Trudeau is the biggest slime with low IQ. Trudeau is so good for Canada that he will be voted out so quickly and for good reasons.

This is idiotic! Trudeau stands and speaks reasonably, clearly, and with logic. What a mess!

Don’t be fooled. Trudeau has tanked the Canadian economy through disastrous mismanagement during his 9 year tenure. Our debt has ballooned, inflation has neutered the Canadian dollar, we are taxed into oblivion, face an unparalleled housing crisis that is linked to foreign money laundering schemes to name a few reasons. If he had not handcuffed our energy sector with pipeline bans and crushing carbon neutral BS. diversified our customer base globally and promoted home grown manufacturing instead, we could deal better absorbing Trump’s ill advised tariff war. JT is the poster child for the globalist agenda (read WEF) and has been convicted of ethics violations in multiple instances. He’s an actor (literally) and virtue signalling fool. His stats regarding the fentanyl problem are laughable considering we inspect less than 1 % of the foreign containers passing through Vancouver. Trump has inadvertently handed JT a lifeline for the Liberals political future and he’s capitalizing on it. Don’t buy the BS. Think about JT’s political record and apply that knowledge going forward.

Starting a trade war with Canada weakens America. This is the real reason dt has done this. Hmmm, now which countries in the world would benefit from that? Russia? China? North Korea? My only question is, what are you personally doing to stop this president?

Trump is obviously transferring most of US assets in East and Southeast Asia. While we are seeing bad trade news after another, this is only focused mainly on Western countries.\n\nJapan and Taiwan recently pledging billions of USD as investments are one of the indications that Trump is relocating its financial and possibly military support to Asia. Philippines will also be conducting a meeting with him and I think he would have defense and economic deals with our country as well.\n\nCanadian and Mexican economies would indeed suffer while European security would be in danger with the US pulling out of NATO soon. But we are seeing an indication that the trade and defense assistance is being transferred to Pacific Asia for some reason. This would mean the economic repercussions would not bring down the US to its knees, but it would still be pretty significant early on since Asian markets would take a while to develop.

As an American, I am appalled by Trump’s actions. I, for one, agree that his reasons for imposing tariffs is a lie. I strongly disagree with his blatant disregard for America’s allies. There is NO justification for aligning the US with Putin. If he thinks Putin has our interests in mind, he is crazy! Before it’s too late, I hope that his cabinet, the house, and senate realize that they can no longer support a president who does not support our interests as a country.

We need voices of reason now. Not an aggressive USA who now allies with Russia.

I can't speak for all of us, but I didn't want this either. I didn't vote for Trump and this is one reason why.
|

The whole reason Trump is doing it is to try and crumble Canada's economy in hopes it deters Ukrainian aid.\nAnd ideally, Putin wants Trump to absorb Canada to cut Ukrainian funding out entirely from Canada.\nWhen you look at how Trumps actions help Putin, it becomes very obvious all the 2 IQ moves he makes.

Trump is trying to manufacture a pretext for invading Canada. Trump will soon state that due to Canada's illegal tariffs that are stopping the supply of strategic goods necessary for the security of the United States, he is ordering the US military to invade Canada to secure the supply of those assets. US military of all ranks, you have sworn an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies. Trump is a traitor, he is betraying his allies, he is betraying the Constitution, he is dismantling the system of checks and balances that are enshrined in the Constitution. Trump is the enemy, do your duty and stop him. You have the training, you have the weapons, you have the reason. Fulfil your oath.

You cannot reason with a tiger when your head is in its mouth! Mange la merde, Trump! Sincerely, Proud and Pissed Canuck.

Traudeau you are one of the reason why this trade war happened. Your being inept by not adressing the border amd late immigrations control .

Let’s goo Trump we in for some serious entertainment ? why don’t you state how Canada pays less for US goods compared to the other way around. People act like Trump is doing this for no reason ? especially liberals who know nothing and I’m saying this as a moderate
|

Reasonable!!!????? Yeah, just like when you froze the truck driver's accounts for some bullshit? When you threaten Nuclear against us?! Canada is a weak country that would be taken in the blink of an eye if we allowed it. ? Canada

Trump objective is to crush the US economy, to find a reason to stay in power beyond the 2 term limits. He does not care that our economy is crushed as long he stays in power.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
You're reasonable? Don't place your opinion on all Canadians. They don't agree with your leftist actions. If you were reasonable you wouldn't be placing tariffs on all American products exported to Canada. Now, reciprocal tariffs are fair. Why don't you tell your people the TRUTH
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
Not blistering enough. By saying that fentanyl is the “supposed legal reason” for tariffs, what he really means is that these tariffs are a criminal act.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
Not reasonable and not polite.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
Maybe this is Putin trying to separate us from our allies for nefarious reasons, so if there is an attack on us, we won’t have our allies beside us.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
The reason for this is Trump wants industry back in the US, and as long as people buy things from outside of the US cheaper, that's not going to happen. Thus the tariffs. That's what they're for, protectionism. Why he pretends it won't be bad for americans or that they won't be paying more for products, I don't know. Perhaps his way of preparing people for bad times. Or the wishful thinking bit he swears to. Whatever. But what sane person would build up an industry predicated on Trump being consistent and willing to stay the course? An industry that would fall apart like it's 1920 the moment tariffs end? I predict noone.\n\nI have some experience with Clark, he was an insightful man during his command in Europe. It should be concerning when he can't see a reason for these actions, for cozying up to Putin and alienating allies. There's no end goal here that is in the US' interest. Trump's cabinet is not interested in this sort of thing, they are domestic dilettantes. There is no 4D chess. So what is the deal? Is it just his anger at Zelensky for not investigating Hunter Biden during the election? It seems... a bit too much for that, despite Trump being known as extremely spiteful.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
The tariffs are on all countries importing into the U.S. \nYou either build in the U.S. or have higher tariffs, it’s a strategy to build more business and jobs in the U.S. \nFixing the U.S. economy that is $36 TRILLION in Debt, while cutting off foolish spending in USAID. Do you have a problem with that?\n\nThe decision to befriend Russia is not cause Trump is pro-Putin, but to end a war Zelenskyy wants to continue for years, an utterly unnecessary war where thousands are dying for no reason, and billions spent on war when you can spend it on building up the economy (we already gave Zelensky 300 BILLION of our taxpayer money and Ukraine isn’t winning). The goal is to end unnecessary dying and to prevent WW3 nukes flying. Only complete fools think playing games with NUKES is a good idea, pointing a finger at you NATO!\n\nWhen NUKES fly, we are literally f…..ed!!!!

Trump started a trade war with our best friends for no reason at all. Canada has always been a good trade partner. They've never wronged us in any way. Trump is disgusting.

Yes this weasel is the reason canada is in this predicament, Trudeau stopped pipelines from being built ,based on the lie of climate emergency, now he will shift the blame to Trump.

I am an American. I am also reasonable and polite. I didnot vote for #47 or support any of his policies, but will suffer the consequences of his pyscopathy along with so many others. Thank you for showing the world what integrity looks like. I stand with Canada.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
You can't argue with what he has just said. Unfortunately the tariffs have backfire. I hope they come to a reasonable resolution.
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
Trudeau is a WEF puppet. A tariff war between Canada and the U.S. is ridiculous to begin with, and it will certainly have negative consequences for the U.S., but much more so for Canada. Let's face it, the U.S. internal market is several times that of Canada. Many businesses in Canada exist only because of their trade with the U.S. The same is not true for the U.S. Trudeau can paint whatever picture he wants to Canadians, but the Trump administration is not made of fools and they are very much aware of the reasons they have for having enforced the tariffs.

Even with every ridiculous thing Trump has claimed or done and despite his love for Pukin and Russia, there are relatively 'normal' people in the u.s. who think he's sane and doing great, one reason I've heard being 'There's less Mexicans around'. I ask again, can anyone in the u.s. aim straight? If so, your failing country needs you.

Don’t be fooled, Trudeau has made the opposition in Canada much more popular with his “good talk/ opposite results. The Dems lost for this exact reason in the US America will be strong either way. Canadians are much stronger without Trudeau no matter what they decide to do. I am sure many would agree no matter what side of the political spectrum they’re on.

Revelation 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,\n10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.\n11 And the merchants of the earth shall weep and mourn over her; for no man buyeth their merchandise any more:\n12 The merchandise of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, and fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet, and all thyine wood, and all manner vessels of ivory, and all manner vessels of most precious wood, and of brass, and iron, and marble,\n13 And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and wheat, and beasts, and sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men.\n14 And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee, and thou shalt find them no more at all.\n15 The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,\n16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!\n17 For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,\n18 And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!\n19 And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

????? I hope Americans are listening to him. There is no reason for the trade war Trump started and how Americans will suffer financially. Trudeau is correct in this only helps our enemies.. Russia and other countries who want to see us fighting with each other. What Another sad day for America again. Not feeling great.

If anyone is wondering about the reason of Trump's tariffs: Tariff is source of revenue for the government which is not based on salary. The rich and the poor of the USA will pay the same amount of it for a specific product. This revenue will then serve the US government to decrease the income tax, which is based on percent of revenue (i.e higher income people pay much more taxes). The tax cuts means those with higher revenue will get to keep more of it. So at the end of the day more of the governments revenue will come from those with lower revenue. Thus unfortunately widening the gap between the rich and the poor.

He's fantastic...THIS is what a TRUE leader looks like MAGA...he inspires his citizens to work together and that's what makes their country GREAT.\nDonald Trump has purposefully worked towards dividing American citizens from day ONE, for the simple reason of his GREED for money and lust for power, and it's laughable that his slogan is 'make America great again' because anyone with a moderately functioning brain, knows that an extremely divisive country will NEVER be 'great'.\nHell...with trump as your leader...you're barely even functioning thus far, after his 'leadership' of a few weeks. God help you all after a few months, or YEARS!! What a FOOL.

Bavarian conservative; by all respect but do you really think it’s the right time for being smug Mr. Trudeau? Honestly i can feel desperate vibes over to me.\nEveryone should be reasonable now and get his numbers right.

We need a leader like this! There is no legitimate reason for the tariffs. I now believe Trumps goal is to annex Canada. At first, I thought it was a joke, but not anymore. Stand with Canada, Ukraine and Mexico!
