In part time, you will earn to complete your housing and accommodation allowance but will not able to collect for your college fees. Just count it yourself, $17.5 per hour is minimum wage and for 24 hours per week. Also minus taxes from it. If you are planning somewhere near Toronto or Vancouver, please stay way. You can try going New Brunswick either. It’s cheaper as compared.\n\nHowever, did you notice something about all the commonwealth countries, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, etc etc. they all are facing the same problem. So, hold on your horses. Research before going. People do go different countries, might be Japan, and other countries. Don’t ask a barber if I need a haircut, similar don’t ask a consultant if I can go to Canada or Australia. They will always say Yes!

I have been in Canada since 2014, and I have seen drastic changes in the country.\nBut I see you guys talk about protest in the first part of the video, but you did not really tell why they are protesting. \nA lot of students are protesting because they either want free education or they want the universities to make the exams easier for them.\nStudents are being deported because they got to Canada through a fake letter of acceptance. There is no bizarre reason for their deportation.\nStudents are not getting PR because the programs get full. It's not all students. I think you kind of put all students in one clan.\nI have been watching your videos for quite some time, but it seemed like you did not have enough research on it.\nThe drug problem being legal makes no difference to that province. What's one of the main reasons why a foreign country would invite foreign workers into their country to work?? Because there are native citizens of that particular nation that don't want to work, they are lazy.. I understand the issue about overpopulation, but on the other hand, the opportunities have always been there for the natives to take advantage of, but did they?? So the government had to come up with a system to fill those vacancies, and in some cases, another reason why natives can't get a job, is because they are not qualified.. I think if an immigrant should be there with the aim to create a better life, I'm sure it can be achieved with hardwork and sacrifices, because a lot of us want to live above our means/ budget, spending more than we earn, instead of saving towards accomplishing a specific goal.. And i think a lot of people go with this false belief that that particular country is paradise, so they think as they land, their lives would be changed instantly, not knowing that they have to work very hard and make sacrifices to achieve their goals, and that's the main issue, they go without having any aims or goals, they go with the wrong mindset and attitude, and the list goes on.. And these students that are protesting, they should be trying to make a difference in the country to demonstrate to the government and the natives there that they are worthy to be a part of the nation, because they are not taking from it, but rather adding more values to it.. I think it all depends on the mindset.. And of course, i do agree that an immigrant should assimilate..

White people who says they should adapt to their culture and language forgot where they are . Why those white people didn’t learn the native language of their area ? most newcomers to any country struggle especially since most are not bringing in wads of cash to start a business but literally scraping in using life savings just to get here - however once here with residential status a national health care and level of income security for unemployment benefits is an added bonus which you won't get in every country regardless of residency status but refugees and others come in with no money at all as well as problems in some cases with language barriers, but as bad as everyone thinks it is the grass is not greener on the other side just because you're paying lower taxes but privatising infrastructure only makes things more expensive even when you're not taxed.... and Canada is a huge country with very limited number of tax payers such a small market would double costs for private business too - and just cos things may be cheaper you may find you don't fit as well as you thought..... and also the more you move the less time you have to settle and grow into the space you find yourself now....I've lived in 3 very different countries so I understand how difficult it is.... and how some places regardless of cost just fit better than others.... I love Toronto... but would not want to live in Vancouver or Texas for very different reasons... and don't judge a city by people who don't know how privileged they are to live in Toronto or anywhere in Canada really they should try living in India or Russia or even South Africa... places may be cheap but the lifestyle isn't worth much as a result of being failed states - even USA is falling apart road by road bridge by bridge.....of course there's hope for all of them eventually.... but if you don't like it it's probably best you leave.... if you don't want Canada why would Canada want you.... your just bringing the nation into disrepute

Immigrating for Studies is different from Immigrating for Work and Residency. These people think they are all the same. There are different levels of intake based on how much limited resources Canada has. If you come for studies, that should be your intention. You get your education, and then go back to their country of origin. If you want to come for work or residency, apply as such and get in line behind others who use the system fairly.

I honestly think some Canadians people have memory problems. 30 years ago Brampton was known as the town with the most Indians. Nobody complained. The cost of living and housing went up in the last 10 years and now all of a sudden people complain about something that has always been. The only difference is theres more Indian students. Its a student issue, not an Indian issue. Then you got white drugged up people blaming immigrants for their choices. Nobody forced you to do drugs. If you are poor and homeless this does not mean you turn to drugs. The land is vast, there are plenty of chances. I think people don’t understand the difference between immigration and colonization

Canada is not produce enough babies to pay taxes and that's why we need immigration. I say this with a great deal of cynicism but I don’t think we will be able to halt mass immigration, and the reason is old people. Old people vote, and they have money. Politicians respond to the people with money. My parents are in their 80’s and they spend $7000 per month on their retirement home. I’m renting an apartment because I can’t afford a home in Victoria. The cheapest house here sells for $700,000. And so I’ve no intention of getting married or having kids. It’s clear to me that this is happening all over Canada. The death rate exceeds the birth rate. There is something odd about this state of affairs. Immigrants are pouring into the country and moving into multigenerational houses. They’re getting married and raising kids. Two or three generations live together under one roof. Meanwhile, the picture is different with white Canadians who have been here over a hundred years. Older, white Canadians are spending $7000 per month on assisted living retirement homes. Their children are single and renting apartments. We are living in clown world.

Instead of blaming these people, one must question their own government authorities who make the rules and legislation to facilitate this. Maybe it's just the truth of a desperate Canadian economy that needs immigrants to keep fueling the 'aging' Canadian economic engine. These people come in and work hard, odd jobs (not to mention the exceptional skilled ones as well like Doctors, health care workers etc.) which the regular Canadian wouldn't do. I've been in Canada for 2 years without a Family doctor. Thank God, the last 10 different Doctors I met were all fresh immigrants and came to my rescue. Ask your conscience, without these immigrants, you wouldn't be getting your late night coffee at the time Hortons drive thru, no one to take your blood works without you waiting several months in waiting, no ways for universities to subsidize tuition fees for the poorer Canadian students. If immigrants stop coming in, the nice detached home you live in will go down in value, the nice truck you drive will become more expensive, your kids University tuition fees will sky rocket, Canadian companies selling groceries, furniture, etc. Will have lesser revenue and eventually get eaten up be American giants, Canadian companies won't have cheap labour to build those much needed housing. \nNot only question your government, but also question your 'own' people.. Where are they to serve you? Where are the so called patriotic 'original' Canadian Doctors'? They are off to US to earn more money. My family moved to Montréal from the largest Greek island Crete in 1965 when I was 9 got a great education worked in mechanical/ engineering design 44 years and simultaneously 33 years as media/wedding and sports photographer as I work with top major sports team’s photographer. I’m now retired and thinking after visiting my hometown in Chania Crete the last 6-7 years I have met people that are offering me teaching jobs in AutoCAD tutoring or even night school teaching sports photography as I have a portfolio in many different sports of 40 years .. I’m proud born Greek and never gave up of my goals as I was the only Greek of 2,000 employees for a tool designer and pattern designer for a Pulp and Paper manufacturing company for 10 years in the 80s. Planning to visit again in October 2024 when schools open and kind of give back to my hometown Chania Crete.. life there is very peaceful with 100 meters to 3 beaches where all neighbours are from different parts of the world bought a house or hotel… ??❤️??

The real question is Canada vs Florida because the U.S. consists of many mini countries that have agreed on a common constitutional document and basic laws but otherwise are different countries. With that said Canada loses on every metric that matters to Florida. From economics to taxes to business to self defense and personal property Florida wins. The U.S. is secular but politicians of all nations will bring it up to some degree thinking this is somehow unique to the U.S. means you don’t understand the U.S. When it comes to political and religious diversity the U.S. has a larger population consisting of the entire world its by definition diverse. It’s bad politics & culture which are most similar to Canada that has resulted in higher crime rates. \n\nGun laws in the U.S. are for Americans to have the option to fight against a tyrannical government like we have scene in Canada with the truckers and mass freezing of bank accounts. That is what the right to bear arms was for first and foremost not just self defense. Canada ignores this entirely and instead has the perspective of give the government all the power and expect government to be “good” and act in good faith to the people which it has continually failed to do so. Canada’s statistics are no different than Australia, USA and France for example in terms of homelessness and home ownership. So basically the differences are minor. No wonder many foreigners think of Canada as US 2.0. Because if you need to differentiate Italy from Austria, the difference is obvious: different language, different culture, different architecture, different traditions. Some of those students look much older then what I think a student would be. I shop at a independent grocery store not part of a chain well I know all the ladies that work at the cash registers about 2 weeks ago I go shopping I thought I was in a different country everyone working the cash registers was from India all students but let's remember give business owners a payout for hiring these students so the business saves money and get cheap labour iam against this it's counter productive for Canada.

You cant just blame federal or JT for this issue. Provisional governments are equally responsible as well. They allowed mass international students due to their (provincial) going down economy for various factors. They made false promises to students that students can get PRI in less than a year, otherwise do you think students were willing to go to these cold areas to study without any benefits? You made a promise, now its time to fulfill.\n2. International students funds the college/school by paying fee 3 times more than a Canadian one. There was no check and balance from provincial governments on school/colleges, because they liked the inflow of $$$ within their provinces.\n3. Totally agree with you that fake students should not be getting any merci. But are all the fake students from India, not really. Both the federal and provincial governments were allowing more Indian students because they wanted to have more economic ties with Indian growing economy. \n4. Punjabi (including Sikhs) is one of the best marshal races to serve in army or security agencies. Our Canadian officials never hire personals without a proper security check. \n5. Protesting in another country where you are a student is not allowed and the act itself can get you deported. However, the scams the Canadian colleges and universities do in countries like India and Pakistan is terrible. These students pay almost double the money local kids do. They r most times highly qualified and have availed of an opportunity offered by these institutes. When such things happen, its obvious that they are unhappy. I think the Indian government needs to start issuing advisory. I don't think its worth it, I wish people understood this. The US, Germany/Europe,UK even Australia is much different. Believe it or not, a lot of these students wish to pay back student loans and get out of this scam. Canada is beautiful, but the amount of scams here, prepostrous.

Nobody gives a two penny F to Canadian education. It’s sub par anyway. The unsaid deal has been simple - you pay, you stay. Lots of truth in this video. I lived in Canada for 28 years now. I was just in Germany for a 3 month long vacation and what a difference compared to Canada. So much cheaper and better food in Germany and rents are actually affordable with cheap public transport. Weather is also a lot milder and more comfortable in winter and summer. I think Canadians don't fully realize how incredibly inflated the prices for the necessities are here. I now realize that I live in a country that is shamelessly trying to suck their people dry. Canadians are just too subdued and are just letting it happen. Every day you wait will make it that much harder to turn this around.

I still think the No 1 reason is the weather. If you are a top talent, you don't want to spend 4-6 months in snow. The government has to work extra hard to make the country attractive, but they are not. I also don't think elected a different leader fixes the problem. Elected leaders can't fix systematic issues, US is a perfect example. Don't have good solution, just ranting here.

Politics aside, no country seems to be doing well… yes Biden and troudoieu (however you spell it) both suck, but even if we had different leaders, I think we’d be in a similar situation..

9:37 it's good to hear that you grew up in Germany. Maybe it was better before, but nowadays the DeutcheBahn is so unpredictable, with all the strikes etc. It became a meme. Previously the low cost airlines kinda was a choice, but these days the tax on flight deliberately increased by German government, and there are not much cheap flights left, better to cross the border and fly from there. Also I find it not fair to compare Germany and Canada as their areas are different. Definitely not to compare with Singapore.\nI heard that flight in Canada are very expensive, but if I would live in Vancouver I would prefer to go to Seattle over the border for a weekend rather than going to Toronto on the other side of the continent. Car option in Canada I assume is more affordable that Germany. The German gas price(for cars), or energy in general considered to be one of the most expensive in the World. Also the expenses to get a car license, people are just saying that it's easier and cheaper to fly over to USA get car driving license there and come back. In general with all the pros and cons, Canada seems better when compared to Germany, I saw several people left from Germany to Canada, and only 1 from Canada to Germany(his main reason was high property prices, and German were surprised because of such reason, the prices risen in Germany as well, except maybe for rural areas).\n\nAlso to make it fare when comparing Toronto better to compare it to Berlin, not just to any city in Germany. I think there will the same homelessness and drug issues in Berlin.

I got a chance to get shifted to North America 24 years ago. By then I had reached a CXO level job in India and that company gave me a choice. I decided it was good in India, and my salary went up as the years went by. In USD terms I might have got lesser than in NA, but in purchasing power, I got more, I think.\n\nThen India's growth after Y2k happened and I got other jobs, and participated in stock options with start-ups with dynamic founders (India has a decent VC-PE network now, especially for technology people). 5 years ago I decided no need to work and be on my own, doing stuff I always wanted do, but income was more priority. Today I realise most of new wealth is being created in India: new ideas, new services, products, delivery systems, etc: all being thought of in India. Why go abroad, except for a vacation?\n\nToday I have a fairly substantial net worth that got created through those wealth sharing jobs and I realize when I visit NA, that I would never have got this, not unless I had been there for a long time, and certainly not in Canada - that's pretty clear.\n\nToday, India is the place where wealth is being made. If you have a product or service that is successful, or are a part of such an enterprise and get to share in the value creation (that's a risk, not a given, not guaranteed), India is the place to be. And by going out of India, you are taking a risk, this is no different, except we know India in our blood.\n\nIf you are entrepreneurial, or have the risk taking capacity to work with an entrepreneur and share his risk with stock participation, there a great probability you will do very, very well in India.\n\nThe biggest upside: YOU are now developing India!

The only reason India is lacking behind is because of it's abundant population and it was not blessed with self rule up until 1947 which kind of derailed it's progress by years thanks to European Colonization and discrimination. \nJust as an example for folks who are ignorant to see India as a third world or poor or poorly run country - \n* The way India handled Covid for 1+ billion people is something close to impossible for Canada with a meagre population of around 40 million. \n* You don't have to wait for months or weeks for normal checkups, MRIs, doctors and so on. \n* You don't have to pay $50+ per month for a meagre 10-30gb data instead it's less than $4 per month for 1-2gb/day data (yes per day)\n* The military budget of India is 66 billion dollars while Canada's is a meagre 26 Billion dollars.\n* India is capable of launching advanced missions in Space and has single handedly indigenously created aircrafts to land in moon and space exploration.\n* India has home grown automobile companies like Tata Motors (which owns Jaguar and Land Rover), Mahindra and many more while I don't see any homegrown automobile companies in Canada.\n* India has more than 170 billionaires while Canada has around 70.\n* India's richest people won't even bother to invest in Canada because it's not a viable market, but the economy in India is booming and will continue to do so.\n* Despite the population the country is managing in such a way that Canada can only dream off. Just because you had the privilege and the means to be developed does not give you the right to demean other nations. In the information sector and other highly skilled areas, they are present earning loads of money which reverberates to more tax money for the government. \n\nI know that they have major issue with absorbing the host country culture and I believe that can probably or maybe alleviated by having some cultural programs so that they can fit into the society so that the Canadian culture is upheld. It's always difficult to see changes around you and your home being in your words being raided by foreign entities. Guess what? The world is filled with different ethnic groups. Hundreds of years ago all your native homes were part of the indigenous people here and they didn't even have time to complain or lament online when the Europeans butchered them and massacred their homelands, claiming the land and setting up as their own. Now you are in a position to call something your home and we all know what all your ancestors did regardless of how good you are right now. The least you can do is not comment such provocatively online against other ethnicities or is this atrocity still there in your blood. It's very simple. Try to think beyond frustration and be grateful for what you have. \n\nBy the way I can write more but I don' think it's worth my time but maybe positive things can happen if you put your mind into.

The intro to the video kind of portrayals your biased doesn't it? You introduced the elections and who one and the state of Canada now indicating your biased that all of our problems are takings to political reasons. People are easily swayed with words sometimes opinions should to given lightly with all factors and not just the ones the help your opinion seem correct. You should include historical events that started the housing crisis in Canada. Even your graph only showed a spike of immigration intake but only AFTER covid but you sway the conversation to think the intake was so different when even your graph shows it stayed the same till covid. Number of those facts would have been more convincing to strengthen your opinion. Numbers are nice but not when it's placed in again, places that help make your opinion correct. In that case, only one side of the story and most facts are hidden this way. I enjoy the pictures though, nice editing. Lots of videos makes it more engaging and not lose people's interest

You keep describing it as an “infamous” ethnic enclave, kind of like when Oppenheimer says “Lewis Strauss was once a lowly shoe salesman”. It’s just an ethnic enclave. It’s not really that different from Scarborough, it just hasn’t been amalgamated with Toronto yet.\n\nI’m not pro-immigration, I think we need to sort out this cost-of-living issue by any means necessary (including limiting immigration if need-be). But you could walk through my city and interview people who would tell you that its dangerous, drug-ridden, gone downhill etc. and we’re still fairly white. I feel like a lot of what you’re seeing has as much to do with urbanization as immigration.

I think in all honesty people are just getting fed up and what ever feud countries have with each other should stay in their countries. The common reasons why Brampton has so many Indians.\n1) Even in India there are 22 official languages, but unofficial 121 languages with over 700 different dialects. In Brampton, the majority are Punjabi and Gujarati. These names first come from the language they speak, later to the Indian State. Each language represents a culture. In India also everyone feels safe within their community because it is human nature to bully someone who doesn't look the same as them. So, they feel safe within the community. This new Woke culture calls it racism and hate, but I think it is a common human nature.\n2) Helping each other to settle in the same community. So, they prefer to land here first and somehow settle in. The government programs for newcomers are just a waste of taxpayers' money.\n3) Closer to the Airport and Public Transportation is not too bad.\n4) A lot of part-time work opportunities for the students and newcomers. (Not the same under Trudeau anymore)\n5) A lot of activities for parents of the immigrants because they can't learn English or Culture at this age.\n6) Indian Food and Grocery are easily available.\n\nIt was not that bad before, but the latest influx of unskilled immigrants and students with the absence of manners has taken it to an unrecoverable level.

A large population of White Canadians sold their homes to Indians and moved north especially to Orangeville and many sourrounding cities as well. Brampton is what it is because people dont want to live among different people. Whites saw Indian coming in and left and Indians desired to live among their own kind. I think the issue is on both sides.

I think this video is incredibly misleading, a ton of information is missing from this story. \nThe fact is Indians live in Brampton, no different than Chinese people living in Markham, Irish people living in Toronto or Italians living in Vaughn.\nThe Caucasians don't want to work, so they do drugs and complain about being homeless.

I think sometimes when people make decisions an match up their opponents, they dont estimate where the spawns are coming from. I would imagine instead of attacking my opponents attacks, its good to strategically try to specify which tactics are coming out of various ports n at what frequency. Its productive to analyze my opponents chess moves, yet its alsogood to analyze what locations did my opponent train in, also how many of his peers came from the same training location or a different one. We must also analyze wherw these fellow students of the opponents went. Such as analyzing all of the various colleges to compare which high school students applt to which colleges. Then strategize my opponents tactics from there.

I’m an atheist Canadian. I dated muslims and people of different faiths and used to enjoy your videos… Therefore, respect and compassion goes both ways. You may not agree with the lgbtq community but it’s important for everyone to feel safe. People need to respect everyone but education is key. Everyone deserves to be educated about each other. That’s why I think religion and state should be separate. If you’re unhappy you can leave that’s fine. But there isn’t a perfect place in the world. Accepting others for their beliefs is just as important as others accepting ours. I wish you the best.
