I don't get it. It was a unfortunate and tragic accident. He didn't cause the accident on purpose. He owned up to it. Pleaded guilty. I get a mistake was made. But i don't get is how him being deported prevents anything, and or remedies anything. The terrorst, omar khadar, who killed allied soldiers lives in Canada with a $10 million payout. Illegal aliens with no documentation? Thats fine too. The man suffered enough and will live with his mistake for the rest of his life. I just don't understand it. It feels like punitive punishment for unintended and accidental consequences.

Canada lets psychopath killers roam free everyday that have intentionally killed people. Those killers are allowed to walk free among us and can legally change their name so nobody knows who they are or what they’ve done. This man made a mistake, many lives were lost , but, he has owned up to it, shown remorse and should not be deported. He didn’t use the insanity plea he choose to face it head on. Immigrants are supposed to come with a skill set they can sustain themselves from. canada is very cold and expensive, nothing grows , no agricultural product therefore blaming the government is not a solution. in india we have a lot of agricutural product thus cheaper in india. not the housing but the food .

Someone above asked why so much Indians. you see indian student's out there - yes they had to pay 20K-40000CAD FEES to colleges + now a days 20,600 CAD GIC to Banks in Canada. \nEach in total spends 40-80k cad. \n\nAnd every day from the tim cup , pizza/ burger to food delivery you see indian. Thanks Trudeau, soon enough we will be able to walk across lake Ontario, just like the Ganges. First hand knowledge here, while enjoying a day at a park, a Hindu/Paki or whatever they were numbering about 50 having a picnic/family get together, age ranging from 1-80 with 20 or so full grown men. Despite their being a trash can every 20 metres, and numbering 47 total in the park, the family left the garbage all over the ground and tables and left. I'm indian when i was planning to move abroad 2 years ago a lot of agents in india was forcing me to move to canada directly on PR. They said i just have to pay 150k Indian rupees ( around $1900 USD). Found out later canadian government have tie ups with these agents in india and are attracting young indians to move to canada under 6 months on PR by selling huge Canadian dreams filled luxury houses, cars and all that nonsense. Believe me canada is the easiest country to move from India and the cheapest one too. I'm glad i rejected to move to canada everytime they pitch me those ideas. So please do not hate indians. Even they're being duped by these agents and canadian government.

Immigration is badly managed in Canada. Canada should segregate new immigrants to other minor non popular provinces, cities and rural towns instead of Toronto, BC and Calgary being packed upon packed!
