My favorite are the immigrants who come to Canada and then complain about not enough housing when they are the reason that there isn't enough housing.... You don't care that you've driven up the price of housing for actual Canadians....

I'm irish-finnish and my ancestors came here from a combination of 1900-1948 and they were very hard-working people and made an effort to put everything into trying to fit into the older canadian society, so I respect them. Sometimes they weren't treated well and were disrespected but they tried so hard to make an impact in our country, even if it might've costed them their lives. I respect anyone who comes to Canada and tries their best to be a hard worker and integrate. However I don't respect anybody who comes here and doesn't try to fit in and leech off being a student. You never enter somebody's home and claim it's your own.

It’s unfortunate Canada supports the rest of the world’s problems. Donations of billions leave here . This should stop. Also Canada looses millions in transfers from immigrants sending cash back to their origins. \nAlso Canada supporting Ukraine in Europe is another plague here as billions of dollars leave and do not come back in return.\nBringing in Indian Khalistan supporters also hurts Canada in many corrupt ways of laundering and extortion and terror. \nThe country is good , so long as immigrants are vetted and correctly in line with Canadian society and culture.

Only thing that I would say that needs to be reviewed is the source @ 12:38 where you said 7% of the Canadian population leaves when in actuality it is ~ 0.7% to 1% which is an order of magnitude different that what was said. Brain drain is real but its not at a point where we are losing more than 1% of our population a year to the US just yet. Also people return after ~5 years when they do go but I'm curious if they will stop coming back in the coming years. Anyways, I'm looking forward to future work and you gained a subscribe from me!

My husbands sister is moving with her family to Canada this year. They wanted to before covid and we tried to talk them out of it. Now they have decided to do it. Applied and got visa very quick. If it doesn’t work out they can come back. I hope it goes well for them. But as a Canadian I have zero interest in living in the dumpster fire of a country. I don’t think they know what they’re walking into….

Makes me sad. 1.4 billion Indians and expect to increase to another 400 million (!!!) in 75 years. Pakistan also has very, very high birth rates. Canada feels like its becoming like Great Britain, an absoulte nightmare to live and have any hope! I thought about coming to beautiful Canada as had fond memories back in 2004 but it seems like most things after 2008 crash most countries are becoming a nightmare to have a decent lifestyle! Im looking at Australia for a country that offers a decent wage and lifestyle! Only problem is on the other side of the Planet from my connections! When it comes to immigration, most people talk of diversification instead of integration and assimilation. They dont love their culture and identity. Diversity in culture for me is like mixing fuel and air and flame, or, to not start a fire, getting rid of something to fit in others.

I remember when all of Toronto was complaining about all the homeless living in the parks and that was before the refugees so what happened back then because the homeless doesn’t like the homeless shelters is because they don’t want to be told what to do and what time to come and what time to go to bedand a lot of the refugees that apply for the refugee system. Try to hurry up and get off the system and get a job and start working, but these Canadian homeless have been homeless for a long time begging for a long time.
