Trudeau in the first 10 seconds already opens with a lie. Trump never said he’s going to “appease” Putin. He is (and I note I don’t see Canada getting involved) negotiating a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia. That means both sides are going to want something out of that deal in order to sign it. But I’m not surprised with Trudeau deliberately spouting disinformation, it’s a national sport for him.

Trudeau is a clown. Canada is on the brink of economic collapse because of him. He knows the tariffs can push them over the edge so he's desperate, and blaming Trump is the only distraction that serves the low IQ left-wing voters.

I do not know if tariffs or Trump's actions are the correct thing to do. But why can't the USA do 25% tariffs, if Canada has 65% tariffs on the USA? Why is Canada demanding the USA support them? Someone please explain it to me. And Trudeau could have picked up the phone and called Trump, this speech was not meant to solve anything. What is so brilliant except to heighten rhetoric and tension? Someone needs to be a grown up but going on CNN and insulting Trump isn't the way.

Kudos to the PM Trudeau for speaking out against Trump tariffs. Mr. Trudeau sees what the Trump voters fail to see prior to the elections. These tariffs will be passed down to the consumers who will pay for them. If everyone who voted for Trump weren't deaf and blind we would not have to now worry more about inflation and higher prices. I'm an American with some family ties to Canada and I'm deeply ashamed of how my government under Trump is systematically destroying it's historic relationships with almost all our allies.
