It's the governments fault by destroying the value of our currency and making life so hard the population is looking to assign blame. I personally like the Indian population, they seem to value education, work ethic and family and we need population growth. The process needs to just become a bit more geared to skill sets the country needs.

Well it does come down to the immigration policy. This is bound to happen with any country allowing mass immigration from any country.
