Sorry am not a Canadian or an immigrant in Canada, but Canada continues to welcome tens of thousands of new permanent residents as it works towards a target of 485,000 newcomers in 2024. The latest available figures show that, as of May, the country had welcomed 210,865 new permanent residents this year. So don't blame them instead of your government who demeans their own people.

Lived in in Germany as a Skilled worker before \nmoving to the Netherlands. Everything except nature and health care is better in the Netherlands. Getting things done from the Government is the biggest difference. I mean seriously the Netherlands is leaps and bounds better in this regard . Even with recent political changes, people in the Netherlands are more welcoming to outsiders in my experience. For a skilled worker with high mobility Germany is not even in the top 10 potential choices

I am so sorry, as a native Canadian, that Indians are feeling attacked. It is difficult, no matter your ethnic background, if you are not Indian to even acknowledge these issues because people are afraid of being labelled as racist so I thank you for bringing this topic up. Please understand this is the result of runaway immigrations with no real screening. The government quadrupled immigration, hundreds of percents increase in students, asylum seekers, and illegal entries, even though there was already a housing crisis, and a completely predictable doctor shortage due to aging out. Covid was just starting to get under control but many still needed treatment and BOOM, the population went from 30 million in 2014 to over 40 million in a decade, most of it in the last 3 years. We native Canadians are scratching our heads, we don't understand what the Liberals are trying to accomplish but to create suspicion and racism between groups of people -- divide and conquer? Maybe...but ultimately it is a complete lack of planning! Still 99 percent of Canadian born do not blame Iindividual ndians for this. I've lived and worked with Indians my entire life of over 60 years. There are now Indian gangs, particularly Punjabi gangs because of lack of oversight, and while they are small they are constantly committing crimes, selling drugs, shooting people all in the last few years. I hear gun shots nightly in my ethnically mixed neighbourhood, and we are all afraid to walk at night. Unfortunately the people arrested are mostly from continental India. Some have a political agenda that has to do more with India than Canada, so they recruit young Indo-Canadian children from good families and tell them they are being oppressed, and next thing these kids are acting as drug mules and enforcers, being told that they are fighting systemic racism. As for dancing and music, I love the cultural events, we are happy to see and even take part in Indian cultural events. IWhen I do hear people blaming India and Indians it breaks my heart too! Hopefully together we can fix this. Our governments are at odds, and I hate this -- they need to respectfully talk and work this out. You are good neighbours, good people, you are welcome here and have helped build Canada in so many positive ways. ?

Well lets be fair, why blaming immigrants on the current problem that Canada is facing right now?. no one taking a job from Canadian, it just that somes don’t like to work here in a minimum wages and sometimes they can’t stay longer in their work and quit very easily. If you go to Delhi on a visitor visa, why would the Indian government approve you of a post-graduation work permit or permanent residency? This is because India is not a country who have policies or programs for student visas or permanent residency for immigrants. Yes, indeed, they should not demand permanent residency, but it is not the students who make these immigration programs including student visas or temporary work permits or pr, it's the Canadian government who introduced all these policies, and if somebody is applying for student visa and spending $50000 for studies, they are applying because they see potential for permanent residency and that's how immigration websites do the marketing for attracting the international students. If they had known that work permits or pr is not possible through any programs, they would not have applied at the first point. It's the government's responsibility to make it clear on their policies or on immigration websites. Now they started making it strict by closing those programs but it's too late, what about the people who are already here invested their money. They did not enter Canada by just waking up one day and thought lets go Canada. The government welcomed them and they approved them. The argument of the reporter is totally wrong because they did not know that they would face hatred or racism when they applied for student visas. Now they saw a large population and started hating.

India is one of the fastest economy in the world they will need to be representing as in many countries in the world . I personally think Canadians gets confused thinking they are muslims and they are not. If i have to choose i would certainly prefer them instead of bringin so many muslims from muslims countries around the world because they will never adapt to other cultures. I’m a proud Canadian citizen almost 50 years. I started to work at the next day I arrived to Canada.Despite my University degrees I did the job as janitor,shirt order cook,waitress,etc. till I found and learn a new profession in exciting photography business. I stopped working when I lost my eyes vision. Why the people who came from Middle East are mostly preferred being on Government benefits? They don’t wish to assimilate and accept our values!They covered their faces by hijabs and used all privileges as housings (all new affordable apartments and townhouses belong to them),free medical services and benefits -given to Muslim immigrants. Why it’s happened? I’m not a racist,and not against Muslims religious but I’m against that such a welcomed generosity of our Government.

As a white Brazilian, I would say my experience was quite good (I've returned home less than 1 month ago). \n\nApart of some obvious jokes about the 7-1, I've never faced anyone who made me feel unwelcome or undesired, quite the opposite in many situations. Being of German descent certainly made things better. Other white Brazilians I've met told me they had similar experiences.\n\nUnfortunately, immigrants from other Global South countries and non-white Brazilians probably have very different experiences, for the worse. I've heard many unpleasant comments from my German friends and colleagues regarding turks, Arabs, africans and other immigrants from the South of the world. It's certainly a problem for many skilled workers who are not white and could contribute for the country, but they can't thanks to racism.\n\nIn my view, apart of racism, another great problem in Germany when it comes to foreign skilled workers is the lack of digitalization in the country and the bad Internet. Many jobs require good internet connection and digitalization, which are not always provided by the Germans , unlike virtually all the other European countries including much poorer ones. \n\nHaving said that, Germany has many good-hearted, kind and welcoming people (except the racists, of course), and a fantastic culture.

I have worked with and around Indians for 30 years. Many are my friends but most look for loopholes in the law, they avoid paying their taxes and they cheat. This is not a stereotype. If you have a huge home with multiple families then pay for your services. This is not a recent problem, it has being going on for years. Marks use to replace work boots if they work out too quickly, why not have the person with the largest feet pick them out, use them for 8 hours, pass them on to the next person and again. Then get a free pair. They aren't made to wear 16 to 24 hours per day. Our social services are to help people get on their feet and contribute, they are not free handouts. ICBC, UIC, WCB U O ME. Just try to fit in and follow the basic rules of society. I am welcoming to everyone until they wear out their welcome.

In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. It has become a North Korea style dictatorship in the western world.\n\nThere are many reasons why Canada has fallen apart. But the number one reason is ‘multiculturalism’. My friends, multiculturalism simply does not work. Different cultures do not come together and mix, different cultures come together and clash. The world is divided into different countries for a reason: because people hate each other and only want to be with their own kind. The number two reason for Canada’s demise is ‘socialism’. In this modern era of aging populations, it is mathematically impossible for socialism to continue. The government does not have the money to take care of old people and provide healthcare, pensions, welfare, unemployment benefits, disability benefits and the numerous other programs, even with the astronomical taxation that burdens hard working Canucks. Well Canada, you had a good run. Time for Canucks to move to an emerging country. We welcome you here in Southeast Asia.\n\nMulticulturalism destroys the fabric and identity of a country. Socialism bankrupts a country.
