I live in suburban Toronto right next to Brampton, thanks for bringing attention to this matter. Everything you showed in this video is 100% facts. This is a classic correlation doesn’t mean causation example. If you read further into that article, people generally say that the quality of life is overall better compared to their survey in 2019.
