Gotta be honest, as offish as that customers behavior was, the delivery guy did wrong in my opinion and gave off some strong victim vibes, rather than being cooperative. \nApperently this Pizza guy doesn't carry any change with him and expects the customer to pay fit or unwillingly tip him otherwise.\nAlternatively he offers the customer to return the change later and leave with his money, which isnt a trustworthy offer either. So I see fault in the delivery guy's manner as well. Sure, giving change is adequate. But you dont force it from people by literally delivering food without change in your pocket. Like, what if youre given a 20$ Bill for a 15$ order. I totally get the customer for getting mad, he just didnt want to be played, which the delivery guy certainly tried to do

BC is extremely expensive to live there. Average rent in Vancouver $2500 a month and that an average apartment nothing special. Even in surrounding areas like Abbotford, Mission fraservalley as it’s called Rents are very high. You won’t get a house under 1/2 million or more. But hey it is beautiful for sure

This is going on in almost every city in Canada. I live in the building above that bridge. For 5 years the drug addicts (not homeless) have lit fires 5-10 times per week usually in the summer. Have assaulted police and firefighters and used public parks as a dumping area for syringes and garbage. It makes me sick to see our emergency services squandered on these POS. As you can see the fire pit they have created directly besdie all of the flammable crap the police and firefighters have told us they are not able to remove the flammable items and mattresses - due to it being public property. When in reality this is all property they have stolen from our neighbourhood. It is sickening. Often my neighbours and I wake up having to call the fire department multiple times in the kiddie of tv night or AM and have to keep a constant eye on the Rosedale Valley Ravine to make sure these POS drug abusers don’t burn the entire wooded area down.

As an old American, anyone coming to my door asking for food is offered a seat on my porch until I fetch food. \nAs an old American anyone coming to my door to try to push in made a mistake. \nPersonal manners can save a life as sure as lacking that skill costs lives. “Love one another”.

Sure he is being racist but I think chances are that he is mentally sick and his family members are the biggest victim because they have to deal with him all their life and probably share some similar genetic traits with him as well.

I know its a two side issue (Indian and Canadian). But I would blame our present govt for letting so many international students from a specific country. They didn't even bother to estimate the demographics of people who they are letting in. When you are looking for multiculturalism then set a quota from each country rather then only from one country. And also must make sure they speak english or French and at the same time adapt to our rules and culture.

I mean the guy isn't wrong. I work delivery and always have change. And he works directly for the pizza place so they should be giving him change at the start of the day. It's more on them than on the driver. But still absolutely no excuse for this customer's behavior. The pizza guy should have just walked away with the food and not taken the money after that abuse. Not too far from me is a shelter. Once a gigantic Toronto Hydro building now just a gigantic building that houses immigrants.The immigrants in this shelter all originating from Africa. I have yet to see, white, asian or brown exit this building. It houses both women and men. No families with kids..that ive noticed yet. They seem to be treated very well. Everyone looks happy, healthy and full. They enter and exit freely and usually have their best clothes on like they are about to go to church. Food is is delivered to them everyday. Fully cooked meals ready to be eaten.. and im sure brought in multiple times a day. Incredibly gross of Canada

I'm an Indian immigrant and lived in ON. I drove through Brampton once and I vowed to never go back there again. But you see this is a vicious consequence of declining birth rates in Canada. Christianity is trampled upon along with its values and principles and this is one of the results. The first thing I asked the day I landed was where were all the Canadians? Have they left the planet? \n\nA country needs people and once a certain ethnic population grows in strength and in numbers the landscape is sure to change. Besides, Canada does not demand immigrants assimilate into the culture, instead it's vice versa and it's disappointing. And when you give up Christianity, what do you expect immigrants to embrace? DEI? That's the last thing they will and continue to push their religions. \n\nBesides, what is Hindu and Pakistani? One is a religion and the other is a nationality. You may want to review that data cos something is off if it's categorized in such a manner.

I came to Canada (Québec) in 2018 as an immigrant and i absolutely loved it i'm not sure if i was just lucky but housing wasn't a problem for me you can easily find roommates etc however i think there is a big addiction problem as most homeless that i saw are addicts which is unfortunate.
