For the point where companies asking for Canadian experience only for a job requirement is totally dependent on job type and roles. For banking and insurance domain its valid to ask for local experience or equivalent experience through internships if studied in Canada. But if you are applying for IT jobs, I think this requirement is baseless can be dropped. For example, banking in middle east is totally different from many other countries same like insurance domain varies by country or region as well. Medical professionals need to clear country specific requirements if they have degree from their home country. And in Ontario, recently provincial govt has announced to drop this requirement from job requirement. So, hopefully other provinces also do the same.

Febby, may I please ask why you didn’t stay in Calgary? (Or Alberta?) was it because of jobs there? I’m thinking of moving out of Ontario because it’s hard to survive here and I’d really like to hear your view point! Thanks ??❤️

I'm not Muslim but I do understand all your points, good luck on everything you guys do. Many blessings for your family.

This country isn't worth moving to. Prepare for the high cost of living they don't tell you about. I'm planning to leave at some point. The country used to be a lot better then what it is now. We have high inflation. I live in the capital and this city is to expensive to live.
2024-01-02 0
We’re from GTA too. But we’re going to move as well! As muslim parents of 2 girls everything y’all mentioned is exactly it for us!! I kept saying EXACTLY at every point you mentioned. Lead the way for us please! ?

I agree with you on all points. I found people here very polite and politically correct, but will not easily befriend you.

Thank you dear sister. I have been given the visa, l want to know if you can still be refused at the point of entry and why you can still be refused?

Man I've seen underrated channels on Youtube but yours has to take the #1 spot on my list\nShort, precise, down to the point, documented. Your videos have everything a good Youtube videos should have.

Born and raised in T.O. Toronto has always been a sh*t hole even back in the sixties and seventies growing up...what Alina has pointed out is the excelleration of this process with 'progressive', woke mayors and city council...

I guess you won't be living in any Gulf country apart from Yemen.\nI totally agree with you on all of the points.\nI guess you would be moving to Turkeyie
2024-01-01 0
many good points here although you missed a couple the first being that Calgary put in the homes and infrastructure oh 10 years plus ago, now reaping the benefits. Secondly a Prime Minister called 'Trudeau'!!

I respect your decisions. Very sane. Especially the last point. I am not Palestinian but I am a human being and seeing our governments accept and support a genocide is heart wrenching. Especially when I think of the fact that my tax dollars are supporting this genocide
2024-01-01 0
Dear Saleh & Family!\n\nI respect your thoughts BUT I strongly suggest you to consider the following points before you make your decision:\n\n1. Is your current place not at all allowing you to practice your Deen \n\n2. What about your earnings, job or business because its not easy to start in a new place.\n\n3. If you have even few close friends or real social network in your current place then remember that you will not find the same in new place\n\n4. For extreme winter case you could move to another city during worst winter.\n\n5. The Grass looks greener at the other side BUT is it really green

I have been living in Canada for over 20 years now, staying in Mississauga & not sure about the druggies everywhere statement, may be true about downtown TO. We also have a strong muslim community around us, ofc azaan five times a day and access to pray easily I do understand is missing here as in any non muslim country of the world. There are a lot of halal food options here now..esp in the past few years. Regardless of where you stay, it is my belief that you carry your deen with you, its a way of life and can be practised & taught to children in any part of the world. I do get the point about winters, but then summers are harsh in alot of countries like the Middle East & ppl stay mostly indoors. To each their own & I wish you the best in your decision! ❤

I fully understand your point of view and you are untitled to your opinions. \nI understand you are asking for ideas which countries you would like to move to that will give you peace , wealth and happiness. At the same time that you decided to l\nLeave Canada you should share your opinions. \nDecision to leave without options for a better country doesn’t make sense. \nTo me your video sounds more like a complaint, light protest and if it is that you are probably right. I am not a moslum so I can only imagine but not really know how you feel! It is unfair that people are influenced by world events but not human to human. BE well !

May you choose the right country for your family. I would have suggested ?????? for diversity and tolerance and quality of life and the $$$ you bring with you going very very far, but our crime is sky high and our government leaves a lot to be desired. Bonus point is South Africa supports Palestine. South Africans, in general, are cool.

Great points. I have thought of the same and for all the reasons you listed also The other thing that really doesn't sit well with me is that by living here, we are essentially doing the same thing that we are condemning Isreal for doing We are living on land stolen savagely from the natives. Yet, we hypocritically complain that Isreal is doing this to the Palestinians. Wishing you well in your transition to a new and more peaceful place❤
2024-01-01 0
Okay, assuming Israel is hell bent on eradicating the Palestinians (i don't think so but assume anyway). Will the Arab world just watch it happen? To what extent will the Arab world's compassionate restraint hold? Is there any point they will act as saviours? No, I don't think they want even a single one to come in even though they have infinite resources lol. They don't want their pristine golden cities to be lined up with refugees.
2023-12-31 0
And they were offered all of that but they refuse accept Jews there to point the want them all gone so here lays the cycle of violence
2023-12-31 0
What about those thousands of Palestinian women and children who want to leave? Same answer, no— you live in an open air prison and the Arab world will do nothing to alleviate that. The truth is none of the leaders in the Arab world care one bit about the Palestinians. They are used as a talking and rallying point for internal political purposes and nothing more.

I live in Pakistan. My daughter decided to wear hijab. She was ridiculed to the point that was bullying. She doesn’t relate to any other Pakistanis. The environment here is too liberal in some areas and hard to live
2023-12-31 0
You’re 100% right, about all of it minus the rage. Id say Ontario and westward i agree but Quebec and east of there make a LOT less I’d say net 35,000$. And that’s the high end. A lot of people use to come here to build a new life as well as support their families back home. Now you can barely support yourself, god forbid you trying to support your own household. What’s the point when our government just punishes us more and more for trying to survive. I lived in 8 provinces it’s all the same bs. Alberta is the only semi possible place to make it anymore.
2023-12-31 0
I completely agree in your point number 7 however less so on the east coast. Canadians in general are polite but reluctant to develop and meaningful friendship where at least you visit each other’s homes

As a Muslim, If they are immigrant in the UK for example, they should just respect the culture that they are living in and keep their religion for themselves. As I say, whatever religion you believe in is between you and Allah SWT. This has no point other than to unintendedly intimidate them. May Allah SWT guide them.

As someone who moved Canada 3.5 years ago, I agree with all the reasons mentioned. There are many things government could have done better to fight against the inflation, housing crisis, high cost of living and rise in crime and homelessness. I don't even want to mention about the taxes. Like I am almost giving half of my salary to the government yet they are still taking %13 more on what we spend on, yet I've never seen a single place where that money was used to address any of these problems. One of the reasons I moved to Canada was to have a better life style, more buying power and better future for my future kids. But at this point I feel like I am living in a zombie land. High skilled workers will have some other opportunities elsewhere but refugees and low skilled workers will be stuck in Canada and it will get only worse with the current policies.

And religion and God who may have once walked through or been there at some crucial stage is not there now and would be appalled at the human against human fight for a bunch of rubble no one should be fighting over. People are People first and no religion or God would ever inhabit such a godforsaken place it is. Concrete rubble is rubbish and no point fighting over it and then what is the worth of a place so polluted by weapons and their warpath. Not worth anything.

On one hand you are saying people are leaving and in the same breath you are saying that there is high demand due to population influx. So what is the point? people are coming or leaving?
2023-12-30 0
Except for point # 5, that I'm a winter guy, all of your other points are excellent
2023-12-30 0
Mexico should just join as a state at this point.
2023-12-30 0
All points well taken.. trouble is... where are you going to go? There is no country on Earth I can think of that is safe.
2023-12-30 0
We reached a point where ethnic cleansing is mainstream politics, amazing. The surrounding arab countries have millions of Palestinian refugees from 1948 and 1967, Anyone thinks they want to be a part of making new refugees of 2023?
2023-12-30 0
As an immigrant in Australia, the second point is very similar here, in my personal experience

Hes like biden straight forward to the point no games he seems like the real deal

Assalamualaikum :) We couldn't resonate more in terms of what you're planning for. My wife and I have been in the same boat and would love to see what options you come up with. With all the points you mentioned in the video I definitely see Qatar and Malaysia as better options in terms of the Islamic way of living, influence of western culture and their geo political stances on the recent matters.
2023-12-29 0
No games,no emotional nonsense, no agenda, just straight to the point \n \nneed to give 80 % land to palestine no need to compromise with usa or jews ...
2023-12-29 0
I don't know what part of the world you should go. But I would advise you not to go to the Netherlands. The points you named are also (to a degree) all applicable for this country.
2023-12-28 0
which country is not complicit in this genocide? please point me to it? arab/muslims countries are more silent and complicit than Canada...at least in Canada we have the freedom to protest...In Saudia you can't even make a dua about Palestine without being arrested! Good luck finding a country that stands against this Genocide. The whole world is SILENT!

A lot of friends moving to turkey. May Allah bring lots blessings to your journey. Number #1 reason is in point !

I am sick of governments in western countries kow towing to a minority....middle eastern people.\nWhen are the goverments going to wake up and start taking back control of their countries instead of allowing muslims take over?\n\nI find it astounding that our governments opened the gates as it were, and allowed muslims in their droves to immigrate to UK, US and Australia etc. And now look what is happening...\n\nIf any politicians listened to learned speakers such as, the son of hamas founder, Brigitte Gabriel and or Douglas Murray, then they would be more informed as opposed to ill informed about muslims and the ideology they believe in, evil in disguise.\n\nWhy are the members of the UN not asking themselves, 'why are surrounding middle eastern countries point blankly refusing to take in palestinian refugees'?\n\nBut, how stupid are the leaders of western countries saying oh yes we will take the refugees, we feel sorry for them oh and let's also give them financial assistance. What a joke!\n\nLet us not forget the freedoms our fathers and grandfathers fought for, to live in democratic countries and have freedom. Our governments are making the right choices when they sit back and allow muslims to take over and preach their hate for our western way of life and their devotion to hamas. \n\nStop them all now, there is no place for muslims in our countries, they are only here to get rid of our democracy!

True everything what you said is on point

Assalamualaikum after watching this video i really liked your point of view 5points which you shared in it. V good u made up your mind about moving from Canada it will be v good for your family.\n Good luck Allah bless you and family aameen
2023-12-28 0
Alhamdullillah, all of these points resonate with me. The wife and I have had exactly the same discussions. \n\nMuslims came to the west (after colonisation) for a better life. Im now luckily in a position from a professional perspective to decide where that better life should be.

How did they get through Trump's wall? I worked in Juarez at a migrant shelter. It is not surprising that this point was vulnerable to mass entry.

I am Canadian bro, can't agree on your points. Canada is best place to live, I am also Muslim AH, never face any sort of discrimination. i moved from Dubai, and the place where i live i can see more hijabi womens than Dubai. Even my kids pray in public schools no one stop them. This is one of the best diverse country, where everybody respect their religion. Can't agree on inflation part either, just came from US from vacation, i must say we have better Halal options and prices, all things are way too much compare with Canada. Regarding your weather point, that's the story in most of the countries, Middle east is so hot(UAE, KSA, Kwait etc), you can't do any outdoor activities over there, except shopping in indoor malls, same like winter here. Even in US also there are only few states where you can find some ideal weather, apart from that all states are extremely cold or hot....

The first point ❤❤❤ free Palestine ??
2023-12-28 0
All the five points are okay. Where ever you move there are challenges. If one is getting a job in the middle east, go ahead for short term. Muslims have still different problems in every Muslim country. Good luck and best wishes and prayers.

Wa Alaikumussalam \nWish you all the best to Saleh Family. Can't disagree with you on all the points you raised. I wish I could leave too with my Family but have some serious constraints that don't allow me to leave.
2023-12-28 0
Hmmm the point you are explaining at 2:45 sounds awful familiar to another group who feels they have no religious environment in other countries and wants to have a nation state to accept this religion.

I moved to Dubai from Macedonia which is a Christian independent country. I can t say that there is a kind of racism regarding the religion there. But the country itself does not have any future for the young generation. So I've been living here for about 6 and half years in a very beautiful country weather Islam but however, the economy and the market are seasonal and very competitive. Unfortunately, many other populations are taking the economy to the other way and for that reason, I might leave from here as well. Islam is here Alhamdulillah and all but the economy fail. So my suggestion is if you move even to a Muslim country according to your 5 points. Move with the business idea if you can open your own business. DO NOT MOVE AS AN EMPLOYEES NOWHERE cause you have a powerfull passport and the majority doesn't work that way. If you move as a single that can work out. But as a family, it requires a lot to earn and survive in Muslim countries. I hope Allah blesses you with more wealth.
