As an American, I am appalled by Trump’s actions. I, for one, agree that his reasons for imposing tariffs is a lie. I strongly disagree with his blatant disregard for America’s allies. There is NO justification for aligning the US with Putin. If he thinks Putin has our interests in mind, he is crazy! Before it’s too late, I hope that his cabinet, the house, and senate realize that they can no longer support a president who does not support our interests as a country.

I have watched several interviews with different Canadian officials who adamantly convey that it's not the American people causing the Canadians to place tariff wars. It's the President. They know that the a president will try to brain wash the people of America into thinking otherwise.

The reason for this is Trump wants industry back in the US, and as long as people buy things from outside of the US cheaper, that's not going to happen. Thus the tariffs. I think Americans are going to have to learn the hard way that we voted in a terrible man who is even more unrestrained than the first time.
