Service providers are the most dishonest people these days. They take advance payment and never show up . Some of them will do horrible work and still ask for more money. Mississuaga home owners are having serious problems with service providers. New and wider roads are being constructed in India at very high speed. Trains are providing all modern services etc

somebody's making money off this mess and taxpayers pay to clean up.

I was a gay kid who ran away to Toronto in 1982, age 17. Minimum wage was $4/hr and a bachelor at Church and Charles was $350, a one bedroom was $400 - $425. I had a relatively successful career as a pianist/entertainer and teacher at the Y. I was never able to purchase, but rented as the real estate prices only lept and bounded as interest rates on savings declined. I can no longer afford to live in TO, but bought a 100 acre farm in Parry Sound District by cutting a cheque. I have no community... and my cohort as all approaching 60... but the Toronto of the 80's and 90's no longer exists. The discos are gone, the kids today have no appreciation of ACT or Casey House or the hell we went through. But, the virus is controlled... I am rambling, but the city is no longer a place where young disenfranchised can go to be free to exist and be themselves. I worry about the kids of today who will never have enough money to leave home and go to where life can happen. And don't tell me that a cell phone is a replacement for a physical, real existence!!

It used to be good in Canada.Now it's authoritarian.People can't afford food or homes.Many can't access healthcare and when they do it's subpar.They freeze bank accounts and jail the peaceful protestors.The media is bought by and controlled by Trudeau.They are flooding us with refugees.Which I wouldn't mind if they had enough actual resources to go to everyone but they don't so citizens and refugees suffer.They do a price on pollution on citizens causing food ,gas,home price and rent inflation while they jet set in their private jets and take money in corrupt ways from taxpayers and use it to enrich themselves.They legalize hard drugs so kids are dying in the streets.If a man in a dress comes into bathroom with my daughter I get in trouble for being uncomfortable and so does my daughter.If we were scared to get vaxed we were shunned from society,barred from public transport and stores.We lost our jobs.We to vote them out and they got back in with minority and they made backroom deal with far left party to block opposition and have full power nobody agreed to.They block calling an election to get them out.When all this misery becomes too much they offer medical assistance in dying to anyone who asks and have even offered to those who didnt ask.So ya Canada sucks

Completely agree….all family values have been lost. Women walk around half naked, covered in tattoos, piercing , 5 children with 4 different men , some are not able to name the child’s father because it was a “one night stand”, boyfriends, girlfriends, drugs, abuse, not talking to parents, distant from siblings, leaving small children behind “due to a depression” , not having money for children’s food but having for drugs and alcohol, etc. Once any society loses family values, it loses everything. Christmas has become “the shopping holiday”, sins are not okay only in Churches , etc. It is too late to repair anything anymore …too late.

I love living in Canada. I own my >$1.5 million condo with an ocean. I make a 6-figure annual salary from my job. I also have saved a large sum of money which provides me a consistent stream of taxable interest income. Frankly, I hardly care about how other Canadians live their lives as long as I am happy with mine.

Well close borders to refugees and students. Those who have already applied to come here process them but do not accept anymore applucations until all these issues have been settled. I was born and raised here and lived here all my life, but I don't recognize it anymore. It is dirty, not well-kept, has a serious problem with homeless people and customer service is non-existant any where. Food prices are insane, rents are crippling people and as a pensioner I never have any money at the end of the month (and I was a teacher and owned my own home). It is no longer the place I knew and loved, and I wish I could leave.

Canada is good for refugees only because they get live on tax payers money .

We need to bring back propér immigration rules. You need a clean background check, X amount of money in a bank account, be employable and have a job offer sponsor.

Simple : \nIf you have your own house in a big metro city , household income : 2.5 lakhs a month , at least 1 household help and age 30 + . I firmly believe you are better off in India . \nNow if you are younger, no money no hope and not much education . Canada is your home.

While there might be wonderful places to see, and interesting people to meet and food to eat, I would never even visit there for more than a day or 2.\n\nSome times traveling by road, it is faster to drive through the states to get to other parts of Canada, and that level of visiting would be barely ok.\n\nYour government is actively making it unsafe to be alive there, for so many types of people. It's a sacrifice for the first gen but your kids will have infinite opportunities growing up in a western country compared to india. In India outside IT and a few select fields it's impossible to get a well paying job. In western countries there are much more optionsk, even plumbers, electricians, etc make good money there. They have so many disciplines in undergrad which we haven't even heard of, and much more flexibility of switching careers, longer shelf life of getting degrees etc. \nPlus, your child gets to experience so many things like every child there learns swimming, hiking, skiing, seeing beautiful museums, etc.

People have to stop using rental prices in cities like Toronto and Vancouver. That's like Americans using rental costs in Bel-Air California or Manhattan as an example of what rent costs in America. It's not a realistic portrayal of rental costs. \nHere in Quebec the the annual tax rate is between 26.53% and 53.31%, depending on income. Then you have to consider all the socialist programs that you are forced to pay into, which also sucks up a significant amount on your weekly salary. After that, you must consider that you pay 15% sales tax on almost everything. It's safe to say that half of your yearly earnings, give or take, are taken in taxes and socialized programs. As for salaries, less than 20% of the Canadian population make a 6 figure salary. We're not talking about household income. I am talking about individual income. You're not going to become rich here in Canada! The majority of people who do become rich leave Canada to avoid taxation. Canadians live a life of debt. You will live just balancing your debt to make sure it doesn't get out of control Few Canadians have money in savings without debt. The ones who do have money saved, most of them have debts on top of their savings which is counterproductive in my opinion.

In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. Too cold, too expensive, taxes are astronomical, no culture, no freedom, no jobs, no opportunities, only modern slavery, worst healthcare system, unbearable political correctness, crime infested/drug infested, xenophobic people, too depressing. It has become a North Korea style dictatorship in the western world.\n\nTheir are many reasons why Canada has fallen apart. But the number one reason is ‘multiculturalism’. My friends, multiculturalism simply does not work. Different cultures do not come together and mix, different cultures come together and clash. The world is divided into different countries for a reason: because people hate each other and only want to be with their own kind. The number two reason for Canada’s demise is ‘socialism’. In this modern era of aging populations, it is mathematically impossible for socialism to continue. The government does not have the money to take care of old people and provide healthcare, pensions and the various other benefits, even with the astronomical taxation that burdens hard working Canucks. You moved to Canada at the worst time, this is rough for everyone now, well because of politics and stuff. BEFORE 2016 life was great! I was able to buy a house in GTA, find jobs no problem, lots of jobs even during 2008, make good money to rent and save for house. And go out every weekend wow! How about now? You are lucky if you can find a place to rent! Current gov really messed things up! Too bad new comers will just think this is normal, and now know how bad the gov made it for everyone and still making it worse with making up new taxes making everyone poorer, except themselves.

Idk how everyone seems to be confused why we have so much homelessness. Israels national investment firm called black rock has been buying up American housing for years. They were very outspoken about their plans to buy everything, and hold onto it indefinitely while renting it out for very high rates. Every politician has bought 50 or more homes to do this with as well. Tucker carlson has a load of them, as well as every other tv personality. People from other countries stay 10 people per home, and collectively can afford much higher rates than americans living 1 family to a home, again driving rates ever higher. Government is soley responsible for the dollar becoming worthless so quickly. Wages will never keep up. The government makes more money by cramming as many people as possible into the country, directly at the expense of quality of life for the citizens. Nobody is protecting the interests of American citizens. We are all getting robbed blind by predators while we all appear to be blind deaf and dumb. Nothing happening is an accident. Every loser creates a winner somewhere.

My parents moved from sweden in late 80's back to Pakistan, along with my dad 2 of his friends also moved back but unfortunately they were not mentally prepared for the change and also they were not able to get financialy stable so they moved back 2 sweden.\n\nBUT my dad stayed in pakistan, and suprisingly my dad made more money then his friends in sweden, all 3 of us siblings are somewhat Allhumdulliah quiet religious (v doing our best) and eduacted.
