When the government puts a number on immigration, that should be it. Whatever the number, every refugee, or illegal should be included , if 200'000 illegals come into Canada, that should be 200'000 less legal immigrants cut off the list.

Don't blame India for this. Blame the vote bank politics of the liberal politicians you voted to power. These immigrants bring billions of dollars when they come here only to find a severely inefficient medical system and nothing in the name of jobs except factories, warehouses and Tim hortons. Most migrants from India are from the state of Punjab. Most of whom are NOT Hindus. As long as you blame others for your voting mistakes, you'll keep facing the same problems. It's not just caucasians who are leaving Canada. I am shocked to hear this from a CBC reporter saying IMMIGRANTS get money from the government!! Where on earth did you get this ,outrageous information!! People who apply to come to Canada as legal immigrants , have to go through a strict points system.that can take years . Plus medical and security checks. They have to speak English or French , be educated and most of all have a skill ,trade or profession that Canada needs!as Canada does not have enough highly skilled workers. Like IT professionals, doctors ,engineers, nurses etc. They have to have a job offer .etc etc .They have to have the means to support themselves and their family . Secondly when talking about refugees the ones who come across the border with no documentation, come on their own and do not fall in the 3 categories you mention? As a retired community college teacher I can attest to this so called 'international (immigration) students circumventing the legal system with the Government complicity, which by the way makes the afore mentioned colleges richer to the detriment to this country economy because is it not sustainable to have so many people with mediocre skills at best to inflate the labour work force artificially. Unless you have FULL citizenship, you have only the rights your permits allow you. Work towards your full citizenship legally or deal with the restrictions.

Only work permits should be in the field of study. You can't work at bowling alley,ice cream stand ect. That aside it is a legal issue that the next gov needs to look into

In other countries you’re not allowed to work on a student visa. You are supposed to show proof of funds and that you are able to support yourself while studying. How can you demand PR status when there’s already a process in place? It’s unfair to people who followed the process and legally became PR’s.

Govt allowed them to come study and at the same time giving them some hr to work so a lot of people grab this opportunity which to most of them the main purpose is not to study but to have a job and after that get into pr status. If I’m in this situation of this student I cant demand anything in the first place just follow the rules, find a way to get your status legally if you can’t then start packing up and I will go home.

Sorry, but I didn't know 'so many people' were leaving Canada. In fact, my European friends living in Canada, LOVE Canada. Their number one reason? The government is for the people. Their numerous benefits, programs and services (employment Insurance, child benefit, pensions, benefits for housing, student aid, family benefits, grants and funding opportunities, disabilities and their recently implemented dental care plan), says it all. Sure the cost of living is high, but where isn’t? Especially after covid and especially if you want a decent quality of life. Their car insurance and phone plans are also expensive but they're getting better. Stay out of the big cities if you can't afford it. There are other parts of Canada that is affordable. \n\nBtw, the healthcare industry, particularly the long-term care sector is a good place to earn a decent living. They are always looking for RNs, PSWs etc. \n\nIn the end, the positives outweigh the negatives. Besides having free healthcare and the many generous social services and benefits, Canada is also a progressive country with strong social policies, including gender equality, LGBTQ+ rights and environmental sustainability, (we’re drinking out of those gross cardboard straws now. Hello?). Then there is our natural and breathtaking landscapes, our four seasons, our excellent education system, diverse communities, friendly people, our cool festivals (The Calgary Stampede, Montreal International Jazz Festival, Caribana, Toronto International Film Festival, Just for Laughs Montreal, Pride Toronto are a few that come to mind), our great air and water quality, strict gun laws, legal cannabis… I could go on and on.\n\nIf you're able to afford living in Canada, consider yourself fortunate.

We came to Canada 17 years ago, with nothing, we were lucky, a few years later the kids were moving out, we both are self employed (skilled people from Germany) we worked like oxen, still do, we paid off our own house and soon 2 more rentals, we are close to retirement. Canada was extremely difficult at the beginning, they don't accept knowledge from other places, even if it comes from places like Germany. You got to do it the retarded Canadian way, If you're just some poor lad who works in a Hamburger factory you will stay poor for sure. There is no affordable housing, a blue collar job will keep you poor. You gotta be self employed, THATs the only way here. Winter sucks, we will soon spend our winters abroad. Canadian government is run by communist criminals, there are skilled people moving out of here, lots of them. There are druggies roaming the streets where we live, (and everywhere else) if one ever wants to break into my house I am legally not allowed to protect my family, it's a joke. A bitter one.

AS you mentioned that previous work experience If it outside canada ,SO it must be backed up with legal documents Can you open a bit more about what type of documents qualify for this? I have letters that outline a confirmation of employment (including position held at the company and the start/end dates of employment)These letters were prepared on company letterhead, signed and stamped but what about the paystub, i have to submit that or just submit the PR Reference letter ? and. that's all i want to submit for my previous job work experience ?Thanks in advance.

It's not legal for noncitizens to protest period. They want to stay indefinitely without actually assimilating at all. They don’t need to be deported if they have been background checked and have an application that states they can legally work to get PR, anybody on student and that are unvetted should be deported unless they can provide all documentations or be documented and get jobs in sectors like construction and healthcare. I had a masters degree and an opportunity to work at a company in the US. lived there for 10 years legally. It was extremely hard to get a green card, so had no choice but left the US.
