Some times i watch videos on differents experiences others migrants experiencing here Canada and we re on same boat. That s why i also made choice to move out in Colombia on the beach for my retirement.Then im here giving some advise. As immigrant myself, African from Gabon, we experiencing same realities of the West since 10 years now. At some point, i can say there s something broken in this country since last 6-8 years. As you making decision to leave Canada on the reasons you expressed, it is very important for you not be wrong chosing the wrong place again. You need to think about it seriously. Straight, can tell you 100% United states is worse than Canada as Muslim family to live in. You need to read all suggestions given in this Video. As a lot people suggested you in the comments, i totally agree with em that Malaysia, is the Top one based of the reasons you explained why you leaving Canada. Maybe Turkey and UAE as second choice. Whatever you do I don't recommend Turkey, my family tried to move there from the US (as non Turks). It is enticing at the beginning since its a Muslim country with decent infrastructure, and we had nice experiences visiting there, but for moving a family there it's a whole different struggle. Turkey is a homogenous society, and it turns out you can't really just insert yourself into a new land you have no ancestral, lingual, or cultural connection to. We could not integrate and employment opportunities were minimal for non turks. I recommend you either move to your country of ancestry, because you have a legitimacy and connection there lingually and culturally, or you could temporarily move to an expat friendly country like Qatar or something (I don't say UAE because its a consumeristic immoral dump). If you are Arabic speakers you can also consider other Arabic speaking countries like Lebanon, Morocco, etc.

Most countries have been shaped by a religious foundation. Muslims don't really fit in Christian countries; Christians are too polite (usually) to say anything, but you are very different. There is nothing wrong with finding like-minded people to move toward your own happiness. Good luck to you!

We have Mosques, halaal food in nearly every city and Islamic schools in certain areas where there is a higher populations of muslims.\n\nFor the muslims who prefer to attend a normal school, provision is made for islamic cultural and religious events within these schools.\n We hear the Athaan 5 times a day. In fact we hear it so often that we dont hear it anymore. It has become part of who we are as a nation. We hear the church bells ring. This reminds us of who we are. I live opposite a Jewish cemetery that has a synagogue. With religious events we cant get out of our drive ways because of the congestion if traffic due to this. But we still respect and understand. \nWe have a very diverse culture and most of us respect the diverse cultures.\nI live in Cape Town and would not want to live anywhere else. \nGood luck with your journey and follow your heart.

I am not Muslim and I don't live in Canada so I can't completely understand your experience. I'm from a Hindu family and I relate to some of the things you guys have expressed, especially how you guys are worried about your children being raised in a certain environment and the sense of community. Especially, about the kids. America and Canada are scary at this moment. I heard that America is looking at allowing schools to help children to hide their decision regarding their gender etc., from their parents, and there is so much more being taught in schools that go against certain cultures and belief system but also it is now separating kids from their parents, creating walls. I also agree with you both that I don't hate or saying that others can't live the way they choose to live but when it is being imposed on your children then it's hard to live in that place. I wish you guys all the best, just wanted to say, I completely get you and bless your family. You have to do what is right for you and your children and you have to go where you are most comfortable and happy<3. We all are different and we all have our ways and we all deserve to be living in a place where we can be safe to continue our traditions and cultures, to help it live on, our children will carry that forward and it's important. I don't mean to hate but America seems to be morally collapsing and Canada follows America and so does England (it's where I am living). It's scary. Hard. I like what she says about her grandchildren, in future years, may have to leave wherever they go now… alluding to the possibility (I believe) that perhaps there is no permanently perfect place… I can understand how they would appreciate living somewhere where the daily prayers are announced 5 times daily over loudspeaker. I often feel so very isolated in myself in MY way of life here in Canada (which doesn’t happen to be as a Muslim). After all, we are the “cultural melting pot,” and so many people of different cultures have come here and tried to make a life work for them. Canada is seen as “a land of dreams” by many, but it depends on what our dreams are, for real. For instance, what were many immigrants hoping for when they fled Europe after World War II? This family is telling us what they dream for their family, and Canada is not a good fit for what they value.

I’m disappointed by your comments about the drag show and stopped at that point. I’m a 48 year old white woman who has been following your channel for several years now. I appreciated the education you two provided about Muslim culture and was even able to use some of what I learned to educate others in everyday life settings. I get what you were saying that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, but for a channel that I felt was trying to break down biases and stereotypes through education, I was disappointed that you verbalized your bias against another culture that is also struggling to find tolerance and acceptance and who are actively being targeted. K well Canada isn’t a Muslim country. If you want Muslim environments stay in your own countries lol not saying that rudely but our cultures are not compatible

As a westerner (Australian) I have lived in 4 different Islamic countries in one of those countries although they were devout muslims they were welcoming and friendly. That country was Oman the other countries I wont name but I will say that at no time did I ever feel completely welcome or safe. There were definately people in all them who were tolerant of westerners but there were plenty more who were not. Oman is a wonderful country its full of history including the Arab wotlds oldest Souk located in Muscat and as a bonus its only a 2 hour drive over to Dubai and the Emirates it does get quite hot in summer but for us it was a nice place to live.

If another person says Canada is the best country in the world, I’m gna ? ?. I’m not Muslim but my family is moving to UAE ?? this April we feel safe there .

I find it so amusing and sad that everybody thinks Palestine and Israel are some sort of exclusive club. The United States stolen so is Canada so has all Europe as a matter of fact the entire world was stealing power and land and resources for thousands of years without remorse and newsflash the Muslim brotherhood was among the worst. To pretend this is exclusive is hysterical also to pretend that Palestine would not march on Israel if they had westernized also ridiculous. If Palestine had westernized and got support and weapons they would absolutely be kicking in Israel stores in to prevent otherwise is idiotic especially since they dance in the streets and say death to the Jews lol

I’ve never been to Canada, but Sweden is cold too. We have a lot of Muslims here too but those I know personally complains about the cold too. But my dad who is a Greek immigrant always says that he lives here by choice and therefore he don’t complain about the cold. But it’s freezing here and I hate it.

We’re from GTA too. But we’re going to move as well! As muslim parents of 2 girls everything y’all mentioned is exactly it for us!! I kept saying EXACTLY at every point you mentioned. Lead the way for us please! ?

I am not muslim but I always grew up ina country with hindus, muslims, christians and I have to say all muslims I met are very peaceful and generous people. Personally, I have lots of friends who wear hijabs and I have never been bothered by it. In fact, I see it as respectful. I believe we can all live in peace no matter what our religion.

The arab world dont care about fellow muslim refuges, they know that the west is dumb enough to take them in, if saudi arabia wanted, they could do alot of good for the refuges, but they wont, so they got blood on their hands.\nSaudi arabia got 2m tents with aircondition doing nothing, no one is saying the palestinians dont have a right to be on their land, but while bombs are falling, maybe they should help out of that situation

That’s what I often say… Do you want to live according to your religion? Go to a country that allows you to do so. Non-Muslim countries will not change. There is definitely only one solution: adapt or leave. Muslim countries are the same, you respect them, you leave them.

I am not Muslim and I therefore do not have the same experiences as you but I am a second generation U.S. immigrant and I wanted to say I am considering leaving as well for many of the same reasons you gave. And I think you are very brave to stand up for your beliefs regardless of what happens.
