To me the biggest problem of people of African origin is not racism. Infact if you called a child who knows colours very well and ask that child to mention the skin colours of that panel there will be brown, pink and barge. Back to my point, people of African origin have failed to be honest with themselves thats the biggest problem. The biggest problem to solve is the family problem. African men and women majority have failed to raise up responsible children because half of the time they are absent from home. Don't tell me they are absent because they have to look for money to feed children. Let us tell our children to stay away from gangs, be at home latest by 6 pm, start recording high grades at school meaning they will be spending much time with books, wait to have sex until they are legally married, start opening businesses and build corporations like Indians and Chinese do. Then this racism issue will just disappear on its own. As long as people of African origin continue to possess the mentality that other races owe them a good life, the problem of racism won't end. I live in Africa and am an African but I see my brothers and sisters North America or Europe majority live very careless lives. Yesterday I was listening to BBC news a chief police officer of African Origin saying on average there were about 65,000 murders within the African Americans community annually. Where is racism in all this. Can't we be ashamed of ourselves. When last did you hear of such statistics in Asian communities in America or Europe. I agreed with Prime Minister about systematic racism but in my view thats not a priority for the African communities. Number 1 is raise responsible children and not weapon fleaks. Number 2 raise responsible children. Number 3 raise a responsible family then we can sincerely address this racism issue because if there are no trouble makers from our homes but only graduates, business owners, responsible youths who do not abuse substances then if we are treated unfairly it can be vividly seen that someone is discriminating against our race.

Same in F.cking Amerika too. I am mix Persian and Slovak woman and whenever people hear my accent they immediately treat me different. However, when I am with my children or with my husband everyone is so polite:(

WOMAN wearing hijab, have no rights and freedom, they are treated like property! They are forced by society and punished if not wearing hijab! Anyone can tell you that is because of religion and it's a choice! But that's a TOTAL LIE!!! PERIOD!!!

For the shopping experience, they have the guys go in carrying hand bags. That's going to get their attention since shoplifters could easily put things into the bags and most people don't bring computer bags, hand bags etc when they shop.\n\nI've had instances where people were awful to me for no apparent reason (I'm white), and it struck me that if i was black, I would attribute the terrible treatment to racism since I couldn't think of any other reason for the bad treatment. \n\nAnother form of racism not covered here is the racism of low expectations. If people assume that you are too dumb to understand something or too poor to afford something, that's wrong. Same holds true for treating women as if they won't understand. Usually this behavior is done, not by bad people, but by people who just haven't had a lot of interactions with different people of different races. So they haven't had the chance to have those stereotypes personally disproven.

this is all interesting ,,but to be fair ,,,, its all up to  who wrote the test ,,and is there even a right answer to these questions ,,, in other words a test is only as good as the person that wrote it  ,,, on something as tender as this subject ,, it could be that all the answers are wrong ,,, its all in the way you view life and the people you meet ,,, my life is simple ,,, ill treat you the way you treat me ,,, and I never see color ... color is nothing more then a shade of life ,,, no matter who is in your company , if your enjoying it,, that's a keeper ... and never bend to pier pressure ,,, nothing good ever comes from it ,, be your self and see people the way they show them self to you

In the 21st century, many Canadians are also quite against Christians, though this is the basis for the underlying principles of kindness, goodness, and love that has made the Western World so attractive to many peoples around the world, and has made Canada a haven for many. This is quite a shame on Canada. While loving and blessing others, Canada should NEVER forget her own (Natives and Christians); neither should she forget her good foundations that has made her peaceful, wealthy, and stress free over the centuries. I have had to rescue a white co-worker one time, because she was ill treated by immigrants in the workplace, who thought she was not SMART enough and FAST enough for their purpose. This is a beautiful, gentile white lady, whose parents helped to build Canada. Shame on Canada. It is good to bless others, but at what cost? Selling out your good foundations? Forgetting your own peoples who do not have degrees like others. Shame on Canada for allowing these actions. Canada, rebuild your good foundations.

The situation is even much worse when you have language barrier and they treat you very badly even police officers!!

They don't like it why don't they live in their own country why go to another country and then want them to be treated like they're supposed something or of royalty

The alarm went off one time with and my wife walking out of Wal- Mart I just stoped right there and raise both my hands and bags up in the air !!!!! Treat me like I’m bad ...,,, I’ll act bad !!!! Waiting for me to do wrong , but when I play wrong .....,,,, they were not ready ?? !!!!!

I’m a white guy that only speaks English. In Montreal the minority community treated me warmly. Giving extra food at restaurants, etc. In this case skin colour didn’t matter. Only that I fit into the minority.

I'm native American and if you can't treat everyone equally, then you can leave my land ,you are trespassing anyway.

I used to feel angry,when ignored by shop assistants,for whitees ,but I studied things closely,and found that whites dress up .....properly most of the time ,when going to these stores,and shabby looking white people dont get treated,better than blacks......so it gets down to the selfish silliness of the employee....as to who will actually buy their wares,and ensure their pay. Whites generally have a better earning power,so the incentives are aimed at them.

I'm a white older woman who refuses to dress up on my days off from work. I get followed around stores. I am afraid to leave a store for fear of being followed. I always have to show my receipts. I have been yelled at by young males of any background because I refuse to speed while driving. I was called a crazy drunk while crossing a parking lot. People seem to be being raised with very poor manners and a lack of respect for others. There is racism in every race or racial biases in every race. We all need to remember we are all actually the same race. It's called the human race. Remember we are all human beings and deserve to all be treated as such.\nWe are all human beings with plenty to offer each other. A new friendship, a wonderful meal, smiles, wisdom, wonderful stories, knowledge etc. I know I am racially profiled by others as well and wish it just wasn't there. Apparently because I'm white I believe I am first whatever that means. It is so much more comfortable when there are no seams. Love to yall

you guys should also try going to the Philippines or any other Asian country and being white.. try and get a cab.. they will all ask you if you need a ride.. but you pay tons more than the locals would.. it works both ways and it's just normal... get over it... I rode in Planes staffed by people from China and they could tell I was from Texas.. Got treated very different.... some good and some bad depending on the flight attendant's views on The USA

I often tell people i get treated differently when I wear my afro. I can't control the hair that grows from scalp than any person that is a platinum blonde.

I live in Victoria, and take this. I worked in a place, where the manager was from Asia, and she treated me like hell forcing me to move to another department, claiming she doesn't need an assistant. NEXT day she hired an Asian girl. She obviously needs an assistant, but because she wanted an Asian with her, she did that. And now you go to that department and you find all employees are from her country. Talk about racism, it's everywhere. And yes when an Asian or a black treat others in a wrong way, it's still called racism. People only shout racism when it comes from the White while we do see racism from others, but we don't hear anyone condemning it

Racial profiling happens in the Court room as well in Ontario. Public servants such as judges and public safety officers/investigators treat non-white individual very poorly -- their decisions are bluntly biased against non-white claimant. (These are my first-hand accounts.) There seems to be no justice for non-white demographic groups in this province.

Being, Muslim, we are treated far worse. Ppl won't even greet alot of the time. I really worry, about my daughter's as they grow up.

You should have tested a Punjabi because I was involved with the Punjabi guy and I know how they treat white people and blk they say they're pretty nice them there would always be comment

I am happy when people starting to be abusive when she was in hijab..this is what people who call themselves muslims more than a Canadian or citizen of a country should be treated.

The white guy they used in these test is a lot more socialable looking than I am and I am sure I would get the same treated I am even being white.\nI also worked for best buy and was told to ask people if there was something I could help them with if they look suspicious and standing in one place by a shelf is just one of those things. That is just common practice.

My dear Muslim sister. Karma comes back to you. What you give comes back to you. If you treat minorities shabbily in the Muslim countries, please expect to be treated like wise. Usa and Canada aren´t the best countries of the world but a lot inmigrant people think in the economic progress, but Brazil is the best country in the world or another, the USA officers cancel my Visa legal, I tried to visit Denver for 15 days, I tried to get in by Fort Lauderdale, and immigration officers, stop me, I was treated like a criminal, I am a systems engineer, a university professor and I was in a cell one night, the first time this happened to me and there is no justification when my passport and visa were fine.

Wow very shocked I'm a rental agent and never treated anyone differently always open about any unit I have to everyone. I submit all applications from all cultures to Head Office and they pick who has the strongest Application not what colour their skin is nor am I ever asked that question by any landlord I work for, thank God...

I worked at future shop as store manager in trainee. We were trained to treat others as you wanna be treated. But again chain owned by Iranian and out of 4 GM’s 3 were from visible minority. But I got promoted to MIT when my immediate boss and GM were Caucasian’s.

this made me so upset for the first nations male in shoppers drugmart as I work there as a proud first nations lady in bc and would never treat anyone based on their colour. that was disgusting to watch.

I work with a variety of people from all races and ages in my field. I wonder how much of how people treat individuals have to do with how booked they are. Regardless of a person’s race, I notice that if I am short on time or have back to back appointments \n, that I am not as attentive or as interested in people. However, if I limit myself to three appointments a day, I am an attentive and genuinely want to do my best at my job. So, because I know this about myself, I choose to limit my schedule to three appointments a day unless I absolutely cannot prevent it. I am a minority, too, and have been profiled left and right. My husband is Caucasian and thinks it’s in my head, but he can look like a bum and not be profiled whereas if I am not dolled up going to the store, you better believe I know not to put my hands in my pockets.

There is so much westerners in the middle east and in China. I wonder how a Christian white male would be treated in the middle east... Lol..

And why is Canadian government taking so much refugees from Africa and middle east if they know that many Canadian are racists towards blacks and Asians, racists people are just ignorance and they don’t want to accept their denial of the racists. I’m white as a sheet and American. I was followed around an Arabic leather store and treated like a potential shop lifter. I was exchanging a jacket. This happen in the Riverwalk Mall in New Orleans.

you see people from different age group and back round get treated different and even people of same back round in apple valley get treated different. All people discriminate regardless.

They should treat muslims the same way they treat non muslims in muslims countries. Make them pay taxes for being muslims. And treat them like 2nd class citizens.
