Americans stand with Canada. I didn't vote for Trump/Vance/Elon ticket. The Whitehouse doesn't care about Americans. Thank you for speaking to us. Fentanyl is an excuse to give people who make $376,000 or more a tax break. Unacceptable.

Canada and Mexico have always been family, as well as UK and Europe close friends and allies. Trump is by far the daftest president in the history of our nation, he’s destroying our economy and the well-being of the American people. All he’s doing is making the rich richer and getting rid of the middle class making families struggle. \n\nSo much for the equality and prosperity of our country. \n\nI really wish President Zelenskyy would not sign over any mineral l rights to the Ukraine. I felt embarrassed and completely appalled as an American for the treatment that he received. \n\nThe duped people who voted for Trump are now getting what they deserve. This presidency is not America first. \nThis presidency is about Trump and his friends changing all the laws for their own benefit lining their pockets.

Canada, the American people don't want this and a lot of Trump supporters didn't want this either. I'm sorry that y'all too have to suffer and deal with a man that doesn't lead your country. Believe me I would swap with y'all tomorrow. \n\nIt's amazing how Canada came up with how many billions for border patrol but we can't get Congress to pass a bill. President Biden tried to get a bill through Congress within his first 100 days and they wouldn't pass it then either. We have scanners sitting at the Mexican Border that will detect Fentanyl but Congress would approve using them either. Everyone needs to find out how their Representative voted on that bill and make sure they are not in office next time. \n\nI don't know how this man got elected but I feel like Musk and Starlink helped him win. I just heard that Starlink is what was used to send the results in the swing states. Musk told someone an hour before polls closed that Trump was the winner, with his evil laugh and let's not forget Trump telling his supporters that they didn't need to vote cause he will win without them. That's fishy. \n\n\nY'all what do we do if he won't leave office? What do we do then? I know he just got in the White House but it's never too early to have a plan to get him out. They worked on Project 2025 for 4 years and now it's all falling into place. OMG! What are we going to do?

His only mistake was not to talk to his Canadian in the same way about the external diplomatic journey. Most Canadians voted him out because most Canadians have little to no idea how it is arround the globe, missing an overall perspective in their critic to Trudeau. Let me tell you that a lot of people changed their minds looking at his reaction to external threath posed by newly elect Trump. Imagine voting for Trump over inflation while he was saying he would use tariffs and people thinking it wouldn't affect them. So naive. Trump is an agent of chaos who is anathema to everything this country stands for, and it's self-evident by his actions. We are a country who is strong because of our friends around the world and no one will trust this country when we keep putting an idiot in office who doesn't honor former president's agreements. You can't work with a country who won't stick to it's agreements. You wouldn't tolerate a friend like that, and this is the same thing on a macro level.

Listen to the Prime Minister speaking 2 languages. trump can't even speak one past a grade 3 level. trump wants this in order to weaken all democracies in order for putin to take over the world. I haven't enjoyed much of Trudeau's office, but this he owns. He really laid it down here. It made me proud to be Canadian. He absolutely, kicked ass and I hope he just hammers Trump. Trudeau's level of forthrightness and honesty in this situation is (I think) exactly why people voted for him. It makes me feel like he's going to kick Trump's ass.

I really believe that it just comes down to Trump feeling resentment that he will never be part of a perceived 'inner circle' of establishment world leaders. Mr. Trudeau, As an American who has never voted for Trump, I apologize for the person we currently have in the White House, and wish Canada and Mexico the best. Do what you have to do, and hopefully it will cause enough disruption that Trump will have to retreat. Most of us consider Canadians and Mexicans our friends. A lot of people in the US are contacting our representatives in Congress, participating in economic boycotts, and joining groups like the ACLU that are bringing lawsuits against some of the actions that have already occurred. We have friends and family in Canada. I was in Toronto this past weekend. The friendliest and most decent people you will find anywhere.
