The U.S. government decided to deport illegal immigrants, though some may see this as a positive move.Apart from this, many other decisions have been horrific. Nobody anticipated that things would go this far, straining relations with Canada and Mexico. Ultimately, consumers like us in the U.S. and Canada will have to bear the consequences.I am asking—who is ultimately going to suffer? What can the government really achieve in just four years? This seems like a systematic way to devastate the U.S. economy. What about us, the consumers? Nobody in the White House or any government office is addressing this. Why isn’t the President talking about the impact on consumers? Prices will skyrocket multiple times over, and we, the consumers will face unprecedented price hikes with no alternative .What a pityy that who all voted for this . .

North America is exploding economically because of Trump. It is mostly the Americans who would suffer the most because Canada and Mexico has more safety nets for its citizens than US. Trump voters, if this is what you voted, good luck for more four years of chaos.

As far as healthcare goes the US is a 3rd world country, where, only the rich can afford to see a doctor, or visit a hospital. You have thousands of people living on the streets, with NO help, or concern. Trump and the MAGA morons should look up the meaning of trade in a dictionary. There is a give and take, there’s buying and selling, that meets the needs of both parties. Hell no! It’s a fun place to visit, I love Florida California. I’m looking forward to going to the Carolinas, but I would never move there permanently. Nothing is going to change as long as people vote for the established parties. Dominant politicians are not interested in transformational change. Same things are happening in New Zealand. Wow! As an independent black, female who voted Trump as POTUS I am unhappy a black woman is not a cabinet nominee! I think a black female SBA head would have been great - if married I want her to have a black male spouse - to exemplify black essence and love. There are about 2 million estimated Americans living in Mexico currently. They may be forced out too in response. President Sheinbaum just met with China's president last week as well. not to mention China's in-roads and developing relations with so many central and south American countries. Now that she was able to become a citizen, rather than helping her family members to get their legal status, which can be difficult, tedious and very expensive, she could care less if the lives they have already spent decades on building here are completely destroyed. She seems to be fully aware that it can be a difficult process, and I personally have seen that it’s not exactly a fair one either. I have seen some people spend not only years waiting on a hearing or a determination, but spend thousands they scrape together on lawyers and obtaining records, while others submit minimal evidence and get a determination in weeks. Instead of admitting that there are problems with the system and vote for people who are actually trying to help, she wants the same system that made it a difficult process for her to stay the same for them. In fact she voted for someone who is going to make it harder if not impossible for them to come back the right way in the first place. Is she not thinking? If they get deported, that is going into immigration records and when that gets pulled up when they apply to come back it will likely cause any legally efforts to return to be rejected. And who knows how long that will stay in their system? Could be years, could be permanent. Biden’s idea to help those undocumented who are married to citizens to be able to apply and get a temporary visa to stay here while they wait so that families wouldn’t have to be broken up by having the applicant return to their country of origin. That was not just a great idea from a humanitarian point, but they could apply for a job that wasn’t going to take advantage of them by paying below minimum wage, with no rights if they are injured. That could help bring local wages up. They would start contributing back by paying their fair share of taxes, and do on.
