What's it about? It's about money. It's about a gangster family in the Whitehouse, and oligarchs in the administration, all trying to make as much money as possible. Now more than ever, even if these tariffs are short-lived, Canada needs to move away from U.S. trade. This is necessary for the long term survival and prosperity of Canada. Given the events of the last few years in the U.S., Canadians have to realize that things can get even worse, and will likely never be the same. There is very little reason to believe that the ties Canada has had with the U.S. will ever be what they were, or indeed any reason to believe that that is even desirable now.

The imbalance has to stop. \n\nThe US economy is bleeding by trading with allies and partners, it’s fighting for its financial wellbeing. A message to Trudeau. Put an export tax on the Oil and Electricity sold to the United States. Open up new European Markets for Oil and Natural Gas product and sell directly to Europe and Japanese markets. China needs oil, there is plenty of market around the world for our products. The Tariff's imposed by Trump is only going to make product to the US more expensive for their own citizens, and with Tariff's on all American imports, if they can't make it, or they don't have the raw materials to make it themselves, they will have to pay more. It is not necessary to impose Tariff's on USA Products to penalize Canadians, but Canadians will find new markets to replace the US, and we won't even notice it happened. We have alternatives. The southern islands are great vacation locations, and with the weather disasters they have suffered over the past few years, they could use the tourist support to help rebuild, and, their people are friendly and don't carry guns.
