This is very sad , they are so desperate to leave their country just to come here

Sadly it dont matter where each country seems to hacmve it Im in Canada Im a mix of cultures I get it from both sides they make me feel like I dont belong on earth I dont fit any where it hurts so much more then words could ever say in my heart we are all the same beings here just different cultures to learn from so much to learn im Irish , Scottish, Duch , Mohawk 60 years old still I dont fit anywhere ?

It is sad but why don’t they try to change they country demands better government

The commentary here sounds so much like U.S. citizens griping, it's almost funny, but also sad. Maybe Trump the ignoramus is right... do Canadians really want to give up and just become part of the USA? I doubt it, but if you're in any doubt as to where to live, don't try just south of you. It's got all the problems you mention and then some. And of course it's still a great country; I was born here and live here happily. But I've also been to Canada four times since the 1980's, and each time I am just wowed by the many ways in which Canada seems ahead of the USA. The grass truly is greener on the other side of the fence... just be aware of what you have, and that you have an amazing country, too. Griping is now epidemic in the United States... it doesn't lead anywhere good, and it accomplishes nothing.

If I was a leader of the other countries I would be wonder wtf am I doing wrong to let tax payers flee... I mean citizens flee. Clearly this is a huge stain against all the leaders of those countries that these people risk their lives to leave. So sad. Those leaders should be ashamed for allowing their country to turn to crap.

They are crazy.Why they forced their selves to enter US on illegal ways?Why they don't stay and live to their country?They have to workhard in their for their future not just going to US and become homeless and some become criminals only.So sad for these people?

These people are desperate, can you imagine things being so bad in your own country that you travel thousands of miles to try to get into another one that promises a better life? It truly is sad for those who have empathy. Perhaps the United States should tackle the immigration problem by trying to make things better in other countries so those folks don't feel in need to cross over into America. Instead of stopping us aid helping other countries, and waging and supporting wars in other countries, the USA could take a different approach and actually help the world become a better place. It's crazy I know, but it just might help.

It is sad that these guys are desperate for a better life but the better longterm solution is to make things better in one's own country.

This is really sad becuase life after deportations is tough for somebody who was raised in USA. I was taken to the U.S. as a baby and grew up there, but at 19, I was sent back to Mexico—a country I had no memory of, no connections in, and barely spoke the language. My entire family had migrated when I was little, so I was left to figure everything out on my own.\n\nComing back felt like being thrown into an unfamiliar world. I wasn’t fluent in Spanish, had a weird accent, and my mindset was completely different from those who grew up in Mexico. I used to be outgoing and got along with everyone, but now I’ve become more introverted. I struggle to relate to people, have trouble socializing, and often feel like I don’t belong. I feel completely alone, with no one to talk to in person because everyone sees me as an outsider. Many even think I’m a terrible person for coming back after being raised in the very place they dream of moving to.\n\nMaking friends has been challenging too. Many assume that because I grew up in the U.S., I have more money, and friendships often come with the expectation that I’ll pay for everything.\n\nOn top of that, daily life is a struggle. Renting a place is extremely difficult because I don’t have a co-signer from Mexico, and they won’t accept one from the U.S. Getting legal documents like a passport is nearly impossible because my parents haven’t been in the Mexican system for over 19 years, and officials tell me they have no way to prove who I am. Unlike in the U.S., where there are laws against discrimination, I face rejection at every turn here.\n\nThis life is hard. I wish my family had never migrated—or at least had done so after I was old enough to understand the risks and what could happen in the future.

Most countries West and East, will be almost the same as in Canada. So it is sadly a worldwide ugliness.

Criminals getting into USA in caravan so sad. Their country of origin should take care of them. They have no more hope in the USA.

Well, sad, well dressed, with cell phones yes they look like refugees to me. I didn’t really have to appreciate the fact that over 50% of the people in this country are just basically stupid.

It's a sad situation. But they have to enter Ina country through It's proper way. Lakhs of people staying in US.All are not deported.

This is like thorn between two lovers. Sad seeing them being cuffed like criminals yet at the same time must respect and support the security of each country. \nLesson: Do things properly and legally. Try to work harder in your own land so you don't need to beg the mercy of others

The only excuse to get into another country is when their motherland has war. It is sad to see this happening. This is why it is very important to have good leadership in every country . When your leaders failed to lead, that's what happened...

Tyler, I am sorry for what is happening in your country because I believe there are more great people compared to the “other” that we see creeping out of their holes. I worry for your less fortunate, those depending on help from their government and have earned this right, those being tossed out for no good reason. I worry about Canada too and although we do complain about our government this is not all bad keeps them on their toes but they will fight for Canadians. I do not see that happening enough in your country, I see complacency everywhere with such horrible things happening. I pray for our friends. No I am not a bible thumper like maga. The C*A is partially responsible for this (Nicaragua). They wanted to destabilize these countries. Sad, but we can't save everyone. We have to stay looking out for ourselves.

I think the problem with many US attitudes is they have been brainwashed that they are the BEST in the world. Many have not travelled outside their country and still think that….based on what? When we have travelled to many places, Americans are not looked on favourably as tourists. Sorry, truth. Healthcare and US justice systems are broken and racism is rampant. I have “close” family living in US for over 25 years and now we don’t talk. They have been sucked into the Trump vortex, very sad.

I've been to the states many times! My opinion is that Americans focus on wallets more than social issues! Americans care more about their own circumstances than working together to help the whole of the population. No one likes to pay more taxes but they are a nessesary evil to be able to pay for health care, public security, and so on! So sure Americans don't pay as much for some things but pay more for things that they shouldn't pay! Health care is something that is very important, how can you be expected to pay for health services if you can't work cause you're ill, doesn't make any sence! Even Americans leave thier country because of what it's becoming! 50- 100 years ago everyone wanted to immigrate to America or Canada, now a days everyone is immigrating here to Canada. Should I have to explain why! It's sad but the U.S.A isn't what it used to be. Mostly because of corporate greed and the influence it has on the gouvernment! Just look at how Trump is running things. A country isn't a bussiness, it's a people, without the people a country is nothing. Too bad Trump and his billionaire butt licking friends can't see that!

The post-war world order is now over. It's time for Canada to drop out of NATO and NORAD (what is the point of a defensive strategic alliance with the only country in the world that is openly threatening you with annexation?) and expel all American military and government personnel in the country. Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea etc need to form a new strategic and economic bloc oriented toward the goal of breaking America, just as we did with the Soviets when they were the largest threat to global peace and prosperity. Sadly, it is more likely that we will allow the Americans to divide and conquer us... literally!

It is truly sad because there are so many people suffering in other countries under oppressive gov'ts. However, this is not the way to do things. The United States cannot sustain this mass illegal entry. It's financially impossible & schools, hospitals etc. are overwhelmed as it is.

Sadly, the US military was not involved in beating back this invasion.\n\nIllegals would think twice about entering the country if it required them to put their lives at risk (from bullets flying towards them) to walk across the border without permission.\n\nOf course, the pro-immigration activists would put children in the lead so the first to die would be innocent children and not the evil-minded people who put them in the line of fire.
