Canadian here: I don’t agree with the WSJ that DJT is a very smart man. I think they are just being diplomatic and putting the emphasis on the actions, rather than speaking ad hominem. I think he is crafty, but not well-informed, or logical. Even if he is smart, he is not wise, and there is a huge difference. If you read Proverbs, you’ll see he has the traits of a nabal, a fool. Plus, he is showing signs of cognitive decline. That’s not his fault, but he should be reassessed, and then those who CAN act, need the courage to do the right thing for the sake of the US and the world.

The rest of the world is laughing at the US & its sad....I don't want to hear one maga complaining you wanted him & now you have him...smh

Hearing such a clear factual speaker really brings me back to being so inspired for the future listening to my favorite US president, President Barack Obama ❤ and it also reminds me of how we could have and should have had the intelligent and overly qualified Kamala Harris as our President. Putin likely told him to make sure to distance America from its allies, so that he can use the USAs military gizmos to expand his mission to take over Ukraine amd any other country he wants. All this in exchange for making him and his cronies filthy rich. Trump keeps dropping clues about the plan. Elon, created Doge to weaken the economy even further so that the USAs assest are devalued and he can officially the US oligarchy. He's been in talks with Putin, we've seen them together. So now this Trump Gold card, is a way in for more oligarchs from Russia specifically to sweep up the remaining industries at a fraction of what they used to be valued. Then the USA will be the western arm of Putins empire. Since he made sure to obliterate all friendly relationships the US had with the western world, the other countries won't do anything to help the US so as to avoid all out war. Trump will then walk off into the sunset as one of the richest, if not the richest, man on earth.

Before the US election, any concern about Trump's radical proposals was dismissed as falling for his hyperbole or over-reaction, that Trump was just babbling and didn't actually mean half of what he said on any given day. And this was the argument from those trying to defend his campaign. now, watching him deliver on one whackadoo plan after another.. so freaking depressing.
