There's a job shortage not a labour shortage.There are millions of unemployed and under employed people that would love to fill high paying jobs and trades but can't due to bureucratic barriers.Ask the doctor driving a cab in toronto or the lady with a masters degree who makes your latte.Companies should train people not pawn that off to the college's.The myth is these low to no slilled immigrants are supposed to generate wealth for Canada yeah? It's been 54 years of imposed mass migration where's the pay off? If they could why didn't they do it back in their own country? Immigration only works in small numbers from first world countries.All countries pushing for mass migration are having the same problem cause the concept doesnt work.The rich just want cheap labour at Canadians expense.

As an immigrant from Europe (not a country with a high level of poverty or a war), I arrived here in 2016 and I can say I love Canada, a very welcoming country. While I see lots of immigrants returning to their countries or going to other places, this country is amazing, offering tons of possibilities to entrepreneurs, business people and with a wide variety of possibilities. Yes, housing is an issue but it is in many rich countries. I also see a lot of people like me, happy about what they have and what they built. I travelled the world (Australia, Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Asia) and I can guarantee, there is no perfect place. So find the place that suits you best. Do not expect perfection. It does not exist.

Canada it's enough, the people and the poverty. The country itself, donations and church. Technology is the help. Waterworks, sewage treatment plant, energy, automatic work, even private. Be it with solar, magnetic field or hydrogen, motor or encoder. I really want to finally help our people in this world. Small country houses built and properly expanded do not have soup and at night they have to fight for survival on the streets again. The technology makes follow-up costs unnecessary but creates the opportunity to help in the long term. People also have dreams, even the poor ones. You just have to give everyone a fair chance in this whole commercial system. Help those who need it, they are from your own people or do you want to be just as hypocrites as the laws and systems themselves Humanity. Even technology and you can grow food yourself, also learn for others and continue to help others. Small gardens and notice that they are really being helped, new courage means hope and continue to help others, get involved in systems and pass on good knowledge. Whether drones or small robots, free energy and power. Don't help here and there. It is your own people that you are making to suffer and are making excuses and hypocrites of Jesus? Finally, really help yourself and, above all, yourself and the systems and keep your eyes open - all the technology you need is there and it's not expensive anymore. The excess production destroys the market but creates these unlimited possibilities to help poor people in systems. I moved to the US from Canada. No country is perfect but I prefer the US, much better if you are younger with a good degree /skills.\n\nMuch better job market and career growth opportunities, better weather, more variety, lower taxes and higher pay, much better to be paid in USD, so much more to see/do, way better flight options, most things from eggs to cars to houses cost less...just much more.\n\nOnly thing is getting permanent residency in the US is much more difficult than Canada, but US is where the growth and opportunities are.

12 year wait for a doctor, three months for a blood test cannot walk into a clinic since covid, have to book online, but can't book online without a doctor, check every day for an appt space- none avail. Literally NO access to medical care and in the ER after seven hours wait they misdiagnose you and fail. Surgery wait is years, and they wont give you a day or time for an appointment, they say they will call you months later to book a time and then never do. There is no longer health care in Canada. Then there is the cost of housing. Then there is Trudeau making news reporting and websites he doesnt like illegal and pushing through laws to let the govt jail you for speech they dont like using anonymous accusers.

I am in Canada for 17 years and I love this country. It literally saved my life. Although I have to admit that it is a matter of surviving nowadays. My husband is a senior piping designer and he can't find a job for more than a year and was on and off the job for last 6 years. I am an internationally trained doctor and I can't find anything for myself. I can't afford pursuing my profession as it's too expensive and takes years with no certainty thag you will even get into industry. So I'm looking for all other jobs. But I'm either overqualified or don't have Canadian experience. So we have money just for a few months to survive... With 2 kids it's even more stressful... We barely can afford our rent... And we can't go back home as we left it so many years ago, no connections for job there too. So we really just pray everyday...
