I was doing some historical research on the Ark of the Covenant....revealed some evidence that the 'Sephardic Jewish' folks have been hiding for thousands of years....and part of this involves the location of the Ark of the Covenant and the REAL exodus lands of the Ashkenazi Jews. Our university age children all hold US passports. None are planning on staying in Canada after graduation. One has already left for Europe. First of all these are not refugees as most of their countries are considered safe and they have also crossed many safe countries on their way to Europe. The only true refugees to Europe were the Ukrainians as European countries were the first safe countries they could reach. These are economic migrants who chose their destination by the benefits they will be given. These are also people no one in the world wants. Just because you want a better life doesn’t mean anyone has to help you get it.

In 2008, I had to choose if I wanted to remain in the US legally, or return to Europe. I am so glad I chose the latter. It's insane, and makes it nearly impossible to build ANYTHING but single-family suburbs in the middle of nowhere. No work/industry nearby, nothing accessible without a car. The most beautiful places in Canada, and the most enriching to live in (Old Toronto and Montreal for example as well as countless small towns) could NEVER be recreated. Although, Old Toronto is actively being destroyed because of new zoning laws. In Europe, new developments are built for less money, yet Canadian ones are cheaper with houses practically being made out of cardboard. Europe also invests in cities with reliable public transit and are much safer to walk and cycle in without huge roads and highways everywhere. This allows for much denser housing and affordable communities. Canada is being eaten by Capitalism and pretending to be a Socialist government, the worst of both worlds.

I returned to Canada a few years ago and I have experienced something very similar to immigration to Canada. Keep in mind that I speak English and French and my ethnicity is Caucasian.\n\nStill my experience has been very difficult and I am deeply disappointed.\n\nMany other nations are better choices.\n\nThe USA ?? primarily comes to mind. I lived in the US for most of my life.
