Don’t blame the West. By your own account UAE, Australia, NZ are not technically western. I am sure getting a Visa to Japan, South Korea is equally tough. USA faces substantial illegal immigration from India mainly Gujarat. I am sure same is true of Europe. Don’t blame the passport index. How come China fares better and Singapore and Malaysia are among the best? Introspection instead of Jingoism is the solution.

Behavior of fellow Indians could be the main reason. Most of the people like to remain calm in most of the situations, but Indians take it granted.Talk very lould, play music with out headphones, try to stand before the flight stops, talk in authoritative language, expect immediate solutions when situation arouses, shouting on others, window shopping, disobey certain rules, Bargaining culture at some places where they not supposed to do etc. This behavior we have with us not only in India and we behave the same outside India as well. Government should start a course how they should behave in public places.

Why will i want to go Sri lanka or Thailand if i want to explore Europe. Its not that these countries are bad but if i had already visited ds countries now in want to go Norway or New Zealand then?Avoiding countries is not solution making the policies to make our passport should b the solution.

the root cause is illegal immigration and the root cause of illegal immigration is inflation, either people needs to be paid more on par with western countries or the cost of living must reduce to the point, people think working in India is far better to make money. \n5th economy you say but sadly it doesnt translate to the 90% people of this country, At this point even if India is world number economy still 90% of the will struggle to meet their ends. So when the per capita income increase the passport power will also increase. There solution to the problem.
2025-01-16 0
I usually agree with everything you say, in this case it’s sadly illegal immigrants and abuse of visas. Come as a tourist or hidden in a truck, work as a take away driver. \n\nMany Indians say dual citizenship leads to dual loyalty, if U.K. or USA open up their country to India. Except the 5% of the rich 95% will emigrate for economic reasons.\n\nOnly solution is for India to grow exponentially with our per capita income rivalling that of the west.

Turdeau highlights the problems that he himself has caused, and then his solution is to pour more tax dollars into the economy raising inflation even more. Then he has the audacity to say nobody has a quick fix to the problem. Getting rid of him is a start.

Perhaps he should go to Gaza and tell Hamas that. They are the problem and surprisingly Hamas is mostly made up of Palestinians. They don't want a two state solution They just want an Islamic state without Jews and anyone else for that matter. Islam is the actual problem for all of humanity.
2025-01-05 0
The reality of being a muslim is that you poison everything around you, the Jews could make the desert bloom, the Gazans created a shit-hole, received billions and billions in foreign aid which they used to set up a terrorist organization, received/demanded free water, electricity, fuel, and work permits from Israel, and then bombed, shot, beheaded and raped in return.\n\nBy their deeds shall ye know them. They repaid Europe’s hospitality in the same way, as did they Jordon and Lebanon. They are second-class human beings, manimals, who are steeped in jealousy and bitterness, whose whole religion is steeped in hatred, misogyny, violence and vengeance. They are a people who were offered a two state solution five times and refused it but then had the pure arrogance to beg, demand and take, take, take from Israel. They were given water, fuel, electricity, medical care, their sewage taken care of, work permits given to their citizens so that they could work in Israel. Nothing would satisfy them but the complete annihilation of the Jewish race.\n\nGet rid of them from Europe, we’d appreciate the lack of bombings, rape, crime, gangs and the constant drip, drip, drip of their islamic vitriol. They are constantly protesting, rioting, and demanding more, more, more. They have proven time and again that they are nothing but moochers, murderers, rapists, criminals and thieves, let us treat them as such and ban them from our shores. The peace and quiet would be wonderful, send them to which ever unlucky ‘stan would have them, and leave them to rot in their own hate and vitriol. They are nothing but a cancer on every country that offered them succour, the time has come to both recognise and admit that fact, if we are too afraid to do so we will suffer the fate of the countries that took them in and offered them sanctuary. In Europe Sweden, France, Germany and the UK come to mind, in the Middle-East Jordan and Lebanon.\n\nWe are fools if we refuse to learn from history, would Europe welcome back the German Nazis again and give them free rein AND the financial aid necessary to rerun their genocidal drive to annihilate the Jews, the Roma, The Disabled, The Gay etc? I think not so then why do we accept the Arabs/muslims and their similar hate-filled philosophy while, unlike with Nazi Germany, also giving them a home in our countries, giving them free housing, education, medical care, financial help, all of which they repay with terrorism and worse and all at the cost of our own people who're in similar need. Send them home and blockade the Mediterranean. We don’t need them and never will.

East Indians are 1.5 million already in. Deportation is the solution not in the reduction in numbers

We have millions of Canadians ready and willing to become armed CBSA agents to help with the issue. \n\nThe solution is easy AND simple.

It's like Canada's problems could be solved if virtually all of the students went into healthcare. The solutions be common sense and yet countries will not implement them. How about make it easier for students studying healthcare to be able to immigrate.

Let legal things survive, otherwise good people will suffer, wherever you are. Govt of India has to find solution for fake students and help them. Not canada.

Easy to understand! India is a member of the British Commonwealth, so is Canada! The only solution to this problem of Indians illegal crossing to the USA is for Canada to get out of that old monarchy set up and become an official independant country!

I think most of the world would agree that Trudeau & his cohorts . Are seriously engaged in many nefarious practices . Whilst the country goes to the wall . One of the biggest solutions to many problems in Canada . Is Trudeau & his accomplices gone . There has to be a government who works for Canadian people . Not one who should be behind bars .

likes they said personal opinion should not become political reform. Nothing is going to change as long as people vote for the established parties. Dominant politicians are not interested in transformational change. Same things are happening in New Zealand. Jacinda Ardern when she was Labour PM promised such change. True, Covid interrupted her premiership but even if it hadn't things would have largely stayed the same. No wealth tax or capital gains tax, no reduction in inequality and child poverty from Labour then. Solution, no idea. Perhaps voting Green given the problems facing the whole world?

Fantastic video. Canada needs to reassess its approach to immigration. We need to focus on sustainable, long-term solutions and prioritize our citizens first. ?#canadafirst #responsibleimmigration

To save Canada, the only solution is mass deportation
2024-12-01 0
Main Insights and Conclusions from the Video\n\nEconomic Challenges and Public Sentiment:\n\nInflation and housing costs have risen sharply, impacting Canadians' quality of life.\nFood bank usage has doubled, and homeownership rates have declined significantly.\nYounger Canadians find homeownership increasingly unattainable, fueling frustration.\nPublic sentiment has turned against immigration for the first time in decades, with over 60% of Canadians believing the country is taking in too many immigrants.\n\nImmigration Policies and Impacts:\n\nCanada experienced record immigration levels in recent years, with 471,000 permanent residents admitted in 2023 and a population growth of 1 million annually due to other immigration streams (e.g., international students and temporary workers).\nImmigration was used as a tool to address labor shortages and generate economic stimulus post-pandemic, but it led to unforeseen consequences like overburdened infrastructure, rising housing costs, and strain on public services.\nConcerns about integration and cultural tensions arose due to the rapid pace and scale of immigration.\n\nEconomic Consequences:\n\nDespite immigration filling labor gaps, Canada’s productivity declined for the third consecutive year, revealing deeper systemic issues like underinvestment in technology, outdated infrastructure, and stagnant wages.\nPublic services, such as healthcare, struggled to meet the increased demand, leading to longer wait times and staff burnout.\n\nImmigration Reforms in 2024\n\nThe federal government introduced significant reforms:\n\nA 20% reduction in permanent resident admissions over three years.\nCaps on temporary foreign workers and international student permits.\nPost-graduate work permit (PGWP) eligibility tied to labor market needs and stricter language requirements.\nWage caps for low-wage temporary foreign workers and adjustments to immigration programs at the provincial level.\nThese measures aim to manage population growth, alleviate pressure on housing and public services, and improve the quality of immigrants to align with labor market needs.\n\nCritiques and Trade-offs:\n\nWhile the reforms may ease strain on infrastructure and align with public sentiment, critics argue they could exacerbate labor shortages in critical sectors like healthcare, construction, and agriculture.\nThe underlying economic issues, such as low productivity, outdated zoning laws, and inadequate infrastructure, remain unaddressed.\nReducing immigration without broader systemic reforms may hinder economic growth in the long term.\n\nSocial Dynamics and Public Trust:\n\nThe reforms are seen as an attempt to rebuild public trust in the government amid declining approval ratings.\nCritics worry these policies are politically motivated rather than aimed at long-term solutions.\nRising public dissatisfaction stems from perceptions of unequal treatment between immigrants and native Canadians, along with growing social tensions.\n\nRecommendations for Future Actions:\n\nExperts suggest combining immigration reforms with investments in infrastructure, technology, and workforce training to tackle deeper systemic challenges.\nEncouraging regional immigration could alleviate urban overcrowding but requires sufficient infrastructure and resources to support newcomers in less-populated areas.\nEnhancing the quality of immigrants through stricter selection criteria and promoting cultural integration can address public concerns while maintaining economic benefits.\n\nFinal Reflections:\n\nOver-reliance on immigration as an economic solution has led to complacency and structural weaknesses.\nWhile immigration is vital for growth, it should be part of a balanced approach that includes investments in innovation and productivity improvements.\nCanada needs to rethink its strategies to remain competitive and sustainable in the long term while addressing public concerns and fostering integration.\nThe video's overarching message highlights the complexities of immigration and economic policy, emphasizing that piecemeal solutions, like reducing immigration, are insufficient without addressing broader systemic issues.

I completely disagree with the international student english proficiency requirement to get a PGWP (i.e. for all international students). To get into any University program in Canada, you will need to pass an English Language proficiency test like IELTS or TOEFL anyways. At least for my four years of an Engineering degree, three co-op terms and a full-time secured Engineering position, 8 months before graduation you would think this international student knows how to communicate in English :). \n\nYes, there are certain students who just want to get the PR and don't care about the degree they are getting and probably just passed with the minimum IELTS requirement. A solution would be to make certain degrees like college diploma students take the English Language proficiency test again and at least have a language testing system which is free for these people. Spending $300-$400 after spending so much on international tuition fee to graduate from Bachelor's degree is a good policy in my honest opinion.

Good morning. The problems Canada has are clearly identified. How about inforcecing a fixing solution and remove the leaders that engorged the problems..

In the more than 80 applications and several interviews I underwent to land my 1st job in Canada, I started to notice something: I was primarily being contacted by people who had migrated to Canada at some point in their lives. Although I saw this as an act of solidarity, it also made me question why I hadn’t been contacted by more Canadian-raised hiring managers and recruiters. Today, I think I may have at least a part of the answer.\nAfter a few months surrounded by co-workers who recently migrated to Canada, and interacting mainly with Canadian customers, the colliding of cultures has become evident to me. Letting a person finish their sentence before jumping to give a solution, asking “may I?” before taking an article off someone’s hands, and true active listening, all these things go a long a way in building relationships. Doing the opposite causes friction and even arguments where customers explicitly say: “Please don’t talk over me, listen to me first.”\nPutting myself in the shoes of a hiring manager who is culturally Canadian, knowing that Canadians are very risk averse and kept to themselves: Why would I stir the pot in the workplace by bringing in a foreign worker who may have internalized habits that are seen as rude and abrupt?\nIt’s not only about English skills, degrees, who does things faster, etc., but cultural awareness. If you don’t take the time to learn about the culture of the place you are migrating to and/or expect that locals welcome habits that could be perceived as rude and shocking to most Canadians, you are going to limit your network to only people in your cultural group - which will definitely hinder opportunities for growth. Don’t make the mistake of assuming that everybody thinks and acts the same as you do.

Trump doesn't know what's going on in politics and relationships. And even if he did, he'd never know what to do having the mindset of a rapist, draft dodger, convicted felon, liar could never come up with a practical solution. That's why I'm still upset with these voters who voted this guy in. They should start with impeachment.

No one can solve the border problem at the border. The solution is at the home countries of the refugees. Lift them out of poverty, that’s the only solution. If China had not lifted 800 million out of poverty, the world would be awash with Chinese refugees. Lifting a country out of poverty took China only one generation. Same can be done for the home countries of the refugees.\nBTW the wars in the middle east has created a lot of refugees.

Trump is trying to Tank the economy ,while Biden is in Office . He wants Biden's record numbers to come down , lowering the bar for when he takes office . So any little uptick on his beautiful graph will be easier starting at the lower bar .Like him not wanting the Border bill passed ,so he can apply his solution to his own failing policy . So He Can FIX IT

Include Mexico in the United States is the only solution.
2024-11-28 0
Trump, despite his self acclaimed reputation as an “economic genius”, would likely never raise taxes on the ultra-wealthy and ensure corporations pay their fair share, as many currently pay nothing. Balancing the budget would also require curbing excessive military spendings, and if necessary, asking Americans to contribute slightly more, all to address our $36 trillion debt. It’s time to move beyond “art of the deal” Donald and focus on the real solution - CUT THE FRINGES AT THE BOTH END tough guy!
2024-11-27 0
The solution is not more tariffs. Mexico and Canada should simply ban all trade with the USA and develop a system of free trade with Europe and China.
2024-11-26 0
Don't come to the US - we can't get jobs either. I have 7 years' tech experience and I can't get a job anymore. There must be some sort of solution for Canada, some way to disentangle the monopolies.
2024-11-26 0
Simple solution if you guys don't like this, don't trade with America. Us here in Australia will. But if the U.S. ain't good enough for you guys to trade with, don't be trying to trade with us down here in Australia. Our natural resources are for those we deem worthy, and if the U.S. isn't trading with you, you ain't worth our time. We can make trillions without you guys, by all means, go trade with China, they won't want anything, except for big chunks of land and big chunks of natural resources.

mexico should stop sending illegals into this country. pretty simple solution.
2024-11-26 0
Solution ? \nBuy American it’s just that simple !
2024-11-26 0
Border crossing have stopped due to the election of Trump. Mexico has zero leverage. So she can threaten whatever. Mexico can literally be shut down easily by Trump. Hey CNN you don’t need to analyze. We want Trump and voted for his solution.
2024-11-26 0
Imagine thinking that tariffs will magically solve problems with cartels and drugs. Like oh wow, Trump knew the solution the whole time and nobody could figure it out for decades... but a reality TV B-lister knows the answer! It's like using Gatorade to water crops. We are on our way!
2024-11-26 0
??? that solution is joke/ how much bs can these pundits try to sale
2024-11-26 0
I've been working on these cases on the border for nearly 25 years. I've never seen it as slow as it is right now and it has been for the last year or so on the Texas border in the Western District. There are simply no new cases only a very few and anyone who works here in the federal court system knows this. This is Trump's effort to create a problem and then offer himself as the solution in order to manipulate people and obtain whatever ends they want to obtain such as project 2025. It's the Hegelian dialectic in action and enough people sell for it to put him back into office.
2024-11-23 0
Fleeing is not the solution. Black men from Africa and the Caribbean are eventually going to have to stand up and fight for their lineages and countries the way men do.
2024-11-23 0
Only 7000 to be deported? Almost 3 million illegal Indians flocked into Canada just in 2023 way to go Liberals! The only solution to the Indian invasion to Canada is to make sure neither the Liberals nor their puppet the NDP get any seats in the coming elections. The Liberals are just ploughing the Canadians to be re-elected then bring another 10 million illegal Indians in 2025 not to mention the 10 Million illegal Indians Trump is going to dump to Canada. In 2025 there will be 35 million Indians in Canada both legal and illegal versus 20 million non- Indian Canadians wow this is Indian-zation not immigration. I guess all churches and other worship places will be demolished in favor of temples and no more beef will be served nor PEPESI or Coke to be consumed only cow pee is available if you are thirsty more over there will be a huge shortage of diapers for new born babies as they will all be covering some Indian heads.
2024-11-23 0
There was a solution for this, but Trump wants the problem to exist so he can sell his cult the solution.
2024-11-20 0
Life has changed, people- as well, new standards, new problems- there’s nothing to do about that, just take it , or change it. Or, As a solution, change the Country, the way your parents did. Find your dream home- you still have this option.
2024-11-19 0
Simple solution. Place a 10 year ban on migration from india to Canada.
2024-11-19 0
SO as a Texan, I can relate big spaces and safety; believe it still exists here, and I love it. BUT here's the thing. I'm not just sayin this to you but to let''s say California ..you can't. run from problems and as beautiful as Canada and California are, the solution is not to escape but FIGHT to get your land back . This destruction of democracy which in this case Canada is a socialist country, ..you cannot escape . It will eventually catch up . Don't leave it to others to do it YOU HAVE TO do it for your country . Believe me I love having a good time and travel, but there are times in which you have to be serious, work, and fight. Life is not a blog or a YouTube channel. Don't run fight for your country back.

It feels so foolish to keep trying bandaid solutions that harm the US labor pool. There's a couple of things I keep thinking about in regards to this. \n\n1. Most developed countries on earth are in the midst of or are preparing to deal with population crisis and depopulation. Strong immigration to the US stems this issue and is actually a huge advantage to the power and continuing visibility of the USA.\n\n2. Deportation and border control strike at the effect of immigration and leave the cause unharmed. People come to the USA because there's opportunities here, so why not make opportunities abroad?\n\nIf the USA were to remove benefits of dealing with china while offering massive incentives for moving manufacturing away from china directly to Latin America, not only would we be countering our Chinese dependency but we would also provide jobs at home and stem immigration. Not only that, but the businesses would be American and be controlled by Americans - a huge incentive to stay friendly to the USA.\n\nI don't know, just seems like our current policy and especially what Trump is suggesting are counter productive and stuck in a bygone way of thinking.
2024-11-18 0
The number one problem with deporting undocumented people. Where to?\n\nLatino, speaking Spanish, sure must be Mexican!\n\nI'm grabbing my popcorn for when the deported numbers are turning out way lower than people expect.\n\nDifficult questions don't get solved with simple solutions. But I guess it's hard to understand if you vote for populists.
