whoever made this video scripts it as if affordability is a crisis in Canada alone. Just look at Europe, the USA, Australia, Japan. The immigrants are leaving, where will they go to escape inflation and a high cost of living?

Several years ago we moved to the USA bc of my husband’s job . We didn’t last a year we absolutely hated it there . One thing we learned was we’ve taken how wonderful it is to live in Canada for granted. So so happy to be Canadian ????

Canada has stricter immigration laws than America. The USA tends to take in poor migrants compared to Canada, which tends to take in rich immigrants. All those poor migrants that come to America need government assistance to live and America can't afford it!

In the USA you get there and become an American. In Canada you become a hyphenated Canadian. No cohesive identity. I agree that we need immigration but taking the concept and stretching it beyond what we can house etc is not a sound policy. Indian guy here. This is fairly accurate and not racist at all. Even we Indians know that this immigration policy makes zero sense and is serving neither the citizens, nor the immigrants. Worse, it's attracting the worst kind of immigrants who do not offer a lot of skills.\n\nThis is leading to rising racial tensions which is further shooing away the skilled immigrants. Why would a brown doctor come to Canada anymore when they're up against this terrible stereotype? Canada has long been seen as a better version of the USA. But even most Canadians will admit that that is a lie. All of the issues that they face are issues that American citizens also face but the main difference is that the US still prospers while Canada seems to be falling apart.

I am from India , 80 % of these Indians are from the states of Punjab, Gujarat and Hariyana and they mostly come to Canada with IELTS and degree certificates obtained via improper channels . I have hardly seen any one of them actually take a serious effort towards education . Canada is doing a very bad job filtering international students. The smart ones are being absorbed by the USA, predominantly from Southern India; while Canada mostly attracts the lower tire group from North India with lower productive value to economy.

Canada is the best gateway to leave India once you become a Canadian citizen Move to the USA on the bases of Canada USA E2 treaty easily and get settled there and be successful in your life. But if you stayed in Canada you'd be grinding yourself for socialists forever and that's Truth or reality

Canada goes to these countries and market themselves so that why u see young students are coming to Canada . 10 years ago not many people knew Canada in many countries everyone wanted to go to USA . But then Canada started to go to those countries and tell them to come to Canada , pay for high tuition and they may get a chance for PR. I am Canadian living in the USA on a USMCA visa, if I lose my job I will go back to Canada or find another job. Returning to Canada would be sad, since I have grandchildren here. I follow the rules, I am a temporary resident. I have been living in the USA since 2011

This is not about only Indians overwhelmingly overpowering Brampton. You may call this town Mini-India based on your biased perceptions. Peoples looking alike, culturally and socially similar, speaking the same languages feeing safe, comfortable and less challenged and have tendacies to reside together in the same geographical locations.. Comparing EU countries along with USA, Canada is like an African country. Wasteland, their only economy depends on exploiting highly skilled immigrants by giving them menial jobs. I was sick of Canada and moved to USA. I cannot stand up seeing a Canadian around me in USA.

Houses in small cities in Canada are much cheaper than houses in the big cities. There is a big difference between Canadians who married Americans, and Americans moving to USA, and Canadians with no ties to USA just picking up and moving!
