Respect to the indian man who came as an RN and understood the problems with not working hard. He may have a rose-tinted view on Canada being no different than India, which is aproblem in itself, but the mindset is inherently what we want from our newcomers, and not just importing everyone from a hyper-specific area of another country in i.e. India. This is why selective immigration that has been done for years before Trudeau did wonders for this country. Very insightful. The race doesn't matter, the diversity we value is actually lost when you only import anything and don't vet anyone at all, it then becomes simply and factually non-diverse.

Discuting! There is family who were in Québec for 2-3 years and learn french, have a job and there children go to school and now are afraid to be deported! It is unfair because they were in a program who said that come to Canada and you will have citizenship if you adapt to our country. We change the rules in middle of the program!!! You could save that 78 million by not allowing so many in. Almost 80 thousand “students” have emptied food banks or disappeared into Canada. No cost is too high to remove these people. Also, if refugee claims can be judged false or inadequate, where are the efforts to determine whether "students" are really students? By the same token, the world is a dangerous place. I figure all those living in any of the many violent inner-city neighborhoods in the US have reason to fear for their lives. Similar facts are true of many millions around the world, and most of them would be rejected by Canadian immigration because they'd be safe if they simply moved to places they can't afford.

Considering the shortage of jobs in Canada, if immigration Canada didn't deport them then the Canadian people themselves would take up arms and deport those immigrants themselves. This is what happens when the Canadian government creates a shortage of jobs by rejecting half the engineering and business students to Canada's business and engineering programs at Canada's universities and colleges. If the Canadian government doubled or tripled the number of business and engineering students it accepts into Canada's business and engineering programs at Canada's universities and colleges then there wouldn't be such a desperate shortage of jobs and we could accept more immigrants. If there is no job nor housing for immigrants, they shouldn't come here.

Deportation is always expensive. Using the numbers in this video, it's over $4k per deportee. The real problem is that too many are let into Canada in the first place. As well, it sounds like they are mainly going after refugee claimants, but there are similarly large, if not larger, numbers of TFWs and international "students" (who are not really students) with expired visas.
