As a Canadaian who wants to live in the USA, this drives me nuts. We need to be stopping every vehicle headed south as well as those heading north. If we Canadians dont take this seriously ,we are going to regret the outcome.

I used to think Pres. Trump was being too hard on Canada then I got a look at the tariffs they impose on our goods. Some as high as 250%. I think Trump just wants a level playing field and a lot of help from Canada on the border. I think Poilievre feels the need to talk tough in response but I think he really wants the same things as Trump. I hope Poilievre becomes PM because he's conservative and I think he'll work well with Trump as they're both conservative nationalists.

Wow how many terrorists, drug dealers and spies who are all criminals by illegal entering a country. Some leaders need to be in jail as well. \nHow many leaders are being paid by foreign government? \nAre the leaders tractors?

Meanwhile, Trudeau said we need more international students... He was well aware of the scam.

What a crock of crap! The USA has the problem of weak borders, so they need to step up their border patrol. Canada is securing their borders because of the frequent and much more abundant cases of drugs and guns being smuggled into Canada! The stepped up Canadian border enforcement was already well underway months before Trump made his tariff threats. \nThink about it, the 43lbs of fentanyl that was smuggled in from Canada, at the US border, is a drop in the bucket in comparison to the flow of it that comes in through the ports. Also think about when you cross a border, it’s the country you are crossing into that checks you out. Classic case of Trump blaming others for US failure.

tyler i don't think u realize how bad the usa education system really is. i'm canadian but have lost count of the number of usa teachers who have complained about how bad they are held back from teaching kids properly, how kids can't be failed or held back, how kids graduating gr 12 can't read or write past gr 6 level. in fact recently there was a statistic put out that something like 60% of ALL americans cant read or write past gr 6. considering all your universities that is terrifying. not to mention with gun violence, straight up violence among kids and at teachers, the disrespect and the severe lack of good parenting, kids are not being educated at all. u yourself have done videos on where someone interviews americans and asked them questions about canada and they haven't got a clue. not one clue. yet canadian kids are regularly taught all about their american neighbours. are kids know more about america then american kids do and thats shameful. u need to do some research on this because unless u live in a rich gated elite community and go to private school the public education system in the usa is very dismal and woefully inadequate. \nalso he's right about politics. here we can discuss it rationally and then move on to other topics. in the states ppl are shooting ppl over differences in politics. beating ppl up trashing their cars and property etc. and many police are definitely not presenting themselves with professionalism tons of racism going on. and so many police because everyone is armed. here in canada we are not allowed handguns and pretty much ppl only have hunting rifles. it takes a lot of work and clearance not to mention time and money to take the necessary classes and get the necessary permits to even own a hunting rifle. in the usa show a drivers license and wait 10 days u have a handgun no matter how mental u are. therefore u need way more police than here in canada. i think u have a well to do upbringing so u have not and do not see the true picture of the america u live in. \nalso i have talked to many american friends who had insurance and still cost them about $5000 per birth of a child. with good insurance and working full time. so thats about average. here in canada u pay nothing except maybe parking for hubby while he visits.

Wonderful News because they really don't follow other country's laws and customs They're also dangerous people something the media doesn't show much. USA has already deported millions of migrants and revoking visas as well, Canada needs to do the same as well.

Well, president Trump said only two gender Male and Female. Good that you serve in the country but at least you need to tell the which gender are you when you born? My husband serve this country in total of 30 years in the Marine Corps and he shared to me about a gay in the military that suddenly grab his butt and punch him right away and complain about this situation happening in the military. I support President Donald Trump of avoiding gay to serve the country or transgender. Only Male and Female should be allowed to serve in the military.

People move to countries with wild dreams fantasising that everything will be easier and they will be richer. A lot of people just can't adapt to a new country. Some do extremely well. I know a lot of entrepreneurs that have gone to the US and Canada to start businesses and then they move back to their countries in South America or India to live an amazing lifestyle and travel a lot. I suppose it's nice to accumulate wealth faster and know that you have a Canadian passport to fall back on if you need to get out? I'm part first nations. I do not live in Canada for related reasons - but I love my country and what we stand for.

So let me get this straight. Trudeau is imposing tariffs on the U.S. to make everything Canadians import from the U.S. that they need more expensive to Canadians and Trump is doing the same thing for everything from Canada though we need none of it and therefore will stop buying any of it. Trump should fix the problems with the United States economy, such as inflation, tighter credit , homelessness, unemployment , military spending ,wars in West Asia and the repairs of bridges or roads without falsely scape goating undocumented \n immigrants . Undocumented immigrants or asylum seekers are paying billions of dollars each year in taxes. In spite of their undocumented or current status, these immigrants—and their family members—are adding value to the U.S. economy, not only as taxpayers, but as workers, consumers, and entrepreneurs as well. Furthermore, we should not falsely accuse aslylum seekers or undocumented immigrants for the illegal drug problem or increase of crime .This evil rhetoric or fairy tale narrative with the odor of mendacity is anti social , divisive and needs to stop .

Here is the problem. She was a man. She was not a woman. She performed like a man …not like a woman. She “transitioned” with the approval of the Navy and the their support, as well. Why in the hell would any military want to have to through all that with any individual when there are plenty of normal candidates available? She didn’t mention the cost of her transition and the ongoing cost. You could put disabled persons in the cockpit, pay for all kinds of retrofits of the equipment and all the ancillary care needed for that person and they may even be able to pull it off. Our police are armed as well but they're taught to de-escalate before they pull any weapons, its usually them trying to talk to you and put you at ease if that doesn't work its like pepper spray first or other physical detainment but civilians don't carry guns so there isn't as much of a risk when they're be apprehended by police so they don't need to have such a strong presence, of course there are other ways of intimidation

They spend 4 years in the military changing gender on tax payers dime. Out of the whole 4 years they may be deployable for about 6 months and that ain't all at the same time. When I was in this stuff was not an issue! First let me say that I fully support anyone who is fully physically capable of doing whatever job that they are either enlisted to do or has been assigned to do within the military. \n\nIn a time where special forces doesn't mean bulked up freakishly high endurance or specific physical requirements are necessary.\nSpecial ops nowadays is also about mental acumen and ability to assess the entire picture and it is absolutely well known that certain physical factors are required to be on the front lines but to remove a very capable force that is a force multiplier in a time where it's absolutely needed and cannot be replaced quickly or even adequately is doing a massive disservice to our military and the citizens of this country just for the sake of a small group of individuals with small minds that couldn't step into that vacant position and adequately fill it with the same caliber of talent regardless of how they identify themselves!\nBeing the most lethal fighting military requires many talents and to remove those talents from the soldiers they support is absolutely hurting our military in ways that will take decades to rectify!\nThat soldier on the ground calling in drone strikes to get his or her soldiers out of the danger isn't going to care if they are trans or identify as LGBTQ only that they are able to safeguard their soldiers in whatever way they have been trained to do..\nOur military needs to be the most diverse in order to be the most lethal in the most diverse situations throughout the worlds stages!

My sister is elderly and just getting well from cancer and she can't find or afford a place to live she is staying with people that she doesn't need to be staying with they are drug users and I worry about her. I'm sure if it weren't for the illegals she could find a place to live.

Do you think American importers will continue to import highly tariffed commodities like bananas and coffee?!
