Undocumented immigrants contributed nearly $100 billion to the economy & social security in 2022 alone. They pay the same sales taxes we do. But they don’t have access to the social programs they’re paying into & they don’t get tax returns. WE KEEP THEM. But sure, let’s kick them all out. As a Canadian citizen I agree with you on a lot of things and the same thing applies to an extend to Canadian. As a Canadian I see my churches getting burned, I have been spit in my face by Muslim people either because I am not covered, but I’m Canadian why should I, right? Agree with others I don’t mind and even enjoy diff cultures here. I have good friends from other countries now Cdn and happy to be. BUT if coming in as guests who want to be welcomed then respect our history, values, service and languages vs protesting and demanding more. **For every person incl students erroneously claiming asylum it takes a spot away from those who genuinely need it and in danger.**

I am Mexican, I went to College and worked legally in the US, and I am living in Mexico right now. I am totally against illegal immigration, but what I oppossed the most is the racism between Latinos. I can tell you that most of the people who treated me the worst were my own people. Latinos don't like other Latinos there and even less illegal immigrants, even if they were once illegal, 'cause they are not gonna take away what was so hard for them to get !! so so sad, I guess they are ashamed of where they come ???? and that's a big reason why they voted for Trump!!

My family immigrated here in the 70s. We embraced Canada, my parents worked hard, there were no hand outs then. Kept our traditions at home, however when a Canadian was invited over everyone spoke English as well in public spaces. We were very proud to become Canadian citizens five years later. My brothers and I all served in the military. There is a bit of relief that my father passed away so as not to see what Canada has become in the last 9 years. I have little tolerance for cultures that are only here to take with no interest in assimilating.

QUE???? I’m a Mexican American too. This lady reminds me of one of my tias who basically gave away that she also voted for trump. How could you do that to your own family? It literally takes YEARS, DECADES for so many people to even get citizenship. But this lady is okay deciding the lives of other people because for her, getting her citizenship was easy. I work over 60 hrs a week living in NC just barely staying afloat. We take umbrage when our government give 100's of millions of our money away. Narcissistic supply basically.

First this would be very costly. It takes money away from citizens that could use the monetary application like the homeless. Next, working illegals pay into social security that they will never use. How will those funds be replaced? And finally, many illegals are well known to be cheap labor for farmers and AG related businesses. Removing them drives up food costs because US citizens will need higher wages or US citizens will not work those jobs and create food shortages. Its not as simple as deporting all illegals, All those who complain about inflation, now get ready for for the unseen/ unsaid issues th at come along with this way of doing things, it is tied into the economy and will have enormous impacts of pricing and manufacturing.
