Unfortunately there are no job for Canadians because employers prefer hiring immigrants due to lower wages also the immigrant worker most likely complain about his/her job or rights.

Don't forget you are also not Canadian. We immigrants are paying hefty taxes. Immigrants are doctors that's why the Canadian healthcare system is still working.

Diversity is great and that's how the country can benefit of great minds. However, those who come via fraudulent and forged documents do not deserve to be part of this great country. They corrupt and foster the crime in the country. Those fraudulent people once they settled, they root their bad culture in Canada. It is good to give opportunity for refugees but Canada should not be the dump dictators. Everything the French lady said is spot on. My parents immigrated from Europe 60 years ago. They only speak English, they have never asked or taken handouts from the Govt. They assimilated themselves to Canadian culture. We played hockey as kids, ate pancakes and maple syrup. Immigrants today impose their religion and culture on us and we have to take it. I am 4th generation Canadian. My Daughter is 5th. I won't be leaving because I am fully Canadian. Immigrants are mostly cherry picking the country they go to these days of mass immigration. If they choose to leave it's hard but they are looking to cherry pick the country. It's not my problem. The government was not being responsible . Best of luck on their next choice for advantage. Ive lived in brampton for 5 years. Yes we do have a good number of our people here. \nTalking about temples, thats what indian people do, we are religous. And i dont see anything wrong with having our temples built the traditional way. The city had no issue with it thats how they got permits to build. \nWhy so many of us live here …. Brampton is located very close to all major cities in gta. It has a good public\nTransport network…. A lot of colleges both convenient for the students. And more over the govt did not specify where new commers should go. \nI thought canada was always a land of immigrants from hundreds of years so dont know when they say too many of us here. We came like others…. Did the paperwork… got approved for visa. Students pay 3x the money for the same course a canadian would pay. Its contributing to the economy.

It's obvious that the Immigration Department recruits too many Indians and Indians favor Indians. In 2023, more than 1 million Indians will got visit visas, while only one hundred thousand Chinese will got visit visas. Shouldn't tourists see who has money? I can't get a visa with 200,000 Canadian dollars to prove it, but Indians can get a visa with only 10,000 Canadian dollars to prove it. what reason?

I don't understand the numbers, i am Canadian and we are only 41 millions in the entire Canada, yeah we did let 1.5 million immigrants in in the last 4 years but the number doesn't add up and second i can see more Chinese and black than indian peoples. Indian here, I applied for a Canada PR and just missed the PR score cut off by a few points, I am from one of the top universities in India, have a computer science bachelors and masters in economics, I am opening my own tech startup here and would have loved to open it in Canada and drive Canada's GDP. \n\nBut you know who get the highest score for PR? Low skilled people who do fake degrees(which are so easy to get it is lame, by the way I can also do it, but it will spoil by education reputation). The immigration system of Canada is a joke, It treats all degrees, jobs and universities as equal. Best of all I was offered to pay $20k by someone to get a Canadian PR. Again I can pay that much but do I want to immigrate to a country whose citizenship is being sold this cheap?\n\nTrust me when I say it Canada is getting the most average and at times the worst people from India. Indian government though should thank Canada for taking all these low skilled people from India that send Canadian Dollars back to India. They take away the middle class jobs, housing, etc in Canada and worse for Canada send back money to India leading to pressure on Canadian currency and reserves.\n\nThe simplest solution is to halt whatever nonsense immigration policy Canada has and only allow three kinds of immigration, people who secure high paying jobs in recognised companies, entrepreneurs that get funding from investors Canadian government recognises and count university scores only from top tier universities. Lack of competitiveness of native Canadians who use government jobs to keep themselves secure. Military jobs which invite their wives and husbands to work, and all kind of discrimination and segregation towards non-Canadians and immigrants. Law 101 of french language in Quebec, etc. Canadians are in general very discriminative towards immigration, and that has a cost.

An immigration plan from the Canadian authorities needs to be established so that more immigrants can access the job market in Canada.\n\nCanada is one of the countries that receives a lot of immigrants and we hope that this year will open up opportunities in this program.

Sad thing is the people who voted Trudeau into power is the ageing, retiree population. They get all the benefits now at the expense of the hard-working new generation. being indian who immigrated to canada seen all kind of immigrants in from philipines,china, greece , sri lanka, hongkong, poland, uk, argentina, colombia , middleeastern and all sorts of, one thing i can confirm indians, pakistani, afganisthan all provide net negative value to canadian society . Surely there are good quality immigrants among them but majority of them are burden, but the chinese, philipino polish south american those provide net positive to society, those guys are hardworking and honest.

Seems to be a lot of mildly rascist comments under this video. Depressing, I expected better from my fellow canadians. Its not the colour of someones skin, their religion, or their culture that makes someone a good person and worth knowing. Its how they treat others. Canada has always been a country that's thrived because of diversity. In my experience most immigrant Canadians have great work ethics and treat others with respect and kindness.
