As a Canadian who is determined to thrive in whatever environment I am in, I can say becoming a carpenter has been a pretty good decision. Wages are up and I am in demand. My home is paid off and I am 39. I live in cottage country in a great little village with a beautiful wife and 3 beautiful daughters. I have traveled enough to know that I have a good thing going here. As a capable and adaptable human being, I will do well not matter where I am though.

All joking aside, Canada has been able to form a symbiotic relationship of mutual benefit with the United States since even before NAFTA 1. But.......... right now it is almost like a 51st state and I do not mean that in a joking way. US states are always competing with each other, but what prevents things like, oh say the American Civil war from happening is the Federal apparatus keeps them in line for the good of the empire as a whole. \n\n If Canada is like a 51st state, then it is competing with the other 50 states in a way that all 50 of them are going to get upset about. So either the states complain, or you treat Canada as an economic competitor. Mexico being behind the United States and Canada is what makes it a good candidate for a symbiotic relationship. For all its problems, Mexico has a Christian population (with some indigenous traits) that goes well with America. Their nations different economic status means we can support them and they can support us doing different things for countries of different development stages.\n\nCanada being so similar to the United States will want that as well and will never outbid the United States. These students can't complain about the student fee, Housing , food and living cost .\n\nU can blame trudue for lowering the standards for student visa. \n\nTo my knowledge from friends i know as students durring high-school vs students coming to study at college. \n\nPrior to this issue these a few mandatory requirements \n\n- parents most make over 200 k usd , and assets .\n\n- you must have xxx amount in usd dollars equivalent in your bank account and open a HSBC bank account with xxx amount \n\n - u must show you can afford for your child to stay at a mandatory homestay , all the associated cost staying and studying in canada for min 3 years \n\nJust passing the first 3 requirements, most ppl get rejected. \n\n- most leave the home stay due to culture differences and end up renting a 1 bed room condo. \nThat alone back in harper days was 20 k a year.\n\nMind you these students i met are from Vietnam, a 3rd world country where a university graduate with 2 degree will make only $500 usd which is consider a very good job . Its equivalent to5 k / month . \n\nSo thier dollar isn't worth much , for their parents to have that much money to send a 15 year old to study hs in a foreign country is a luxury only a selected few can dream of\n\nAlso none of them worked and work permit wasn't allowed. I work hard for my money! You took way to long! Or! If our food came cold! Cause you're very late! So if the bag wasn't still warm She check what'sa inside that paper bag & if it was no longer warm No tip was given! So if you want to deliver hot food Make sure! That you come on time & you have more than enough change + having enough change Helps get you your tip Cause common sense rules! Duhhhhhhhhh! & that's my tip to you Always carry more than enough change Or Not! With our low corruption goverments , our clean drinking water, our free health care and education system, with our opportunities that make it possible through merit and hard work that it doesnt matter what family or where you were born. These are attractive features of canada that play a role in why people want to come here. And leave where they were. Its it logical to think that you have more to learn about us then we do of you? Not being on some selfish punk shit is canadas greatest strength. Its that same inclusives mentality that keep the government corruption very small which empowers the citizens to make them successful and able to contribute more back into this system. The very nature of hoarding resources for ones family, same culture, etc are the same oppressive situations many of these people left their countries to seek better opportunities. But once given those opportunities and a chance to decide for themselves, a lot of these people use their liberties to create exclusion and hostility toward out groups. The indians do this in a very overt in your face way, the chinese are more polite about it but both have this way of looking out for their own and not being concerned with anyone else. As far as im conerned you should all be split up and dispersered to live in different provinces and cites. There are enough trans athletes in the world and good enough shape to compete on a world in Olympic level and all the levels beneath those, that I'm going to say that if someone transitions who is already in the military and they can still pass all the requirements to remain in the military, they should be allowed to remain in the military. After his surgeries and Rehabilitation he was allowed to return to training. And this was with two broken legs that took weeks to announce themselves by disconnecting and misaligning to the point he could no longer Walk and Run on them. If he can do that then somebody suffering through all the crap that they have to go to go through to become another gender and the hormone balance they have to maintain afterward and they can still do their job they can still get in the rain, they can still run an easy 10 before breakfast, with a full pack they can still Shoot Straight they can still command they can still follow they still love this country and want to uphold our Constitution and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic, then they should be allowed to stay in the military.
