But still we have best Canadians who born here and they are well educated and polite . Soon as Im came here I’m noticed that those people are best in the world . For that Im will stay in Canada .Yes it’s true that here is not available jobs , it’s true that the health care are making you do not come to the hospital , even once I’m nearly died they just send me home to die just because they didn’t have the empty bed . And the nurses weren’t nice . But I’m not angry about it, because I’m have seen how hard are they working.But for myself it’s important to see the kind Canadians ,and I’m will try to make the place better.

So many people on welfare and disability that can work but just refuse to. I have epilepsy, can't drive and I'm restricted to all the good paying jobs. But it doesn't stop me from going to work fulltime. I hate how so many are making me pay them to stay home on welfare. I understand the disabled that really can't work. Taxada we live in

I'll tell you the Indian's secret to how they mass migrated so easy. ( I don't mean this in any sort of negative way. ) This was told to me by a friend I work with who's entire family came to Canada from India. So what his family did and many, many others did was... In India they all pool all there $ to 1 family member, that family member gets his full citizenship to Canada then moves here. Soon as possible he will buy a business, then they start brining family members over 1 by 1 through work visas and they all work on getting there citizenships, they all work together and purchase a house. Once they get that house, one family member stays there and the rest buy another and they all work to pay it off, then just keep repeating until all the family members have there own house. meanwhile they are all still working together at there business and start bringing close friends from India via work visas then it all just repeats over and over.

Having a visa does not guarantee you entry. The purpose of the visa is to give you the opportunity to knock on the door and ask for entry. Then the officer has the right to make that decision 'yea or nay'.\nAll of the information you are giving is nothing new.\nI am living here for 35 years and those questions have always been asked. My siblings have been in Canada for 60 yrs...the questions have always been the same.\nIf certain countries' natives have a high rate of illegal overstay, people coming from those countries will be thoroughly vetted.\nThey are lucky the officer let them know upfront, that illegitimate overstay means rejection for the next application. Usually they do not give that advice, and when you apply the next time after overstaying, you are rejected without explanation.\nIf you want to stay longer and you have no schisms going you apply. That's all.

Well I say its hypocrisy. Year after year, the immigration numbers keep increasing, the number of people applying for a PR and also getting a PR from abroad and inside Canada keeps increasing. People say they're fed up and they still continue to live in Canada. I say its all a hoax, nobody actually leaves, its just when two friends meet they say they're fed up of Canada, but the fact is they want a PR or citizenship and they continue to stay in Canada. People with dual intent should be deported,basically u r misrepresenting cause u r saying you are coming to visit and then you change ur visa to work permit or seek asylum should be deported if over stay cause if u r asylum seeker then u should declare at the port of entry…

When a student comes to Canada. It's their own responsibility to take care of them self. Don't ask others to support them. This is not a free ride. If you don't like it, just go back to your home land. There are lots of great schools in India. Stay there

Canadians ffs its a request stop saying indians are coming to your country all the time. Most of us don't want to come to that shithole of urs. We are happy in our own country. Most of the indian origin people you took are from 1 state of punjab out of 28 states and 9 f union territories of india so yeah no No f indian is coming to ur country to get settled. That's the impact of ur own politicians work to increase their vote share by getting most of separatist lobby from Punjabis inside your country which has been creating issues inside India since decades now with the help of Canadian govts. Specially Trudeau father n son. You aren't doing any favour to us by taking them. Instead Literally creating problems for indians. Most of the indians living in india won't care if you throw the immigrants out as they aren't there for the betterment for our country India but their self. There are f 1.42 billion people living in india n its not like none of them likes the better life n wealth. But everyone's not greedy like few. Many wants to live in their motherland n stay connected with whatever we have n make it progress out of it. So hv stop using our name for defaming us because of ur own Canadian citizens. holy crap. Sorry but as a Nova Scotian I have to strongly disagree . Our housing costs both renting or buying has gone crazy in the last three years . We have people living in tents even in the winter. Homelessness is in crisis. I personally have a friend in her 60s and sick and will be homeless in 3 days as she cannot find an apartment much less afford one Prices in everything has gone sky high. While salaries stay low. Every where you look now you see garbage just thrown. Last year we had devestating floods and wildfires. University students get her and cannot find housing. One international student is paying $400 a month to sleep on a hallway floor. I know housing in all our provinces is a problem. Tent cities are everywhere. People poyring in without us having the means to house them has caused terrible sufferring for all. People shoukd not come to NS at this time. Wait until there are places built to house people. Also our healrh care system is in crisis. I love my province but I dont even recognise it anymore. It is so sad what is happening here. People come here from away and some start youtube channels to tell people from their home countries Not to come here.

Most immigrants are staying 3-5 years for citizenship because just like Canadians they realized that by living just across the border they will get paid better with less taxes, better prices and housing and weather. It's just insane that a huge rich country filled with resources for construction and agriculture can't afford basic housing or affordability for its citizens

I was thinking of doing my Masters in Computer Science in Canada but thankfully I didn't. Just after my decision Covid started. Thank god I chose to stay in India and got a job. Also not to mention the killing of so many Indians in Canada. It is not even safe for us to go there considering the terrorism.\n\nEdit - I also never saw Canadians complaining about Trudeau. The people support him! You can't blame Trudeau after electing him so many times. The fault is in the people and Trudeau's policy to support khalistani terrorists for Vote banking.

The GOVT WONT solve this problem because if they actually meet the 5M new houses target and the housing becomes more affordable, imagine what happens to the cost of the existing houses and the loans that go along with it! Many people have just bought houses at 3X the asking prices thinking they can sell it 5 yrs later and never actually to pay it off, all those people will be screwed and in banks will be screwed in return. This huge immigration was just to strengthen the vote bank and not really to improve the economy of the country. It's a very old political strategy and people still get fooled and vote for it. Imagine what would one man do to get elect not just twice but thrice? To keep himself in power he have to turn his buttcheek for everyone to have a way with him. It was the coroporations that made the split of family here. This is also causing Indians of older generations to leave the parents, to live a free lifestyle. who will rasie the children? and who will help the parents when they are too old? 100 years back Christians had the same culture of Indians. Parents, grandparents and babis lived in the same household helping one another. Less cars, less insurance, spliting the costs, no baby sitting fees, no old age homes. Know even in India adopting the west coroporate culture have old folks homes. The media and TV in bed with coroporations have made people selfish that they will not stay together. Indians are in the same postion as whites. The older gen is left to fend for them selves, in the coming gen who will baby sit the kids, they to will get pets, it will be too expensive for them to have kids.

Now i quite understand the economics of Canada. I realized that i should stay put where i supposed to be.

In Canada, the major centers are too expensive. However, Canada is one of the easier countries for foreigners to come in and stay long term and make a decent living, especially from countries like the Philippines and India. If they are highly skilled though, there are better opportunities. Just don't talk about homelessness and say it is one of the reasons no to come to Canada from the Philippines. Homeless and slums are quite prevalent all over the Philippines. Taxes however are ridiculously high in Canada - but this socialist slant is not going anywhere anytime soon.

African community of Toronto please help your brothers and sisters offer them a place to stay in your home because sleeping on the street is terrible

Most of what was reported here is true but the housing market and rents have skyrocketed all over the world since the Chinese government F'd everyone with Covid-19. At first there were supply chain issues with all goods so businesses said we have to increase prices. Once supply issues were back to pre-Covid-19 levels businesses did not & will not lower their prices on goods because , we as a society do not take matters into our own hands and boycott products\\company's etc. Now obviously we cannot boycott all goods & services but the majority we could and that is the only thing that would cause action among companies to lower bank fees, fast food prices, grocery prices, cell plan costs etc.\n\nWith that said, you picked two of the highest and most sought after city's in CAN to rent & or try to buy a home. Although rent & home prices have really jumped all over the world in the past 3-4 years, more affordable (still not cheap) housing, compared to Toronto, Vancouver, can be found all across CAN. My sister & brother in law found an apartment to rent in Winnipeg without any difficulty or waiting. \nThey are immigrants and entered on her student Visa & he is a computer programmer. They are not struggling to eat but they have to follow a tight budget since she cannot work but 20 hours a week as a student and they have 1 kid, a car payment,utilities, cell plan, etc. They have filed for their PR and I suspect they will be approved since his job is in demand and she will graduate from College there in 4 months or so.\n\nOne thing I noticed, when my wife & I went up to get them settled in, is that the government (national & local) taxes you all pay out of the wazzoo on everything! I think the only thing that wasn't taxed was air. ? I know most of this is due to the healthcare system, because the money has to come from somewhere. Don't misunderstand, I like the CAN healthcare system better than the US's, because the insurance companies stick it to us as well, but both have their pluses and minuses.\n\nCAN does have a much easier system for immigration. If my sister & bro in law could have come here we would have been glad for them to stay with us and help them get started but the backlog is just so long to wait (10 + years). I also LOVE CAN because you uphold your laws and DEPORT illegal immigrants instead of letting them pour into the Country, by the millions each year, and the majority eventually trickle into the population illegally, who get jobs & pay no taxes (other than sales tax) no driver's licenses or vehicle insurance and get 100% free medical and hospital care anytime while legal US citizen's pay high premiums, into social security and their income taxes each year.

I'm a Canadian citizen with permanent residence in the states. You're delusional of you think it's any better here. Stop the foolishness. I had my phone check at Toronto Airport in 2006 when I flew in from NYC due to my response to questions from immigration officers. I was a resident of US and my friend in Canada was undocumented, so i was hesitant to provide information about my visit. I had similar thinking then yelling at the officer as a Nigerian, but after 20years in US, I understand reason for it. If your intention for coming into the country is good, you will have no issues responding to immigration questions. You are granted student visa or visitor visa but your true intention is to stay in the country. Guilty mind always fear the truth

If Canada continuous at this rate, they're not going to have many native Canadian workers at this point staying in their native country. They would even be embarrassed and refuse to fly the Canadian Flag, if the US flag gives them more opportunities than Canada does. And to be honest, at this point they could end up in a much worse recession than they were in 2008, but that's just me.
