I'm Canadian and certainly not going anywhere near the USA ( I don't want to get shot) Moncton NEW-BRUNSWICK is good enough for me and very safe

Canada is like a war zone. Then expect anything that you may don't expect. I have disabled for life with severe peripheral neuropathy which is not acceptable at disability program. I was under heavy spoof call attack which was coming from foreign countries. Many of my friends died because of these kind of cyber attack. But most people are not aware of that. Protected economy is the only way to save Canada's economy as ferocious foreign companies were out there to get the market and economy out of the hand of Canadians. This is world war 3 I think. Imposing force closure and its consequences was another example of world war 3 arena. Just arms has changed.

Poor Indian guy, I felt so bad for him, working so hard to earn his living and get harassed by some random psychopath!!! I hope Canadian govt take swift actions and punish this rude customer, he is not safe for society.

Do they get housing incentives that make them more privileged than a Canadian like me with grandparents born in Canada?

I’m a little late to this video but have a lot to say. As a Canadian of Indian descent, I have always avoided Brampton. There is a stark difference between Indians from Brampton and those of us that are from other cities. This situation is out of control mainly due to JT but also colleges that have setup feeder international schools that cater just to Indian students. I’d imagine Chinese students have something similar to this as well, they’re just more quiet. \n\nA lot of the comments come off as offensive but it is what it is, There are too many of my ethnic people here and they’re not assimilating let alone intending to do so. Chain migration is another problem as it brings in an older generation that has no desire to learn English. Crime is having a runaway effect because of the environment they come from, fights break out at intersections, parking lots, backyards, front yards, etc. This is reckless and embarrassing for all Indians, especially us Punjabis. This goes unreported because of how vindictive these people are because of whichever town/city they came from. There are also rumours that these female students are home wreckers so there’s another layer. \n\nMy solution: \n1) Stop immigration, these people are giving our entire community a bad rep when we’ve worked so hard to get to where we are in this country. Return to skills based immigration, not WEF-based. \n2) Cap the international student populations tied to the census - this opens up opportunities for international students from ALL countries and walks of life. \n3) International students cannot be allowed to work - Canadian students First, Canada First. \n4) After graduation, give students 1 year to find a job in their field of study. If they can’t find one, send them back and learn skills and then that’s their only back to Canada. \n5) if they do make it to immigration, we need a better system than just a simple memorization test - have them demonstrate their command of the English language, look at their value added and potential for the future. \n6) Conservatives need to be a part of the solution. A lot of the comments are just complaints and complaining will get these folks voting red vs voting blue each and every time. That guy commenting about no temples in Timmins will just push these people to the liberals and this is what JT is counting on. We need to show these folks what being Canadian is about so that they leave Brampton and assimilate. I’ve introduced countless folks to Pierre and have changed their outlooks, y’all need to do the same. People across the country are now calling it racist to only acknowledge and recognize the original Canadian holidays we've been recognizing and celebrating for well over 100 years!! They're saying we have to start implementing and recognizing other immigrant holidays... for human rights? Go back to your own country if that's how you want to live. Im an indian and in COMING SOON to canada. I will bring my whole extended family too! We will pack 12 of us into a one bedroom apartment and cook up a huge pot of CURRY every night that will stink up the whole building and you will never get the smell out of the walls. We will practice our indian traditions flagrantly and never even try to learn about canadian culture. Its over for you canadians.

The majority of Indians do not want to associate with other Canadians. The racism in their culture is high. It is to the point that even Indians ?? are complaining about Indians coming to Canada. Many are doing the PR hustle. Have a child go to school. Then once they get PR. The sponsor someone.

Being an immigrant myself I have to say that what one might see happening in Brampton happens to another cities as the result of sexual revolution, abortion and the destruction of the family that came to be in Canada since the 70s. I’m a Canadian citizen and married to a Canadian born citizen and we have talked about this many times. In order to recover this country families need to have more autonomy on raising children but also parents have to be more involved. It’s true there’s a lot of Indians everywhere and guess what they tend to keep their values. Here in Canada as per my understanding people used to pray the Our Father in public schools and children used to get bibles, families used to go to church and now? \nThere needs to be a very big swift in policies and others but the biggest swift needs to come from families within.

You're free to judge but I have not seen any Indian/ Asian/ Latino immigrant homeless. Indians bring high skill in IT, banking and medicine which Canada desperately needs. Latino/ European ethnic immigrants also work very hard (construction/ farms etc.) and support their families and children. These basic skills keeps Canada running. Immigrant children are the highest number of graduate degree holders. Students line up in hundreds because they are willing to work and make a mark. They stand in freezing weather for hours just to try their luck. That's dedication. The only homeless I have seen are Canadians/ Native Americans even when the govt. pays millions in welfare and development programs to get their life back on track. Also, all these immigrants pay thousands of dollars to come to Canada (Visa fees, plane tickets, moving expenses) so that they can pay taxes to Canadians. Why are you crying all the time just they are not into cold pasta?

Why do we as a country face a lack of productivity issue rather than our south neighbour USA?\n\nI'm also an immigrant who came to this wonderful country (again I'm not Indian). But what I see, is nobody going to take responsibility for this social, economic and political issue. Liberals complain to conservatives, conservatives point to liberals and so on. But I would say both parties and Canadians let them play their games on this soil now they blame each other. \n\nOne last thing, I respect Canadian culture that’s why I'm in this country. If I can’t respect or adopt Canadian culture I won’t stay here and if I am in India I will respect their cultural values from my heart. If not I'm leaving.

I'm Canadian and I don't recommend coming here. I wish I stayed in Taiwan. Also, were you rejected by the US? Many people end up here if they don't get into the US. We don't have the housing, healthcare and education etc to support more immigrants. It can also be really hard in the US if you don't have a higher income and health insurance. If you have the latter, you're ok. I have retired American friends in MI with decent income and health insurance and their health care experience is good. But no health insurance in the US isn't good. Canada's public health care has long been dying. I don't know why we're taking more people in when our systems can't deal with it to begin with.

Hey I’m Canadian and I feel bad new comers coming here looking to realize a better life when the reality of that matter the things they can access and freedoms they can have will be limited. There’s a serious medical access and to find a family doctor or wait 12 hours at the hospital. Also when people are professionals like engineers or doctors they have to start from scratch that’s amazing how many doctors or other high level professionals I met as a waiter, taxi driver, working min wage in a store…Oh boy the insane proportions of the housing is ridiculous to say the least. There’s people with 9-5 making 50k at the food banks, now low income people make less wayyy less. So I think they are even turning away international students. It’s quite unfortunate and not realistic. I live in Montreal. You know to know french here Quebec french. Well the increase in crime is because people are getting desperate and are in poverty and desperate. What n unfortunate situation.

I would like to provide a background to all the native Canadians who are wondering why the East Indian population is growing in Canada they are lot of education consultants back in India who market Canada as a lucrative country to immigrate brownie points for studying to get PR free healthcare free education till grade 12 so everyone is trying their best to come to Canada on a student visa.Once students come on a student visa they need to work 20 hours a week which they are legally allowed to work on international student visa so locals feel they are taking their jobs In US international students are only allowed to work on campus despite so many job opportunities.Colleges in Canada charge 4-5 times tuition which is profitable to the education industry and provincial government.Once these students Graduate they get open work permit where they can gain Canadian work experience and apply for PR and citizenship eventually.All this benefits the government and the educational institutions overall in terms of taxes and revenue..

I am in Nova Scotia and it is beginning to be the same. Our Tim Hortons, all fast food, Walmarts, grocery stores and processing plants are now employing a good majority of Indian Immigrants as well as our hospitals/health care. I am not racist at all but a huge influx of immigration when you economy is already stressed to the max does not make good sense. Not sure how many, but some of these employers, received compensation from the government to employ immigrants as well as house them and provide transportation to their jobs and I am not referring to the seasonal immigrants that come here which get the same treatment. How is that fair to the rest of Canadians?

Listen as a minority person who is proud of my heritage but grew up here with immigrant parents who were given refuge in Canada, I can understand immigration. But...its getting out of hand, most of them are from India, most of them have homes in India and often return there for long vacations, These are not refugees or a diverse spread of peoples coming here. I am not hateful in any way but sometimes you have to tell it like it is, A lot of these people are not adapting to the culture here, why? Because most of them are grown already and are used to their own customs, with an ever increasing population now living here they don't really feel the need to learn or adapt because there are less regular Canadians. When I was in school it was already pretty multi-cultural and diverse although yes in my area there are less asians and black people, we had a lot of European(Serbian/Romanian) in particular. Now I go to the store and it's like 80% brown/Indian people lol, even my neighbors, most have moved out and more indian families are moving in. My city is expanding into like a mini Toronto when we can't even handle it, people cant even find jobs, people need all this other stuff, Its just too many all at once, crime rates have gone up over the last few years, this doesn't help anyone, immigrants either.

And yet most of those white Canadians are content renting in subsidized housing they don't own a house and don't have kids, that is a reality that is why the ruling elites bring in immigrants to pay taxes and get in debt

It's all over. We're becoming the minority in our own country, and I don't think that the Indian people here are interested in becoming a part of Canadian culture at all. At least not that I've ever seen. They keep to themselves. Nothing against them but that's what I see. It's hard to get to know many of them if they will only ever speak to you or speak English if they absolutely have to.

I'm Australian and a few months back had a debate with a Canadian on reddit who visited Australia and remarked how shocked he was at how ethnically segregated Australia is and was preaching about how in Canada everyone mixes and that Australia should learn from Canada how to integrate immigrants. Well as someone who did a working holiday in Canada he was spouting bs, you have cities like Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, Brampton and Markham that have become mini India and Chinas in Canada. Australia might have neighbourhoods that are segregated but we sure as hell don't have cities with 300k+ people that cater to one ethnicity. I love Canadians don't get me wrong but a lot of you really need to stop with this holier than thou attitude thinking your poo don't stink.

What does it mean to be Canadian I’m confused? Indigenous? After all everyone is an immigrant here. Immigrants may feel safe to broaden their horizons to the hills of billy. Time to face reality, multiculturalism is a disaster because a society fails to embrace it. Integration starts from embracing and breaking societal prejudices, but no amount of education can teach you how to become an intelligent human, that is what’s lacking here. Uncultured is an understatement and ignorance is at its core.

Even tho most Canadians in the earlier years were mostly white, it was multicultural because they all came from many other countries and cultures. They still held on to their traditions but yet also formed a Canadian culture.\nTheir was a huge population of Chinese people too. They stuck together in large areas, many didn't speak english. Similar to Quebec maybe. They mostly spoke french and I remember a time when they didn't really like english speaking whites around. Seems like the premier would like it to stay that way. Protecting the culture. \nIn the 80's on the west coast I watched thousands of Sikh's and Punjabi's and similar move into large areas and take over many jobs in large companies. Lumber mills, rail yards, papermills and so on. I went to one job interview and outside the office window was a whole shift of people wearing turbans. Must have been 50 to a 100 of them. 3 years earlier when I toured that place in grade 12, it was all white people. What happened? That was around the time of the recession and jobs were getting scarce. The only people in line for job interviews were white people and the interviewers would not accept anyone without grade 12 and previous experience. Here is what I overheard as people were getting interviewed, Experience? No. NEXT. Experience? Yes. Graduate? No. NEXT!\nAfter 6 months of this I moved to oil country Alberta and Had 6 job call backs in the first day. At 2 to 3 times the pay I would have had in BC. Never looked back. But now that the industry has been attacked and the immigration has skyrocketed, Alberta is in decline.\nJust my 2 cents worth, and the people I mentioned back then, I have nothing against. I knew many and they were good people. \nBut the immigrants of today I feel to many are of another breed and not the same as before them.

For me personally, it's not the people themselves (one on one), I've met very nice/respectful East Indians. That being said, I learned at as very young age, I'm talking 80's, is that when they buy a business, you're as good as gone. Despite what the gov't says, ahhhh, they'll assimilate, they'll contribute to Canadian society. It's bullsh*t, they buy a business, a manufacturing facility and they replace not only white's, but also Asians and so-on with there own. I've watched what I'd refer to multi-cultural establishments get sold and only a month later be completely employed by only East Indians, it's completely racially motivated. I mean, when I was young, one of the go-to jobs for young people was at a gas station...go to any Indian owned gas station now, it's them, that's it.

One walk along the street should be enough to see things as it is. Harrison, you should have driven around some of the neighbourhoods. Since Trudope opened the gates - all the beautiful middle-class neighbourhoods have filled in with international students. Indians have bought up all the houses across the country and then rent them out to students. Rentals with 5-8 cars and garbage overflowing. Of course, a lot of students are nice people but the big problem is young guys who are just trying to get a PR card - they drop out of school or get jobs trucking etc - they have 10 of their friends in one rental and they all drive jeeps, jettas and chargers. The amount of racing around and noises mufflers can drive you crazy. And I’m indian - but because I’m female and not Punjabi - they don’t even want to look at my face when I talk to some of them. Some are so disrespectful. How dare you come here and treat Canadians like they are beneath you! I’m sick of this situation but it’s hopeless, we are FUBAR’d!! All cause of Trudope!!!!

I come at this with two logics and facts\nOne: Who were the first people of Canada ..First Nations ...so White Canada is getting a taste of what their ancestors brought in the past\nTwo: The demographics concern...A Caucasian family barely make the baby ration which is 0.8...and you need 2.2 and above for a population to grow\nIndians have a 2.5 on average.\nSo Caucasian Canada...you might hate it but blame yourself...Oh women power, giving birth at 40 and Freedom....that all good for you but it came with a cost\nand if not rectified.....you will pay the price in the future...and i am talking who is going to pay your social security and pensions \nIn the 70s we had 7 Canadians affording every pensioneer...in 2024 we are up to 4 . \nIf you don't love to like Charlie Chapati......Apu ...then you will have no one to pay for your pension in the future
