Celebration Square is a joke! It should be renamed Immigration Square because that's all that's ever being celebrated there. I know your trying to be fair interviewing all the cultures but I find it hilarious how the majority of people you interviewed are immigrants acting as if their real Canadians and that other immigrants are the problem lol. They are the problem! Obviously they have an identity crisis. It's not immigrants in general though it's the types of immigrants that are flooding our country and all countries which are the Muslim and Hindu immigrants. 2 religions that weren't designed for Canada. It's a joke as well that the media has commercials about hire an immigrant ?. Their the ones in charge of hiring and their only hiring their own kind. Then you got that commercial about how immigrants are being treated badly at the emergency rooms in hospitals. Are you crazy? The reason the emergency is so messed up is because it's flooded with immigrants. They come for stupid reasons as well like if they have a cut on their finger. It can take 2 days to a week to get a to get a room. They are the ones that are privileged and entitled. The government has rolled out the red carpet for them and the red carpet is our flag. They trample right over it. Our official slogan should be: Canada Every Other Country's Doormat! They get the key to the country immediately. As far as Pollivere backtracking and supporting immigrants it's because we don't have any real right wing politicians with balls. Every party is liberal. They just pose as opposing parties. It's pathetic. You can't tap dance around things or tip toe through the tulips. You have to take the bull by the horns. It's so easy to get a citizenship here. Basically they've swapped the old candy and toy prizes in cereal boxes for a citizenship. You can just reach right in and grab your citizenship or better yet cut it out on the back of the box and your good to go. The thing is as well is they shouldn't even call themselves the liberals or democrats. They should call the parties the fake liberal and democrats or wannabe dictator party because they try and pick and choose who has democracy and it's basically the Muslim and Hindu community, LGBTQ, black lives matter, and now the Ukrainian community and their constantly adding new radical groups. But real Canadians have no democracy.

In each year, 2022 and 2023, Canada imported over a million immigrants. That's 3x what the UK received, and UK has nearly twice the population. \nAnd the British public is horrified by the numbers and what it's doing to their country.

Used to be if you wanted to come to Canada you had to have a certain amount of money! I think that should be the case as well as also educated. Australia had a point system and its very hard to immigrate there, we should have that too. Lets stop dumbing everything down! Immigrants come and they come from 3rd world countries and they then offer their serves at lower standards. I used to house clean, I was a single mom with 3 kids and I made a good living. I lost a few jobs to NANNIES who were hired to take care of kids only and before I knew it they were cleaning the house and I was let go. Now those nannies could have just looked after their kids. They didn't even get more money to clean the house. Screwed me out of work and gave them selves more work without more pay! I see it in the Massage Therapy industry too, they post rates a lot lower than the going rate! Janitor serves, truck driving, all are being dumbed down and lower quality! Franshises all being bought out and having major health issues with food quality...dumbing it down to their country of origin!! Im so sick of it all.

We also need to crack down on the aggressive sales practices of immigration consultants in developing nations like India. Let's not forget the big culprits behind this: the admissions officers of the colleges, who fully endorse these practices to meet their revenue targets by any means possible, all under the watchful eyes of the government and IRCC.\n\nI've witnessed this firsthand. I openly challenge those consultants and Canadian college admission officers to be upfront with prospective and future students and tell them in person, before accepting their applications, that a study permit does not guarantee permanent residency in Canada. Explain the rules behind that and see what happens next—people will stop coming to Canada altogether. Consultants and colleges need to be honest with their prospective students and not just include those important facts in a fine print under a bunch of paperwork. \n\nAnd my god, the programs most colleges sell—useless diplomas that are of no use in their home countries either. They won't even get a job as a busboy using those useless diplomas and certificates back home....\n\nI'd love to talk with you if you like, Harrison, as I'm a former international student and now a proud Canadian citizen.

My girlfriend has been living in canada illegal for the las 15 yrs. She was deported 10 yrs ago for working with someone else's S.I. N. after immigration was called. Immigration told my company that the only way she was able to stay at my company if they were able to pay her cash. 17 yrs later and she works for the same company for cash. Tax free. I go with her, and others to bodegas in Toronto where they cash all cheques in the back room at the end of the bodegas. No questions asked. The reason Immigration was called was because the S.I.N she was caught with had $10.000 thousand unpaid taxes over the years. And the person that let her use her card for $300 each month needed the card to go on welfare. No one had to pay the taxes. My company today is 90% illegal workers. All in hotels all over Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga you name it.

Keep up the news discouraging immigrants moving to Canada. Diversity has been the destruction of western cultures. Majority of problems are associated with the immigration numbers that are not sustainable. Homelessness, dr shortages, high rents are a direct result of high immigration. Also, correct your misinformation about missing indigenous children. To date, there have been no children found in mass graves. Based on all of this, it sounds like you are arguing that capitalism has failed in Canada. Corporations have built huge monopolies and are gouging Canadians, and investors are buying up every home/condo they can, instead of letting average people buy them up. It also sounds like you're arguing that the government hasn't done enough to stop it. \n\nCanada certainly has its share of issues, but I don't agree with the tone of this, which is mostly Conservative Party talking points. If they were running things, they'd have let mergers go on and signed bad trade deals with countries, just like they did between 2006 and 2015. The Liberals have made a lot of mistakes, but they also weathered the largest financial and health crisis in the last hundred years. I'm not sure what the fix is, but arguing that the Conservatives would have done any better is specious.

My question is are they coming here to study or work? If they are coming here for study let them go back after the finished, if they are coming here for work then why there are using study permit to come. Don’t blame Canada government

New immigrants dont integrate in Canada or Canadian life. The priviledge of going to school is for study not PR. Its not a back door immigration program. You dont go to any other country and make demands or protest. Few if any go in the needed trades so time to go home. The numbers are unsustainable and its killing communities with housing and jobs as well as limited resources like healthcare and education. Governments and post secondary have failed Canadians who have had enough of paying the price and need borders closed. Clearly somewhere along the line these students are coming with false promises and expectations. With housing crisis if Colleges and Universities cant house all those they bring over on campus and provide the housing then higher caps to meet who they can house. Failure to do so close them down. Most communities are in emergency state for homelessness so of course no sympathy or tolerance for protests. Schools are for study only not a back door.

If you graduated college/university here and 2 yrs later you only work in a coffee shop, retail store or a taxi driver, you don't qualify to be an immigrant. We don't need any more minimum wage job takers in Canada.

Just say you can’t get a visa in Australia ans you need to try Canada. No need to drag the country down. I live in Canada and yes it is a very nice place to live but half of what you said is not accurate. Nothing will prepare you for how long and cold the winters are.
