I moved to London Ont. In 1977,it had a population of 37 thousand people.Now due to imagination the city now has a population of close to 400 thousand people. It is horrible that we are seeing an increase in homelessness, drugs, and declone of heslthcare system. The rich don’t pay their fair share in taxes just loop hole tax invasion with charities. People go in debt for an education. People on single parent Disabikity or Welfsre incomes besides minimum wage are closer to the poverty line since the Inflationery hike’s incline to decline. Doctors and teachers don’t make enough to keep up with inflstion. There are family doctor shortsges. We have a heslthcare crisis but not like the Ststes, we have long wsiting hours for nurses and doctors, rent is too high and enpensive, petro might go back to $2 per litre like 2022 following the initiation of the Russo-Ukrainian war, housing is $20000 more expensive in Canada than the USA, immigrsnts and permanent residences are leaving, we almost had a housing bubble like 2007(USA), we spend too much in taxes, our social net isn’t working, we have low production compared to to the USA, we have a population pocket, we have increase rent cities, we have an incompetent PM, we have carbon taxes that cost more on utilities and petro with rebates thst only gives us Pennies or jnickled to the kids these days, and we have over spending in foreign conflicts like Ukraine when fuck Ukraine and Israel/Palestone they can fight their own shitty battles than having Fold War II.

I was born and raised in Canada and in my 60’s now. I can’t afford to live here anymore, healthcare has declined, personal safety, fuel costs, insurance etc. most of all our politics are a mess on all three major parties. The Liberals are a royal mess and inflation went through the roof. They’re just running around like the 3 blind mice making fools of themselves. The Conservatives are involving themselves in a right wing romance with fascist trumpianism and think poutine is an ok guy. The hate speech is unreal. We used to be a real chill country. I have young 20 somethings telling me they think Communism is a great idea and they would rather fight for poutine if a war breaks out. Well it’s their future not mine. The AI, bots and trolls on the internet are telling them what they want to hear in order to stir up hate and entitlement. The NDP (New Democratic Party) is neither here nor there, they’re kind of always the minority and swing both the other two parties to divide the vote and gain some form of temporary power. \nI’d like to see a politician that has the balls to stand up to the dictators of this world that shit disturb in every continent because they are such little insecure bastards that they think they can conquer it. I’ve got news for them. Every single dictator in history has failed… miserably and often brutally. We need the kind of leadership in our Country that can produce good governance. Our GDP is just under $60K. The dictators out there are rubbing their greedy little hands, for if there is ever a 3rd world war, Canada will be the prize. We are loaded with resources. Land mass, water, minerals, oil and gas, technology, geographic strategic stronghold etc. Don’t let it slip into the hands of fascists, communists, dictators or totalitarians they always make it worse so that it takes a lifetime to recover. I’ve spent 40 yrs in the workforce, and listened to countless people from every continent who told me the truth about why they left their homeland. People who survived WW2, the Korean War, Vietnam War, communist China, expansionism of the USSR, the caste system and political persecution in India and Bangladesh. Political unrest in Argentina and Chile. I have personally witnessed systemic racism in the USA and Canada. \nI don’t have anything tying me down to stay here so I will be moving on. I think I’ll just become a nomad tourist for a while.

The international students were sold the easy PR dream. They will never admit it because they state on their visa application that they are going to return home after completing their studies. This lax immigration policies gave rise to all the shady colleges and diploma mills that you see today and we are now seeing the consequences of it which the locals have to suffer and the international students as well. What surprises me more is the students own lack of research in todays day and age of technology. Even the skilled immigration route like the Express Entry has no cap so that those streams can slow down once it's reached its cap for the year and IRCC can focus on the next set of skills that are in shortage in the country. There is so much redundancy in skill sets that actual areas where skills are needed is lacking today. It's a complete mess. The government has bottled it big time.
