It is expected that non-muslim environment is not suitable for muslim people, the same goes the other way too. Western people and Asian people who visit Muslim countries feel like they don’t belong there. So, it’s quite logical that a Muslim person would love to move to a Muslim country. Dated a chick in Toronto who was from Romania. She didn’t even get her Canadian citizenship yet. Only having the residency of Canada. I tried to get her to come to America so many times and try to show her that things aren’t as bad as what you’ve probably heard in Romania/ Canada. I even was willing to move over her parents. The father is an hardworking immigrant and her mother doesn’t work. I told her the economics and she just didn’t get it. I shared her my vision, getting married etc she just didn’t get it. Smh, I truly hope Canada figures their shit out for the sake of people like them.

I hope nobody treats me this badly when I screw up in a new job. A very sad event took place, but this is just a vindictive response. Nobody can bring those kids back, but this overkill response is just because they were boys who played hockey. If it was a bunch of female figure skaters, there would have been nothing like this response. Canada needs to stop worshipping at the altar of the hockey God's. Driving jobs are all the same. They have impossible schedules to keep, that can only be met by speeding, and they hire drivers new to the country who are not used to winter driving.

There’s many crazy drivers , I drive trucks almost every day , and the most amount of accidents I’ve seen it involves one of this guys. I have a bunch of pics of accidents , others showing how this people drive, they are a risk for all of us. I hope everyone here gets safe home to enjoy a good meal with his/her family free of accidents . ?

I am from the immigration system, this country accepted me, humbled me and taught me if you work hard, you'll eventually get there. I slogged my back off to go through Study permit - work permit - PR - Citizenship. And seeing this saddens me to accept the fact that our system has broken. International students were sold a false bill of goods. They were scammed by “immigration consultants” in India who promised them that the students won’t have a problem finding a job or housing and that they would get\n\na proper education. Hopefully the real truth is now out and their numbers will slowly be reduced in time.

The thing is, the employers of Canada do not really need immigrants. The government entities however need more taxable warm bodies and more outside financial resources, hence the misadvertisement “we will welcome you with the open arms”. Translation: Come here and we will suck you dry while you are hoping to make it here. It is a scam, but on a whole country level. Canada is a scam.
