Students may be studying in Canada.. But the Canadian govt should not give citizenship.. I am Indian .. so I am worried about our future.. Many intelligent people from India are going out to other countries like USA, AUSTRALIA CANADA for a higher salary... They should use their intelligence to build up India... They were born in india so they should work for Indians , not for other countries..

Canadian government went to such a extent that they divided Indians based on religion and ethnicity in Canada, so they had Indian, Punjabi, Sikh and Hindu 4 categories for Indian people. The younger generation of Canada is facing the most hardships of all time. My friend’s son cannot find a job in a year now. He was discouraged to seek the truck driver license as he was told that he would not possibly to get a job in this career now unless you are an Indian. Not racism, but this is the real phenomenon now.

Countries are waking up to this Game being played in the name of MS by immigrants mostly Indians to migrate to countries like US, Canada etc. These people are their for study and they should return back once done. Instead they try to game system by applying for work/pr etc. to stay in that country which is not correct. Every country has right to safe guard their citizens first. Stunned by the audacity of these immigrants protesting against a law which they have been rigging for years..

It's bad that this situation has risen... But it's self inflicted by the Indian Students themselves... On the pretext of studies... They come to Canada and do all the odd jobs except studies especially the students who study in colleges (not University)... During the peak COVID times, the immigration allowed even a college students to bring in their partner (including those who are in conjugal relationships) which again bloated the influx substantially... Needless to say the immigration scamsters in India, Canada and throughout the globe took advantage of this going to the extent of faking the IELTS and few other documents... The Canadian Government has woken up and making a course correction, which is good for both Canada and all the countries to have a cleaner system based on credibility...

This is not just against Indian students. The fact is, Canadians with PR and Citizenship are struggling here. In this situation how can Canada allow more people to struggle?

As a South Indian, this is needed because all of the trash from Punjab has come here and it isn't helping Canada in anyway. Get genuine students or workers here.

I am a finland National and i did my student exchange in Canada for 3 months 4years ago with Lots of indian students in my class,i honestly admire their hardworking and resilient spirit,i still have few them as friends,though i am back in Finland and employed,so also is my Indians friends they are employed in canada and paying taxes,I am just curious why Canada is targeting and don't want this group in Canada,maybe Canadians don't need more workers :)

Canada is doing this mistake for nearly 20-25 years, UK doing this mistake 10-15 years, Australia 5-10 years......\n\nSorry to say, damage in Canada is already done.... Brampton is a shit hole now, unfortunately I bought a house in Brampton and the area is ok but certain areas I walk my dog im surrounded by hordes of them and it makes me feel like I’m in India not Canada ?? where I was born and raised and followed Canadian laws and ways, but Indians and Punjabi try to bend are laws and tweak are customs and show zero respect for are very laid back ways.
