country’s economy, living conditions, population is increasing, many of which are illegals and are a danger to our society, their numbers increasing by the day and taking over our country from within and them holding positions of power, homelessness and cost of living is rising, debt and inflation also keep rising, etc. it’s all bad. \n\nmass deportations must be enforced, but even then, im afraid that too many of them have already infiltrated the country. and considering how our own government hates us and spends billions on everything else BUT their own citizens. it’s not looking good and has huge potential to explode into something terrifying. \n\nthis is already a massive ongoing threat in america, and the possibility of it happening here in Canada becomes more likely the longer our borders are open, and the longer stricter laws and more protective and security measures aren’t being enforced. canada must be canada FIRST with the safety, security, and well-being of our citizens FIRST. \n\nthough with the constant numbers, and the continued ignorance, evil, and corruption in our government, i’m afraid they’re already here waiting for the right moment to strike us. \n\nthat’s why above all, we can’t rely on our leaders to do anything or bring us peace. the only one who can, is Jesus Christ. the one who gave His life for us and gave us the free gift of salvation. all we must do, is follow him, pick up our crosses, have faith in him, and have a relationship with him. \n\nwe must all repent of our sins and lovingly follow him. that is all that matters. I came to Canada 13 years ago, my wife try to sponsor me, we’ve been together for 9 years and the government rejected it my application because I crossed the border illegally, we own a painting company and give job to people, anyway, am leaving the country pretty soon and actually am not that disappointed cause Canada is not the same as it used to be

Canada is not a good country to move now a days. No jobs and expenses are high. US is good but hard to get in unless you cross the border like the illegals then you get free everything ?.

When I came here in Canada 33 years ago, I went do in legal process,My first employer offered me a job offer to come here in Canada,I went to whole legal process here,but I obeyCanadian law to have legal working visa ,and since day one paying taxes ,i earn my hard work after 30 years and receive early pension and still work in a full time job, My advice to illegal migrants follow what Canadian laws and go through legal process and crossing the right border to pass Not to way try find asylum to be free in every thing, in tax payers money.

I live in Canutillo, Texas, Suburb of El Paso. Migrants cross illegally on a daily basis. Are we going to have enough food and shelter for all of these people. Probably not! This is unfair for our homeless population. What about our veterans that have actually fought to defend this country? I waited in Mexico for my residence for 3 years when I married my husband, he is Canadian, I never lived illegally in Canada... before, I used to come to work with a work permit and these people cry because their papers did not arrive for a year.., I I was separated from my family for 3 years and I never tried to cross illegally... what happens with these people, they want everything easy and they only abuse the Canadian system

Over 300,000 homeless veterans wander the streets searching for food and shelter currently. Dying at an estimated rate of 22 a day due to self inflicted harm….the system in place to take care of them and provide comprehensive medical care is crippled and broken….every SINGLE ONE of these men and women has a head full of bad memories and experiences from defending their country in war (some missing limbs)….can’t hold a job and have trouble finding a job….NOONE is making substantial and reinforced efforts to care for these brave men and women. Yet, if you cross that border illegally you’re given shelter (free stay at 5star hotels in NYC sound nice)…comprehensive medical care…food stamps and even job placement for some. And in some cases, we’re providing that help to individuals who are simply making a pit stop between Mexico and Canada because it’s better for them there according to some. Frankly, we have enough issues that are swallowing us whole and need to focus on building up and caring for our own citizens and force stop mass migration, strongly enforce deportation as well as employing more case workers to help with legal immigration process. We spend all this money sending to Ukraine and yet here we are, cutting our own throats to save someone else’s hand. I have no issue with legal immigration and asylum but you need to go through the process like those before you. I know this is asking a lot but it IS possibly to make it work

It looks like the illegal immigrants crossing from the US to Canada are just walking down Roxam Road. Why then are the Mexicans trying to cross from Canada into the US walking through much harsher terrain to get into the US? Why don’t they just walk down Roxam Road in the opposite direction?

I think Canada should send back the ones that crossed over us Canadians needa focus on people that were born here. Instead of the ones crossing illegally. I’m most cases we’d be sent back or worse.

I see the harm in that border crossing when Roxham road was open it was dangerous and illegal, I don't see why Migrant reports and Human rights groups are upset about the closure it's keeping the migrants safe and that law will not break in Canada, and I Immigrated here legally 41 years ago from Persecution in Somalia. Those who sneak through the borders will break the law and those who come through the border will obey the laws in Canada. The new migrants have entitlements, thinking that the law doesn't apply to them because they are migrants.

They come to Canada because they know it will take years to process them, they get to live for free on the tax payers dime.
