Had a friend that in 2022 family moved to KSA, then Egypt, then Turkey trying to find the right place to raise family in Muslim environment. They came back to USA 8 months later.

Muslims would be happier living in Muslim countries. Muslims who come to Western countries, and want to try to change them, are fighting a loosing battle and it just makes it so unpleasant for everyone.

Before leaving Canada, you should surrender Canadian citizenship and returned passpot as well. If you realy want to know how other muslim countries treat you, travel on the passport you arrived here in canada. Acrually, you know you would be trwated better while having Canadian passport. Have some moral courage...\nAbout islamic environment. Were you not aware before coming here OR all of sudden after becoming citizen you got aware ,oh this is not an islamic society. It is ironic that these immigrants are complaining about the high cost of living, including high rent. Well, if they had not come in droves into Canada, the rental price would be half what it is now. If they had not come into the country and bought up every detached home, the prices of these detached homes would be one third what they are. Well, now they are leaving. That would be the solution for the high cost of living. Thank God they are complaining and leaving.

I have to ask are you giving up your Canadian citizenship? And I have to tell you I bet you are going to keep it. And although I agree with some things eg: the extreme stance and slide into extreme liberalism, your move is one extreme to the other, and despite the cancel culture here it still stands for real freedom when compared to the middle east. So please do us a favor and if war breaks out where you are going to, please do not ask the Canadian people and government (like so many islamic homesick have in the past) to rescue you at the monetary expense and potential risk to our Canadian men and womens lives- that would be so insulting not to mention hypocritical and Canadians take note of such things and they don't forget. Having said that have a good trip or I guess I should say permanent move.

As a Canadian, I know that Christians do not show on the street their religion. We have a tendency to keep our religion to ourselves. It is a different culture. Good luck to you guys.

You cant expect to live in a nation that is not islamic to hear call to prayer 5 times a day....if thats what you desire then you would need to move to an islamic nation and allow Canadá to be canada and no be converted to islam

There are lots of Muslim countries to choose from. Choose one of them. It's unlikely that you will find decent healthcare. Freedom of speech or welfare help during a bad patch. You may also have to pay for your children education. But there wil be lots mosques. You will hear the call to prayer. Just remind me how many Christain Churches are there in muslim countries. The UK has long cold wet winters. You would hate it here.

Since you both mentioned about the choice of doing Umrah more often , choosing Saudi Arabia would be a wise decision along with other factors that you mentioned in the video. An Islamic environment, nice weather especially western and southern parts of Saudi Arabia. Other main cities such as Riyadh and Dammam has a decent winter where temperatures hovers around 10 to 15 deg C for few weeks.Makkah and Madinah itself is a place to live but madinah has a more calm and peaceful atmosphere compared to Makkah. If not, Jeddah which is jus 30 mins to Makkah and 2 hrs to madinah by train. \n\nAnd you will also have quality of life especially the food and housing also and never to worry about halal foods. Education for kids will be on the costlier side, but again you don't have to ay any income tax. If you're on resident visa the only fee that comes is a dependent fee for your family dependent members ,lets say in your case 3. But if you're on premium visa such as investor visa etc i think there are exceptions. Also to take note saudi arabia doesn't offer citizenship. You can be here on resident permit of varying validity depending on the visa you choose to have.

No it’s actually a disappointing answer. Surely it is the responsibility of a neighbouring country to take refugees when they are in crisis but then again what would you expect from a Stone age kingdom. If not for oil the Saudis would still be in the ages of the camel.

I think non Muslims in Canada would be very unhappy with loud speakers playing the call to prayers several times per day.

While there might be wonderful places to see, and interesting people to meet and food to eat, I would never even visit there for more than a day or 2.\n\nSome times traveling by road, it is faster to drive through the states to get to other parts of Canada, and that level of visiting would be barely ok.\n\nYour government is actively making it unsafe to be alive there, for so many types of people. Unless you are part of the elite, making gallons of money, your government doesn't even want you to live. It's horrific.\n\nAmerica is bad y'all. Just so bad.

Before moving please make sure what you would be doing in a new country for living? Will you be able to manage until you pickup your earnings. You have kids!! will you be able to pay for their educations, house rents, medicine if necessary etc. so on and so forth..\n\nBut one thing i wanted to check many Indians are moving to Canada for a better life, i''m little surprised to see you moving out of Canada, why don't you guys try jobs in IT companies? I don't think it's just a Toronto problem. It's Canada problem. All new immigrants that is brought by our government are settling in Toronto and Vancouver. That's why rent prices are ridiculous. Economy is in shi..t after 8 years of Trudeau. Everything is a disaster after him. I would say don't move to Canada, not just to Toronto.

I'm born in the Netherlands to German and Dutch parents. 16 years ago I took my shahadaa when I was 18 years old, I've always struggled with my iman here in the Netherlands and especially now I would leave this country in a heartbeat if the opportunity was here
