Canada is a amazing Country, so superior to America in so many areas and has been in the past, present and sure to be in the future!

He seems like an honest and good guy who just wants to provide for his family and ensure a better future and life for them. I can respect that fully and I admire that greatly.\n\nBut a big HA!! to all those looney liberals who don't know anything about Canada and think that everyone has it so much better over in the north. I'm from the U.S. and I LOVE both the U.S. and Canada, I do. Besides its looney lefty politics, Canada has some beautiful places to see, especially in British Columbia for me. However, Canada is just like the rest of the world; they have their problems, they have their crime, they have their poor and they have STRICT IMMIGRATION policies.

I honestly feel bad for him and his family but #1 as the said you can't just hope over the border and climate refugee status unless you are under asylum. #2 he did play the system by moving his family to another province...not only is that a guaranteed depotiaton when the case comes up but it will hinder any re applications in the future....Buddy screwed up big time.

heavy immigration is just hurting everyone... the Immigrants country is hurt because they lose a motivated member of their country and a strain is put on the new country by having to deal with undocumented immigrants.\nif people put half the energy and money into fixing their surroundings instead of just leaving to burden other countries, they just might start to fix their own homes... making it better for future generations. \nImmigration should be very strict and hard to do, any country has every right to be extremely selective about who they take in and who they don't...\nthe most motivated individuals, that want change, all leaving their country only hurts their country more...

It's a heartbreaking situation, but a country has the right to decide who comes in and who doesn't. The places where hard-working, industrious people like Jose come from need to drastically change their societies to capitalize on his talents and provide for a stable future for his children. Perhaps what the US and Canada can do is help train those country's leaders to implement policies that improve their economies like establishing strong property rights, rule of law, free markets, tough measures on crime, etc. But unless you have a Ph.D. in Physics or will start the next Apple computers, we have plenty of unskilled labor here already. Look, I feel for the guy and I'm empathetic to his plight, I don't think he's an evil person, and our country may be better off having him here working and contributiing to the labor pool, but the law is the law.

There are just as many white haters as black haters. Both sides need an attitude adjustment. Yes slavery happened but illegal now .So what's next? So why do you need to teach children not to forget you came from slavery? If you keep looking to your past history how can you look to the future? Look forward to what you can do to better yourself? Yes Jesus said that and having said that he says that people obey only the law and do not believe in God, so they are hypocrites and he says that because people give more importance to tradition and law than God....so they are being told this inthe verse....Jesus is God and no where in the Bible he has sinned, in the quran also it says Jesus is faultless where as mohd. quran says asked forgiveness for his past present and future sins..see the quran in which also Jesus is glorified more than mohd
