Prime Minister Trudeau, I am sorry President Trump's irresponsible ideas and choices affect so many negatively which includes you and your Canadians, and me and my Americans, as well as so many other. He should be ashamed of himself, but we all know that a narcissist feels only joy in hurting others. I worry every day, not just for the people of the United States of America, but also for all people around the world affected by this horrible man. Is Trudeau attempting to fool us into thinking he has our best interests at heart when he struggles to represent Canadians effectively? Didn't he once consider resigning because his own people disliked him? Instead of using deceptive rhetoric to divide us, he should focus on collaborating with our government to reach meaningful agreements.

The Republicans have betrayed more than our old friends and allies with this astonishing attack on Canada, coming on the heels of Trump's performative assault on Ukrainian sovereignty. They've betrayed our constitutional republic, common sense, simple human decency, our core institutions, our people. The best of what we have ever been or hoped to be as a nation has been jettisoned to privilege the worst, including the South African billionaire who is currently dismantling Social Security, and the Russian tyrant who has hungered for years to kill NATO and the Western alliance, an outcome the Republicans are now handing him on a silver platter.

The truth of American arrogance and ignorance was on full display when it decided that a proven liar and convicted felon was the best person to lead America and represent the values it stands for. Trump voters were quite happy with the prospect of other people and countries suffering, but let's see how they handle their own suffering. It must be very confusing for most Americans to hear a politician speak logically and rationally like this.

In my mind, the best case scenario is that trump and his regime are lacking the ability to think long term strategically. The worst case scenario is that they are throwing grenades at the status quo, to create fake reasons to allow for expansion of US territory and make space for china and russia to do the same.

What Trump seems to try to get at most is the unfair act of the USMCA. Most trades benefited Canada, while Canada refused to provide the same fair trades. Sometimes Trump does say things that may have gone off track like fentyl handling on Canada's end and border handling. It seems like our borders at the time were less strict on the American side versus the Canadian side of the border. Trump did state multiple times that most countries like Canada were unfair to USA. Even with the USMCA, America got screwed by Mexico as will. America has been there helping and supporting and submitting to every country. Yet failed to support our own people when we need it, especially to clear up our own debts. Sadly, America is falling behind due to poor handling of Government Democrat corruption. I am neutral as both parties don't always provide the best solution for everyone. You have to pick who can help the American people. Seeing how corrupt the Democrats has ran America and the defacto behind of all the wars and money laundering has surprised me, and I hope the change with Trump will help everyone realize how screwed we all are in correcting those corruption that isn't really needed.
