My friend is from Mexico who came to the US legally and has been a border officer for many years now. He has a very hard time telling Mexican migrants that they cannot enter the US illegally. But the law is law and it is the same if you enter Mexico. It's just a matter of Mexico doesn't have many opportunities for jobs that pays well and it's a better life in the US. I grew up with migrants all of my life. They worked 3 jobs for many hours per day but would rather have that than go back to Mexico - with no job. If Mexico had a flourishing economy, I feel migration isn't an issue. But then there's history - California belongs to Mexico but someone sold it to the Americans long ago.

It sucks they can't make their home countries home and think America is the answer. Meanwhile, America itself is going to sh-t, and it’s only a matter of time before the American people revolt. Ironically, some Americans choose to live abroad because they hate the system here. Get ready to be taxed and overcharged for every living expense. There is no mercy for any worker in the US.

Every since this has been allowed to occur we suddenly don’t have jobs in restaurants that allows people to work without citizenship or green card. They are taking those jobs speaking no English and being used and overworked. They are easier to deal with cause they barley complain. So people(americans) are being pushed out big time. They starting with the lowest pay . Lower than what Americans would accept. I completely understand that wall?? I can’t even take a vacation without a passport to the countries and I’m not planning on staying at all. I am not against immigration but the fact of the matter is this in this country aren’t going well even for its own citizens. Homelessness is up, inflation is up, unemployment, gas and groceries are up. The average American has to make a choice every month wether they get to feed their family or catch up on bills. We need to improve our infrastructure some cities are literally falling to pieces. We need to fix our country just like these folks need to do to their home country, running from the problem won’t fix it.

As a fully disabled American citizen with a child that doesn't even get $1,000 a month and there's no available housing at all where I live no waiting list to go on people on SSI disability don't get any extra housing help we're not offered separate housing are put on separate lists and low-income Able Body people or the migrants jumping the Border but I was born and raised here paid taxes and worked until my body literally couldn't anymore but I don't hear anybody bitching and screaming and crying about the fact that my son and I would be on the streets if it hadn't been for one of my family members stepping up and giving his housing after a lifetime restraining order issued during my pregnancy on my son's biological do do with domestic abuse situation. As a matter of fact if you pay attention to most of the stories about Jesus and talking about him sleeping he does a lot of sleeping Outdoors. People need to remember that part of being a fair and loving. Is also teaching and discipline and these children following rules. My work which is at a hotel just got a bunch of Puerto rican immigrants who are working and living at the hotel for free and they get paid and they treat all the other workers with disrespect and leave everything a mess and break rules constantly and can’t even talk to the managers and we’re all trying to be as understanding as we can be because I honestly can’t imagine going through immigration like that but still there’s no rules for them and meanwhile us other workers who are American and don’t get paid as much and don’t have the amenities that they do it’s just kind of a ridiculous situation in my opinion. There’s no structure or organization with it and it doesn’t make sense that we’re illegally transporting immigrants all over the us and giving them the free pass for most all things without even going through the legalization process. Like I can completely understand immigration and see nothing wrong with it when it’s done legally, but I don’t understand why we’re disregarding the people already in the long process of legally immigrating. I might just be very ignorant in the issue but that’s my personal take on the issue. It doesn’t make sense to me. I will say I have absolutely nothing against any person who’s an immigrant but just the rules and regulations surrounding the situation. I don’t mean to step on anyone’s toes or offend anyone.
