Governments don't give a f about racism because its doesn't apply to them, majority of these institutional leaders are narcissistic, they luck empathy and don't know how to put themselves in others shoes. I'm a Dominican and I do not believe in racism but people actions are to blame. I was a security guard and I overwhelmingly caught 49 African American and 2 latinos so as a latino I don't discriminate I just observe the way people act in public..misjudge an individual for the mistakes of others is wrong
