You’re just a single issue voter who cares about their job or prolife, but you spoke loud and clear that they all have to go. Apparently it’s easy to find them even though they never did, and if you just ruin their life here then they will probably want to leave.\n\nAnd once they get rid of the illegals they can get to the bottom of why the police weren’t reporting that hundreds of thousands of Americans were being killed each year by border crossers because that’s what Trump said.

Their children eat free school meals and get valuable education dollars afforded to them in order to teach ESL English, where we cut music and arts budgets to our own, while their children smell like their weed after they drop them off at school in America, from their Escalade with shiny rims and their last name in old English printed on their back window of the fancy car they paid for with cash money they made by loitering in parking lots, only willing to hide under the radar and do cash-only work so they can continue having children for families that we feed, house, insure, provide dental and orthodontic care, social support, as they suck our local food banks of stock and take our local christmas tree programs for presents for all their kids, then send their cash back to more people in their country or give it to cartels for bringing them here. It's been going on for decades, and we are tired and broke and struggling ourselves. These people are professional public assistance fraudsters who float around under the radar, getting away with robbery. Get them all out!

This woman is right. We need people who are willing to sacrifice their time and their old citizenship to become Americans. She sacrificed a great deal to become a true American citizen. I do not want to be a citizen of another country although I have spent time as a guest worker LEGALLYin other countries. I was not allowed to take jobs in those countries (Japan and Germany) that native workers had the right to take. I was not given benefits or a right to vote. I had a passport which I was required to carry at all times because as a foreign worker I could be stopped and questioned about my legal status. My passport showed my working status in country with the appropriate stamp. I accepted these restrictions as part of my working conditions. I wanted to keep my own citizenship as an American although I could have worked to obtain the fluency level required and the citizenship understanding of law and legal procedures to become a citizen. It would have taken time and waiting for an application to clear. That is what it would have required but I wanted to be an American. I did not renounce my citizenship lightly…nor should anyone without work and thoughtful consideration of what it is to BE a member of that country.

So I know several people from my childhood, still know them today, and they were brought here when they were less than 3 years old. Fast forward 25+ years and they are some of the most hard working, tax-paying, kind hearted people I know. And they just want to stay where they have always lived and worked. Those people will be in limbo, meanwhile, we the taxpayers will paying for housing, feeding, clothing, them and their health care. \n\nOh, we haven't talked about climate change.... migration to the northern wealthier countries won't stop due to climate change. It won't stop here or in Europe. But, no many people are talking about it or preparing for it. \n\nNow the Reps have control of the executive branch, the congress (both chambers), and the Supreme Court is in his pocket. So, there will be no one to blame but themselves if they don't fix what they say they will fix: Immigration, ACA, the Economy, and more.

I knew an undocumented young woman who was living with her 1 yr old baby and her undocumented husband in NC. He started beating her up really badly so she called the cops. The cops arrested them both, even though he was the clear aggressor. They sent the baby off to cps and cps sent the child back to her extended family in Mexico. She spent 3 years in the county jail, never having access to proper medical care, fresh air & greenery or money for commissary or phone minutes. She was still in the early stages of learning English so she was unable to properly advocate for herself before she made bilingual friends and she couldn’t even read the English books in the county jail. Last I heard, she had finally been transported to a huge ICE detention facility in Georgia, but her case was still in limbo and she still had not seen her daughter 4 years later?\n\nShe was such a sweet young woman and what happened to her was so cruel, inhumane and totally undeserved. People who advocate for mass deportation are asking for millions of more stories just like hers, but with even more violence, since Trump would have to use storm troopers to do raids and papers checks so they can kidnap the 20 million people they want to deport.

It's Not enough and this was Not Fair! We came here in this country and vetted for 6 years by Immigration and all proper education requirements met. My mom worked so hard to be able to come into this Country when I was 14yrs old, there were Rules and Criteria. Now, it's all a Joke. People can come into Canada without proper oversight and Money works. As long as you have huge sums to pay, they let you in, easily, 3months you get Permanent Resident status, we worked hard for 6 years, even doesn't matter if you're a criminal from back home, they let you in, as long as you have money. No proper Vetting process! What has this Current government done to this once great country? They ruined this whole Canadian immigration dream for everyone. My family feels angry and cheated on! I worked 3 jobs since I came here young upto this day 26 years later, pay my taxes and these 'cheaters' get paid social assistance. Very Shameful Canada!

That means she came at a time when immigration was much easier and wanted, to increase gdp and to do the jobs normal Americans didn’t want to. Now, immigration takes forever, many years in fact, because the older republican white generation figured out that they yet again the minority, which has never actually changed. But republicans now use the immigration card because it’s literally their only option, why do you think Trump stopped the bill. He would be losing so much support. Also, for that old Mexican lady to say those things about her own family, tells me, she is not someone who cares for others or may even care at all. Came to Canada due to a war in Ukraine, love the country and people but found it extremely challenging to settle in due to the prices. We are just trying to survive and pay the rent and food. I'm 50 years old, was born in Canada and am contemplating moving. I do have a nice job and a home, and I'm not having any financial problems, but I don't see Canada finding a positive direction. Too many of our politicians are completely myopic, and have no idea what is going on in the country -- ideology over people. Was recently offered a nice job in Ukraine and am considering it.
