I think your reading of the situation is slight from the wrong end of scope. \n\n1> the job of the Canadian gov is to look after Canadians. (Yes they allow immigrants but that is for the benefit of Canadians and not the other way around. \n\nThe house prices are intentionally kept high. The reason is because it makes existing citizens richer. (Year on year) these people vote and the gov would like their vote) . Creating huge supply of housing is going to crash the market and that will end up people feeling poor. (Values will drop : demand and supply) . Falling values mean people will feel poor and then less likely to vote for the current administration.\n\nI am based in UK which is experiencing record amount of immigration. \n\nTaxes here are high.(I don’t mind high taxes as long as there are good public services to show for them) \n\nGood roads \nHigh speed internet \nGood infrastructure \nHospitals \n\nSo the job of the gov (in western hemisphere) generally is to keep the voting public happy. \n\nThat involves \n\n1>Good public services (most are social states and people accept high taxation as a trade off for good public services) \n\n2> rising house prices. You moved here and we all want to move there. the weather is better less crime less homeless you do not have to worry about your kids on drugs. Way to go on your choice. we have tent cities growing across the country and less people can afford to even rent a basement suite every year. Our currency is in a full collapse most Canadians I know are buying gold and silver as fast as possible, you can barely get any groceries for $100 any more used to be 5-6 bags for $100 and now it is 1-2.

They come here because they know they will get free boarding, food ,clothes and medical care.Most aren't here to work. Instead of putting them on busses and scattering them all over the country, put them on a plane and send them back.Much cheaper than having to house them.They need to fight for their own country and not be allowed to take over ours.Tax payers should have a say.

You can have the choice because you have the Canadian Passport so you can move on and settle mostly where ever you can. Depending on your income off course. I have been to Malaysia and it seemed like a nice place to stay in. Indonesia too. And you know what! Even if you think how bad it is, Muslim population in THailand is Growing. While I was driving back from Bangkok to Pattaya, I stopped by a rest room area and I saw that there are Prayer Room for both man and woman! Even in the Bangkok airport you will find prayer spot! All the super market in Thailand has prayer room. I am seen Muslim women working on super mall in Pattaya while my daughter was chanting Kalima they were clapping on her! \n\nMy suggestion, if you would like to feel safe and be safe then Medina has opened up a business visa opportunity where you can get in and stay and may stay al song and you can. OR if you want to have mix of both them Malaysia is great. Also if you think you can take a little / slightly challenge situation staying and Dawah then THailand is the perfect place! Because you will find Muslims and halal food any corner in Thailand, Masjid is available all part of the country even on an Island! You can even walk with wearing Lungi and Punjabi with Tupi.

Having done a similar voyage, my two-pence is that, resources permitting, at least until you have really properly tried the other country out for a period of time, I'd recommend retaining a base, even if a small one, in Canada, leaving your longer term stuff there rather than packing everything that you own and dragging across the world. In my experience, the most enhancing and liberating situation is one where you get to enjoy the privilege of being able mix the best of the two worlds. When abroad in the other Muslim country you will have great moments but - guaranteed - also a fair share of disappointments and negative experiences. Even if you think you have thought of everything, you don't know what you don't know, or how you may feel, or what and where is better, until you've spent a longer time over there. I could write a book by now but will just leave you with go, explore, see, try, but ideally have an easy way to come back to Canada to regroup (to potentially try again, better and differently with a bit more experience). I don't know what part of the world you should go. But I would advise you not to go to the Netherlands. The points you named are also (to a degree) all applicable for this country.

From this video. Let me\nClarify something. I has studied from Newzealand and done MBA. As per my experience they don’t interfere in your life. And that’s biggest advantage if you want to grow your children. Cus they need non judgemental environment rather than constant thought of competitive environment they have open minds to think independent cus it’s in their lifestyle (that which you have to do everything by self) it’s good thing for children cus they make them independent enough. If you are complaining cus you have habit of cheap labour here then can’t compare like that. If you want just benefit of their openness then it’s your fault. First of all you don’t create drama about it. If country is not suitable then you come back and don’t complaint cus you are not perfect to judge country. However from india, everyone thinks they know everything and it’s their right to complaint only. They will not do anything if someone is doing corruption or doing wrong in society. While they will directly not tolerate non sensible behaviour. And you will not be habitant for country which is not corrupt like india. So always go abroad with their mindset to live not your mindset of india. ?

I'm married to a muslim Pakistani family my wife was born in Germany, i moved to germany from Pakistan and seeing here new muslims generation is moving towards atheism which is so heart breakign, and they are ignorant for muslims values because they are being impacted by western culture and they turn their faces and ashamed of their deen, i am so happy for you guys and I know Allah will put so much barakat in your decision. Not so many people think about this, they just wanna move to 1st world country just because of luxury and security and better environment but ignore the cons of non islamic countries.

What I would like to mention towards number 1 decision, as you probably know that even Arab countries were not to express their support to the Palestinians, so whatever your decision is, make sure that it's not an Arab country, there is a lot of suppression there, and especially religious suppression. Yes, you will hear the adhan, but you find difficulty practicing your religion. Allah knows best.

Salam am a Muslim 16 year old and I lived in Saudi ever since I was one but moved to Australia at 11 because of how expensive the residence card was my dad lived there for over 20 years and mum for around 11 and we viewed it as a truly amazing country its very safe and people are very helpful and kind everything id also islamiclly led when you're walking in the streets you can litterly feel the islamic spirit am talking about 4/5 years ago I dont know about now but it was the best we used to go madina every eid mecca was close so we went when we could went roude trips around Jeddah and jizan its the best think about it your kids growing up in a society where there is no alchahol, lgbtq,dr**s and islamaphobs its a qiute exspensive place but its truly amazing. I don't know what's going on with the world, but the hate, the xenophobia and islamophobia are very real around here. Just remember wherever you guys pick make sure that they speak the same dialect that you do otherwise you're going to have that learning curve of learning their dialects. It is different in a lot of places like learning to speak like the yemeni do is different than the Pakistani. So just keep that in mind. My grandfather is from Yemen and his wife who is my grandmother and my dad's side is from sudan. And they used to tell me it took them a while to understand each other. My Syrian grandmother on my mom's side would teach me words and phrases and my grandpa who was from Yemen would always make fun of me because I wasn't saying stuff right. I'm not really good at speaking Arabic but I can get by so just remember when you guys are picking somewhere to pick a place that won't be that hard to understand people. I'm only saying that because with the kids you guys send the kids to school they may learn a different dialect than what you taught at home and it will be a learning curve for them to try to understand. But I'm sure you guys will make the right decision. I just figured I would throw that in there I'm sure you already know that the dialects are a lot different and Arabic is a lot different in different parts of the world. People think Arabic is all the same and it's really different. Just like people who speak Spanish in South America speak different dialects on the Puerto Ricans just like people in Brazil don't speak Spanish they speak portuguese. Just a thing to think about. Egypt seems to be a pretty good place I have family that live in Egypt and they really liked it but I'm sure you guys will pick a place that's wonderful for your family and I can't wait till you guys know when we can see everything that you guys are doing in your new home Korean and I totally understand I am so upset the United States took the stand that they did with the genocide in Gaza and in the occupied West bank. I do fear about the religion part through esp for kids! Allah knows better! However, i am in Dubai and i woukd.advise you both to def come to Gulf countries. I grew up in Saudi, so go to medina (dajjal wont enter there ?), Qatar. If UAE, dont choose Dubai simce that is a mini West anyways..go to other cities like ras al Khaimah where there is natural beauty, serenity, more original Emiratis and your girls can grow up just as you would want them! Do istikhara and remember me in your duas!!!

My husband is from Gaza, all of his extended family was killed and these three months have been the most emotionally depleting, we also found out we are 2 months pregnant alhamdulilah and because we want to make sure the little one gets the islamic education and lives in a safe environment we can't possibly stay in Canada (we live in Vancouver, almost no visible muslims here). I'm a revert from Europe so people get so confused when they see me in hijab, it's uncomfortable and scary. Given the fact that my husband grew up in Gaza, we would like to move somewhere where islamic values are still very strong and people didn't exchange them for Shakira concerts (I think we all know which country i'm talking about) so our safest bet as of now is Kuwait and Qatar. More strongly Kuwait as there's a big Palestinian community. Hope this helps!

From a 12 year old girl, who wanted to explore London, study in UK and constant and full heartedly prayers... I came to UK when I was 27... But I had to face a new me here.. after my course completion, where I stand now, and still having the opportunity to continue here . I decided to choose a middle eastern country .. most importantly for my Imaan and my child's good upbringing. Though I get questioned from everyone around here for choosing to leave this country, I know what I want.. and I need what I seek.. Allah has answered my prayer and gave me the chance to be here and he also gave me all the lessons for me to understand what I need and I chose to leave UK. So proud of my decision

Even though I became Muslim only since mid March, I’ve been considering making the Hijra to a Muslim country Insha’Allah. I can’t relate to living in cold weather conditions being in Southern California, but I can relate to everything else. \n\nI’m not married. Insha’Allah one day I will. But I think about the safety my wife will have going out in public in her hijab. Insha’Allah I’ll have kids and I wonder about the indoctrination going on in society. \n\nBut the biggest thing for me is living in the US and knowing that whoever is in charge will endorse genocide. And for a country that prides itself on free speech, yet we see that speech being limited when it comes to standing up for what’s right. I actually had a feeling that was going to be your number one reason before you got to it.\n\nI can’t make this happen right now but Insha’Allah in the next few years, be able to work on it so it can happen.

May Allah guide you and your family. We are truly living in difficult times and it is even hard to find a place which is safe for muslims to bring up their young. I would suggest somewhere like qatar as their schooling does not have include what muslims fear, although many schools in qatar and the middle east use the western curriculum and are being westernised. Perhaps homeschooling in a muslim country is the best and ideal solution. I know even non muslims who are fear for their kids now and are moving away ….

Your number 1 reason to leave Canada is something I have been seriously thinking of too. When I first came to Canada it played a peace-keeping role. Gone are those days, it’s tearing me apart, being a part of such a country. I came from India about 40 years ago. And, everyone knows what is the present condition of India. I would leave in a heartbeat to Malaysia or somewhere else warm but my son has set roots (but, not happy with the direction this country is taking) in this country so he’s not moving anywhere so as an extension I am here.\n\nYou are making a good decision to move while your children are still young.\n\nGood luck wherever it’s that you are moving.\n\nCanada is losing a hard-working, entrepreneurial family, while at the same time they are bringing in people who really have no loyalty to this country. \n\nI totally agree with all you are saying…

I agree with you in terms of being a muslim woman wearing hijab here. I know Canadians won't say it to you directly but there is a REAL misunderstanding of our religion created by the media and the looks are very PAINFUL. Just bear in mind that nearly all the western countries created and still support the genocidal state , and that the UAE is a strategic partner of Isr*** and supoorts genocide too. So do not expect to find yourself in a traditionnaly muslim country if you choose the UAE. Good luck for your journey ?.

I don't wear hijab and I don't feel safe and I don't want to stay in western countries. The indoctrination is also one of the things that makes me leave. And know that I don't even have kids.
